(OOC: Will add Cloud, Xigbar in next post or may put them in here to edit) Demyx felt her hand upon his cheek and he let it stay there as long as she wanted to have it there for. She wasn't causing him any pain or any need to get out of there so he let her. Resting in a comfortable postition, he locked eyes with her not saying a word. He appreciated the time of being alone with her and even it is was for like a brief moment in his life, he could tell that tension was no longer there otherwise he wouldn't be resting on her bed like a lazy teenager. For once in his life, the pressure was no longer there to live up to high standards of the organization and to be obligated to do things against his nature. May they be evil to everyone who had hearts, the acts the organization commited was of no consequence to them for how could they tell if it was evil or not when it was just one step to becoming complete themselves? Demyx who he was now as a nobody didn't care about religion and where his soul would go afterwards for all he knew was that nobodies would live forever, unable to age like humans and could only be killed by the keyblade wielder himself and if they exhausated their power to the brink where then they would fade into the darkness of oblivion as if they never were. How could one without a heart be judged whether to go to heaven or hell if for one thing, they didn't have that one thing to guide them and lead them to making those choices? No, the organization members were immortal when it came to aging and getting older, but mortal in other ways such as being able to be killed by the keyblade. He had left his previous life before and was who he was now so he if were to become who he was before, his acts as a nobody could not to be judged being a different entity. In the end, it was how one person percieved it. All that Demyx assumed that he was in the organization just to do his job regardless how he acted, and follow orders to still be existing. When no other was watching over his shoulder, he would do things that brought him enjoyment like playing his sitar for example, but now he was with another young one like himself whether or not being older or younger than Larxene they were close in age and could enjoy other company once finding common ground. Recently they have, when Larxene amplied his performance for all of Hollow Bastion to hear and gave him suggestions of how to improve. This insight made him curious and he decided to break the silence. "I didn't know you knew about music?" He rose an eyebrow. "If you wanted I wouldn't mind you helping me with my performances. I've been accepted a job afterall and have a contract to sign tomorrow which will bring me so much munny that I won't know what to do with." With his feet kicking in the air, he had a song in his head and was swinging his ankles to it.
(OOC: Last post for today, might be on tonight, but I'm going to go out to eat for dinner. If I don't see you guys tonight have a good night.) Roxas was coughing up blood which made Demyx cringe and he knew his friend needed help. "Here drink these. I still have some left," he had remembered the elixers and ethers in his pocket and gave them to him. Opening a void, he took Xathabat by the hand, put Roxas over his shoulder and went through it. They were now in the hotel room as he lay Roxas on one of the beds to rest. "You need to keep up your strength and in fact we all need to," he rested on one of the other beds and closed his eyes.
Looking up from leaning on his elbow, he tilted his head up after he heard her speak. He too was silent, as the siutation was very awkward for both of them. "Is there something wrong?" He asked quietly, stretching his arm out across her bed and then residing it off it. His fingers were curled as the they rested comfortably where he was lying except for the one hand that had been hanging off. Feeling a numb feeling, he withdrew it back towards him accidently, but gentely bumping her side with it. "Sorry. My hand was getting numb," he apologized so she wouldn't think he did that on purpose. He was now laying on his stomach, leaning his elbows on the bed with both of his feet that consisted of wearing black socks in the air. "It just feels so good to relax for a change. Facing the boss, and having him decide not to torture me is no easy task. He even placed his hand on my shoulder almost like a guardian or a father. It brought back a lot of memories for me when he did that. Made me feel like his son." He was lost in his thought, as he lay his elbows down with his head resting comfortably on a pillow. Cloud was glad that no fight broke out between anyone as he began to walk away. "Leon we should get back to the headquarters to see if everything is fine over there." Xigbar entered the void entering the town below. He made sure not to step into any of the water that Demyx had caused for his eye was on one member at the moment and that was the flurry of danicng flames. Where had he been all this time and most importantly whose side was he on? Xigbar needed to know. Appearing from a void, he saw the eighth member heading to an unknown location. Cutting him off he appeared before him. "The Superior has requested me to find Gex and Cloud and Leon, but first I want to have a word with you, several in fact." He wasn't going to let him get away and if he did the freeshooter would go after him. "Demyx says that you were the one that led the charge to pursue that woman and he went overboard with the water trying to prove his worth, but I want to know why you didn't stop your underling. I hold you accountable for this mess as well as him. He doesn't know better, but you do so out with it. Was it because you're afraid of his element?" He smirked to make the fire wielder uncomfortable thinking he would hurt him.
"And what did she do Roxas? I must know if you don't mind me asking?" Demyx asked in a sincere tone. Seeing Xathabat feel sorry for herself, Demyx thought she was emo, but he didn't want to hurt her in anyway either. "Xathabat you know I'm always there for you and even if I'm not there in person I'm there in spirit."
