With his hand, he rubbed her cheek. "Larxene the important thing is that you're safe now," Demyx was at her side and he hugged her gentely. "I was so worried about you."
Please read the rules and then you can, but don't forget to say Demyx rocks! So I know you have read them.
You're needed please. http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?t=83025&page=18
Ok I understand.
Xigbar took notice of Luxord's speech that made him shrug his shoulders. "Eh. He was just trying to prove himself in the Organization is all. He said no one told him what he was supposed to do with finding Gex and all so he took it upon himself to get the job done and went overboard a bit. Not bad if I say so myself, but at least he's trying and has the potenial you know?" His only mistake was that he should of asked the boss first," Xigbar saw that the wave was getting closer to the unsuspecting town that would blow everyone by surprise. Cloud shook his head, feeling stressed out and he took a breath to calm himself, but Leon was accidently bringing up a something he didn't want to even think about. "I know how my friend feels for I feel the same way. I'am a threat to and always have been. Why do you think I chose to be myself all the time? So I wouldn't be bothered by anyone and have to worry about their troubles on top of my own. I know it's selfish, but it's just the way I am. I also don't want to hurt others and you know what I'm talking about, when I get possessed?" He bitterly exclaimed, his hands now clenched as he wiped his hand across his body. "Forget it. I'm just taking my anger out on you and it's not right. I just want to know that I can trust you no matter what I feel or tell you. I want you to promise me Leon, that I can depend on you and you won't judge me like Reno and the other turks. I want to know whether we're on the same page otherwise I'm going solo." Demyx coughed being held by Axel and now dropped back down laying in his own blood overhearing Xemnas address him with such disdain that he couldn't let himself be silenced for now. "It is the truth! Everything I have ever done has always benfited the organization. So my ways are different then how you would think of them, but I'm still doing my part to help us become whole. You just don't want to believe that, but you won't admit that you're ever wrong! I can't ever please you no matter how hard I try. It's not fair!" He couldn't help what he had just said. His mind had snapped at what he was thinking and not to mention the impact did make him think a litte bit different. He didn't know what to say to Axel, ashamed and both upset at time the same time and the fire had burned him, making him weaker then before. Axel didn't give him a chance to respond, he wouldn't respond, he wouldn't want to feel the flames searing his cloak and flesh again. "I'm not a traitor," he spoke quietly doing his best to get up to his feet and failing miserably.
Cloud was taken a back, but knew Leon spoke the truth for the most part, but he still didn't think his friend Demyx was evil, misunderstood then anything and forced to doings aganist his nature, but not evil. " If there is anything I learned from my trainning long ago it was to fight hard and strong, but also learn to reason with the opposition if he or she is willing to reason." He stopped pacing and folded his arms, his blue eyes glancing in different directions. "Also Aerith and Tifa both showed me kindness, believed in me and always saw the light in me so I'm willing to do the same for my friend. I know he is a nobody, I know he would never betray the organization for his own surivial depends on that and who can blame him, but that doesn't mean we can't still be friends and allies. I'm also keeping a promise Leon, a promise I tend to never break. Zack told me to watch over Demyx as his friend and guide him as well as help out Xion. I don't care what the others say like Reno and the rest of the Turks or you even thinking what I'm doing is evil and corrupt, I will not just toss that away. These orders came from Zack himself and he's the only one that ever believed in me so I will do what it takes to keep his wishes." Xigbar placed his hood over his head and instucted Luxord too, for he didn't want to call attention to himself for to long. "Luxord, I'll be back I have to check on something." There were people still running where there were muddy areas towards the hills trying to get away from all that had happened earlier. Leaping onto a roof top, he bounded to the other rooftops overlooking the town until he came to the outskirts of the town. Glancing towards the east, he heard the sound of water coming down a mountainside. Was Demyx still in the area? Disappearing he decided to check out the commotion. Appearing where the nocturne had been previously, he smirked when he saw no number IX, but a huge wave that was cascading down the moutainside, and heading towards the valley. "Oh I get it. When the boss was here, he was talking to him, but the boy still held his second wave like he was ready to use it for something, but then he disappeared and said he would be back, but that meant if the wielder was gone, the wave was free to run it's course in the general direction it was facing. So like nature indended, its heading back to the town for another hit and this time by the force and size of it , the town will become a underwater region. "I'll just let the wave do it's job