THIS JUST IN: MURDER AT REDWOOD MANOR! PARTY GUESTS SUSPECTED!

The plot:
During a huge party at Redwood Manor, Ms Natalie Traynor, was murdered during a black out. Suspects are as follows:

Each one had motive to kill Ms.Traynor, but none have come clean. Detectives Altair Walker and Emily Hawthornehave set ups special teams to uncover the culprit, and in addition to the suspects assisting the police with the case, the detectives have each set up a group of special investigators. One group, led by Detective Altair Walker, consists of nothing but males while the other group, led by Detective Emily Hawthorne, consists of nothing but females. Both teams were told they had two weeks to solve the case before the killer got away. The killer is still at large and some suspect that the crime was committed out of love. While the detectives have yet to comment on this, most reports say it is true. Will they be able to catch the killer, or will the killer get away and go down into the history books as one of the hardest cases to solve? Both teams must be careful, as Redwood Manor is known to have it's set of booby traps and secret doors.

Rules:
1. No Godmoding. I know it does not seem like much but, even with an rp like this, no one is to know the killer except me. I will not be making a character because of this. Instead, I will be acting as the news guy.
2. Be active. I don't think I need to explain this one.
3. Be respectful to others. While everyone is competing to find out who the killer is, in no way are you to impead someone's investigation for your own personal gain. If you find an item before someone else, feel free to bag and tag. If someone has a piece of evidence you need, you are not allowed to steal it. Trade evidence.
4. Keep it PG-13. I know it is on every rp here but I am just keeping it the same. Players are encouraged to make romances within the rp but if you must get into a sexual act, start it with something like "Jessable removes James' shirt and locks the door." Then wait about 4-5 posts before you can post again, ie "Jessable opens the door and leaves James on the bed with a smile on his face."
5. I will PM some of you at certain points in the RP. This is to let you know one of three things: A. You need to be active, B. You are the killer, or C. The killer has chosen to kill you.
6. The person who I chose to be the killer must act normal, there will be NO giving away of who you are, so if you are chosen, you better be damn good at lieing.
7. Players will be killed off at random. I will inform you first that the Killer has selected you to be killed next. During this time, you are allowed to post how you die. and a note to the killer, you are NOT ALLOWED to kill off everyone, so you will be limited to 3 kills, other then the kill of Ms.Traynor. Now getting killed by the killer is not the only way you can die, as stated before, the house is filled with booby traps, some of which are deadly. If you encounter one of these traps. I will inform you on how the trap kills you via PM.\
8. Keep cursing to a minimum of twice every 4 posts.
9. To state rule 5 of the Roleplay Arena: there is a miminum of 20 characters per post. Also, please try to keep the flow of the rp going. Use common sense.
Addendum 1: for the moment, everyone is allowed One character. If it comes to the point in which there are only 4 people playing, then you may make another
Addendum 2: One person will be playing the first victim, One person will be playing the female detective and one person will be playing the male detective. These spots are of high priotiy as I can not start with out these key roles cast.
IF I CATCH ANYONE DISOBEYING THESE RULES, YOUR CHARACTER WILL BE KILLED OFF.