Demyx sighed out loud and raised his eyebrow. "Axel has and always will be your best friend. He probably went to go find her since he doesn't want her to get hurt. I don't think they have a relationship in the way your're thinking." He rubbed the back of his head. "Xathabat would you really be interested in working where Roxas works?"
Demyx caught her smile and it was pleasant to see. He enjoyed this side of her. "Yeah, I'm not being watched by anyone constantly, you've calmed down and aren't going to kill me and I got to get off my feet for a change," he stretched out on her bed and then leaned on his side, to pull his boots off as well. He didn't want to dirty up her bed spread. The way she appeared so insecure or nervous, he wasn't going to say anything about that and leaned on his other side. "I meant every word about what I said in Hollow Bastion," he lay his head against his arm that was tucked underneath a pillow. Cloud stood in front of Leon and made sure there wasn't any fight that would break out between the two. Leon could be hotheaded and Reno could be too, so he wasn't going to take any chances. "Okay I see how it is. Well you can make it up to us by helping Luxord and I find Number XV and also locate the humans known as Cloud and Leon, but be warned don't hurt them all right?" He summoned his own portal and didn't want to waste time understanding fully by what the boss has mentioned.
Demyx entered the dark void that was spiraling about, the quick noise being heard as he entered into the vastness. Upon entering her room, he stood there remembering this was the same place he had woken up to before. It brought back some memories, and he didn't want to her wait any longer. "I came as you asked and no one should be around this time." He sat down on her bed since he was some what tired and needed to relax. "You know that could take a long time so tell me what you were up to this whole time? I haven't seen you around and I must know if you've been doing your share for the organization," Xigbar grinned cruelly at Xeol. "Luxord what have you been doing this whole time before we all met up here?" While waiting for a response, Cloud checked his comlink to see if he got any calls or messages. It was vital to check his communication device and since it ran on one single battery, it would not be effected from the water.
"Yeah I know," he looked at his own feet embarrased by the whole thing. "But we can make it better. Do you know where Axel went? He was here and I thought I heard a door slam? I bet he is in his room again." Demyx sighed and shook his head.
Demyx chuckled at how silly Roxas was being. "So work you say? What do you do for a living now?" It was the typical question to ask for someone as curious as the nocturne was. Glancing at Xathabat, he walked towards her and picked her up in his arms. "Didn't expect that did you?" he smiled at her.
responding to the forum and the rpgs mainly, but I need to eat.
Oh really good and so far, my day has been interesting, but the weather out here is scorching.
The sensation of being touched by her was shocking to say the least and he closed his eyes for a second imagining in his mind of her setting her high intensity of power through his whole body, but instead of the kunai cutting his throat where blood would have spelt, a warm, touch remained from underneath the leather gloves. Opening his eyes, he was appalled to discover her weapons of lethal destruction had disappeared. What was alluring were her eyes, and how mesmorizing they were like he had been caught in her trance and her web of destruction to be pulled in for the kill. His own orbs blinked a few times as he felt a tendorness beginning to swell and leak out, but was being forced to hold back with his own will power, gradually hurting him in more ways then one. His throat was parched and he licked the bottom of his lips to wet them, his voice that above a whisper. "Yes, why wouldn't I? You mean a lot to me more then what words can express through simple conversation. I will always be there for you." He held himself together, exhaling and inhaling as he couldn't look away from her eyes, her face, her lips and then back to her eyes. Xigbar ignored the poking, but gave Xeol a friendly stare. "Do you want me to be brief or go into detail?" Cloud didn't understand Reno and how he could hold onto a grudge that was meaningless, but if that was how Reno wanted to act then he was only hurting himself. "Reno you've changed. I thought you cared about Aerith, but you would rather see her remains go else where. You have the power to help me if you wish, but you would rather pretend I don't exist, hold a stupid grudge against me most likely rather then realizing you and your group could aide Leon and I with what we have to deal with. Well so much for ever helping you guys again if that is the way you're going to be. And you might do this and might do that. Yeah whatever benifits you right?" He glared at Elena. "I didn't think you or your team could ever speak of hypocricacy. You say you help those that need aide and you're there to lend a hand, but I have been denied and now I know what the Turks stand for. A group of heartless who only help if it benefits them in someway. I will remember this." Cloud had heard what Axel said concerning him and Demyx and it didn't matter what he thought. Giving a brief response, he shook his head ignoring the rude command Axel shouted at him. "That is none of your concern. You have no right to speak of that. I'm friends with Demyx just as you are becoming buddies with Reno. It comes from a connection we both feel. If you have a problem with that, then consider yourself a hypocrite for doing the same thing." He walked away from Axel knowing in his heart he was right about what he said. "Leon we're done here. Anything else that needs to be said will have to wait later. We have a disaster on our hands."
He eyed the keyblade wielder and tried not to blush. Did Roxas see the kiss Xathabat gave him? Placing his hand over his face, he shook his head. "Glad to know you're here Roxas. Xathabat and I were going to come looking for you." He gentely shoved him on the shoulder. "Have you seen Axel and Xion?"