for me and Cloud and Leon will have to come out sooner or later," he laughed. Demyx had never seen Larxene's power errupt so much tension and static in the area and it was not good for his own element, for water was a conductor and would cause great bodily harm to him. Again he struggled to be free, and rubbed his face where Axel had smacked him. He was fearful, but upset at the same time. Swinging his arm back he tried to return the favor to where Axel had hit him. "Don't... tell me what to do Axel. You don't own my soul, you're not the one who created me. You have your own faults too all right? You're not perfect. What I do is of no concern to you. I have reasons for what I do, and I know for a fact you would never destroy me, for if you tried I promise I will extinguish you permentely for you know my power is a great threat and the only thing that can get rid of fire. I may not be a strong fighter like you, but my element sure makes up for it and you know it!" He pointed at him and brought his hand back where it hung helplessly. They had reached the Altar of Naught, where his body was flung like a rag doll forwards, and landing harshly on the ground with such force, the impact nearly knocked the wind out of the water wielder. Gasping, he lay there unable to move, his nerves searing with pain, his tears staining the ground, blood and his element leaking from his mouth and hands onto the ground, where the pressure of the element had escaped through his gloved hands. The shape he was in was very questionable, but if he had been human he would have certainly had a concussion and be on crtical care right now. His strength and power of a nobody had helped him surivive this test and it was only going to get worse. Looking up, he coughed and tried to support his weight with his elbows that were shaking to answer the boss's question. "You didn't even give us a chance... *gasp* to explain ourselves. *cough* You just lost it and overeacted. You acted with anger something you... claim... you don't ... have."
His world had been turned upside down. Once he was feeling light as a feather and now heavy as a stone. "No boss!" He exclaimed, his voice was high pitched for a second as he felt the tight grasp of a black leather glove whist right past his head and seize him from the back of his head where his hood lay motionessly still. "Don't do this. I can explain!" Gasping, his lungs constricted as if a snake had gotten hold of him squeezing the very life out of him. "Help!" Coughing violently he forced himself to breathe, trying to get out of his strong grip. Blinking, his eyes had some tears racing to them as he saw the same thing happend to the savage nymph. Forcing himself to look away, he clenched his eyes closing them tightly, his power pulsating inside of him to be released to help defend himself against Xemnas. No, there was something he would have his power do. Snapping his fingers, he dissolved his sitar off of Larxene's bed as it returned it to his room with a swift motion from his hand. Now it was safe and could be called upon when needed. Opening his azure terrified eyes he screamed out of panic. "Listen to reason! You need the both of us! " Sniffing he tried to break free for his life was was in danger now. He had no clue what was going to happen for he had never seen the boss appear that perturbed like he was ready to kill. Shaking with fear from head to toe, he let out an inaudiable noise as he was flung in another direction, his hood still attached and being held on to. This swift motion made his stomach churn a bit, as he swallowed his salvia to ease it. He directed his water in that region as well to settle it. Coughing he stuck his tongue out, panting like a cat or dog as his breath quickend. "I'm so dead," was all that he could ponder about and what tortorous act Xemnas would commit. Bringing his tongue back in his mouth, his eyes glanced at Axel's own making the water wielder turn directly away ashamed to have his superior see him in the shape he was in. The musician along with the savage nymph were being dragged by their hoods down the many halls, and up the stairs to that fateful meeting place the Altar of Naught where the heart overlooked the world. It was like a place of judgement, where Demyx assumed he and Larxene were being brought to their execution. "Larxene I'm sorry this had to happen." He did his best not to cry or whine, but it was very difficult to prevent and hold in. Thinking of his other friends, he could only assume never being able to set foot on Hollow Bastion again. "I never got to say goodbye to Cloud," Demyx sadly thought of his new friend and how he may never see him again. "Find peace Cloud. That is all I want for you." His mind repeated this to himself. Swallowing a lump in his throat, he reached out his hand to comfort her even though it was impossible to do as easily with the position they both were in. "We'll get through this together." He wanted her to be strong and know he was there as he promised he would be. Sadly he thought about how he jsut acquired a career to make munny and enjoy the pleasures of life and the agreement they both made in the room where he would watch over her to protect her, where she would assist him with his fighting, where she would not be alone or fade into the darkness by herself. Now that was wishful thinking compared to what they had to face, but he was still willing to believe if she would.