Demyx gazed at his hands as they were glowing as well. He would be back home, with the rest of the organization and not stuck in this Hell hole for any longer. He would have his own organization life back and so would the rest of the members. He was relieved and yet not looking forward to doing missons again, but that was the life of a nobody. Watching himself disappear, he was now gone from the Underworld.
He touched her forehead with his own. "Of course not Xathabat. I don't leave my friends behind." He smiled and sighed thinking to himself. "Oh man she only sees me as a friend. I thought you saw me as a boyfriend. Oh well I don't want to pressure her or make her feel uncomfortable. What will be will be."
Demyx walked over to the window and starred out it. So far the situation was looking better for them, but he was still concerned for all the drama he had been through with Axel and Larxene. He remembed she had gone after him when he was in the cave as a dragon and how she rode on his back. It was relaxing and eventful knowing they had shared some times together, but now it seemed that everything had stopped and the spark had somehow died. Since Xemnas wasn't answering him, Demyx located Larxene's presence and stood beside her. "You have a lot on your mind I can tell."
Demyx helped her up to his feet. "Yeah and I'll just send out one of my dancers to go find them no matter what they are doing." He snapped his fingers making the lower nobodies appear. "Go find Axel, Roxas, and Xion okay?" He told them. Demyx thought about anyone else he was missing. "Oh yeah and see if you can locate Larxene too. I haven't seen her in a long time now."
Demyx placed his arm around Xathabat to console her. "I want to know how Roxas got a job? So much has happened and where the heck is Axel and Xion?" He rubbed her back in small circles to help her to relax.
Demyx was getting more weary of her by the second now espcially with the kunai back between her fingers. "Uh Dying wishes? You know you wouldn't kill me. I mean to much to you and without me the organization would be boring. You're a woman of your word and you said you would always be there for me right?" He reminded her of what they both spoke of awhile ago and that was before all the hostility. "I know you don't want to take your rage out on me. What good would it do?" He scratched the back of his head and moved his fingers tapping the back of his head until he brought it down and extended one finger out at her. "And I'm willing to help you if you give me the chance. The boss is thinking otherwise about you something about not being in the rebirth since he doesn't know whose side you are on. I was convincing him that you were on our side and still are. It's not easy standing up to Xemnas for it could very well mean crucial danger for myself, but I'm doing this for you because I don't want to lose you and... " he paused knowing this was the hardest thing he had to say to her. "I care for you and if you don't believe me then you're not keeping your promise that you made to me at all." He placed his hand over his chest where his heart would be if he had one. "I miss what we had before Larxy. I was a fool to ever push you away. I'm willing to change and do what it takes to prove to you that you and I can get over this hatred and be like we were." He walked closer to her. "If you want me to be tough and strong, I can very well do that as you've seen my destrucitive power. If you want me to be a victim of your enjoyment then by all means just as long as you don't go to far and if you want me to grovel just so you and I can get past this I will." He got down on his knees to prove he was serious. "I would die for you and it might end up like that for how I was questioning the boss to save you and convince you that you're one of us. I know I'm acting pathetic and weak and easy to kill right now, but I'm confessing what I feel towards you okay?" He then looked down, and stood up awaiting her answer. "Oh man I can't believe I just said all of that." Xigbar spotted Xeol whom had showed up. "Well it looks like Luxord you won't have to go get him afterall." His hand stretched out towards the destruction that Demyx had caused. "Yeah the water boy has a lot of potential. He means well and his power is great when he wants to show it. I got to hand it to him though." Before he could forget he wanted to answer Xemnas so not to be rude. "So you want me to get Number XV and Cloud and Leon? Whatever you say you're the boss and Luxord and Xeol can come with me if they want, but that is up to you of course." Cloud watched Reno descend from the steps and he eyed the turk suspiciously not caring that he was talking to Axel and visa versa. "Aerith is gone just so you know. It would help if you could send any of your men to find and retrieve her body. This did not have to happen." He glared at Axel. "If you want to redeem yourself for the destruction you caused on this town earlier and the pain you caused my friend, do want you can to make yourself useful and find Xion and Roxas. Make sure they are safe, but know this nobody if you ever hurt Leon again for no good reason, I will have no problem returning the favor and giving you your own medicine. He glanced at Tifa. "Xion does not need any of this stress. We have to help her in anyway we can. I'm going to find the one who killed her. Leon you can stay or come. It's up to you."He got out of the water, and wiped the water off the best he could from his pants.
(OOC: Axel 8 is.) "Yeah Vexen would be able to help her, but we have to do the best we can." He looked at the wound, applied some water and hydrogen peroxide to kill the germs. "There it will burn, but it will kill any infection. There has to be something like an ether and elixer could do the trick." He gazed over at Phenox. "Hey you were a lot of help and perhaps you could go get two bottles of each for us."