"Guys, I wish there was some way we can figure this all out without violence if need be." Demyx tried to reason with the both of them the best he could. He hated confrontations.
Demyx stopped after the song was repeating seeing her question him in this way with the way she was looking at him. "Oh um..." he placed his hand behind his head being totally embarrased that he let his inner child or teen slip since he wanted to impress her. "Yeah I forgot. I wasn't thinking about how you would feel about this. Um..." he sat on the bed, his face a brillant red as he played with his fingers. "I just wanted to impress you. Not make you feel uncomfortable in anyway." He hit himself in the forehead and shook his head. "I won't do that again unless you say otherwise. Um... I .. uh... " he was tripping all over himself right now and biting his lower lip, licking it with his tongue and then placed it back in his mouth. "So yeah.... I can dance too..." he said quietly for the music had stopped now and was followed by a loud noice. Whipping his head around, he stared into the orange orbs of the Superior and froze like a deer in headlights. "Uh... hi boss..." he softly said not expecting to see him. "Oh yeah so all we got to do is find out where they are feeling sorry for themselves. I guess we can check every inch of this town." Xigbar answered back to Luxord. "Maybe they are getting drunk in a bar or something?"
(OOC: Not my best stuff, but whatever.) Demyx couldn't let go of the gaze upon her eyes, he shifted closer towards her taking her hand into his own. "I said I would be there and protect you no matter what whether we are nobodies or become human. I will always hold that promise." He let go and then pulled out something else besides his instruments. It was a cd. Placing it into the cd player and amplying it with the speakers, he would show off another one of his skills and that was his dancing. He would express how he felt through that artisitic talant of his. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3CxhBIrBho He began moving his shoulders back and forth to the beat moving closer towards her, he then took her hand and swung her in a circle quickly, his hips moving back and forth with his arms now over his head, singing just the chorus. His moves would speak for themselves. All I ever wanted was to see you smile All I ever wanted was to make you mine I know that I love you, oh baby why don't you see That all I wanted was you and me. "I just have a feeling that something is wrong and... I just needed to talk to you about it." Cloud began to pace around. "What are your thoughts on this?" He wouldn't go furthur until he heard what he had to say. Xigbar looked into the sky and thought of where the two humans would be and also what Luxord had mentioned. "Now if I were them, where would I hide or run off to?" He scratched his head. "I have to think like a human. How boring is that?" he laughed to himself and then at Luxord. "Got any ideas?"
Demyx couldn't believe what he just heard. Was he dreaming? Did she actually want him to be there for her and to protect her? This had to be a dream. Larxene was to proud to admit she had doubts and felt lonely as it was. Smiling and gasping and then calming down, he was now laughing with pleasure, his spirits rose and he felt the connection growing. She would want to be with him, he would look after her like an older brother, a good friend, a boyfriend even, but that was to soon. That would have to develop depending on her. He wasn't going to push for that. Time would only tell. Calming down, he caught his breath and then starred at her, a friendly warm grin on his features. "Of course. I laughed at myself, not you of course. I'm just filled with happiness knowing you are placing your trust in me and it gives me another purpose, like I was meant to do something so much more then just get hearts. I will be there for you Larxene. You don't know how much this means to me." Without thinking he embraced her and quickly let go not wanting to push it. "Sorry sometimes I can't help myself," he blushed and placed his hand behind his head feeling sheepish. Xigbar laughed and looked at the guy with question. "What you don't recgonize me? Oh come on let's use that memory of yours. I'm wearing an organization cloak, and I'm the second one in the organization. Maybe your brain can figure that one out unless you're still water logged," he eyed him down on the ground at the wet mess he was. "I know who you are Gexion." Cloud leaning over the computer was not going to sit in the chair, and he looked over his shoulder at Leon. "That makes sense, but you and I both know something negative is going to happen from this. I need to talk to you alone in one of the rooms where no one can see or hear us. It's concerning the contract Leon," Cloud walked out of the kitchen after drinking his water and pulled down a hidden lever that led up to another floor upstairs. Pulling the ladder down from above the room, he began to climb it, took out a key to open the lock and crawled up inside, standing at the top waiting for Leon to do the same.
"Who says you are paralysed Axel?" Demyx pinched him to let him know he can still feel pain. "Don't think like that all right? You're getting better and that's what is important. I want to go back to Disneyworld tomorrow. We only rode one ride. I feel jipped."
No problem. I will be awaiting for your pm when you are ready.
I don't think Roxas will go with that, but he wants to stay with Xion and also Axel.
How would you get there?
Is tifa going to be heading back home? When she does, Cid's smoke is everywhere in the house and Cloud is trying to get rid of it. I'm adding some...
(OOC: fire mage they are all back in the hotel room except for Demyx since he went out to find Roxas and Xathabat. He doesn't know they are back yet.) Demyx walked along the road, coming to a place where Xathabat had burned down the forest before. Sighing he sat on the same rock and closed his eyes for a moment or too. He just couldn't find them and his dancers had not returned yet. Axel was counting on him to find them and now he felt like a failure. Shaking his head, he got up and returned back to the road on his way to tell Axel the bad news. Using a void, he appeared in the room.
Demyx glanced back at Axel. "You know what I have no idea, but that guy what ever his name is still alive for some reason," he stood next to Xemnas watching the whole scene and heard his boss cuss under his breath. "Oh great now he is going to be upset." Demyx took one step back.
Demyx tried not to throttle her for she was making fun of him as a musician and was insulting him. He just closed his eyes and looked up at the ceiling trying not to let her words get to him. Stupid sitar thing? It was his love and joy, the very thing he used to fight and entertain himself. Of course he had others besides his sitar, electric guitars to be exact, but the sitar or Arpeggio he referred it as what his life was all about. Making it appear, he held it in his arms and hugged it, keeping it close to him at all times. Laying it down on the bed, he kept it where he could grab it easy. "Yeah I know Iam, but maybe I was testing you to see how much knowledge you actually do have." He leaned closer towards her, their eyes hinting a mysterious connection that was beginning to come to the surface. "Are you sure you don't want to help me with my new job? I would be willing to give you a fair share of my profits. Think of what you could buy with it. I know there is something that must excite you. Something that you have always wanted." His orbs seemed to have a sparkle in them as he then brought his hand out to her. "Join me and we'll take Hollow Bastion and the other worlds by storm. Think of the possibilites this will bring." Xigbar had been searching for a few hours when he finally came upon a body that was lying in the water. With his right hand, he picked Gex up and placed him on a patch of moist ground. He shook him and then slapped him in the face to get his attenton. "Hey wake up. You've been out for awhile I can tell." Cloud was greatful that Leon had made Cid go outside to smoke his cigarette especially when it was bothering him. Now the whole place smelled like smoke. Sighing he opened up all the windows to get the toxic fumes out. "I hate it when he does that," he coughed afterwards. "He has to remember not to do that around here, but I'm glad that you took care of it" He walked over to the main computer frame and thought about the events that had taken place. "So Yuffie is mourning, and Cid gave Rufus information about the Organization. Leon this is a huge problem. I don't want them to come over here and try to kill Cid if they find out he is the one that gave the information to the Turks." He sat in the chair Cid had been sitting in and then quickly got up for it was to unbearable. "Oh... I can't work under these conditions," he coughed again, walked over to the kitchen, got a glass, filled it with water and began to drink it. "At least our lines didn't get effected," he said to Leon not noticing any bursts or anything when he had got his water. Drinking gradually, he thought of his friend who had done this and would question him later on why and for what reason the town got flooded for.
Of course. I was dealing with a matter right now, but I will do that. What is going on if you don't mind me asking?
