"Wait that doesn't help. I don't have any plans or know what to do? I'll be a sitting duck. Can't we attack the next day when we are all prepared?" He said and realized Xemnas was now gone. "Shoot. He didn't hear a word I said," he kicked the ground with his right foot.
Demyx looked at her eyes and saw how depressed she was. Offering a comforting hand he placed it on her shoulder and then embraced gentely into a warm hug. "Hey it's okay. We'll get through this together."
"Yeah you do that." Demyx added with a chuckle. He stretched out his right hand making a dark void appear that would lead them back to their room. "Ladies first," he replied like a gentlelman.
"Well does anyone else have any bright ideas?" Demyx walked over to the pool of water and lapped it again. He was so thirsty, and didn't feel like bringing out his sitar for he was afraid if he could even play it. He didn't have fingers, only paws and claws and didn't want to wreck it. "I'll get her attention. Hey you witch girl get back here." He called to her though it sounded more like a mixture of a howl and a growl.
He rose his eyebrows suprised that Lexaeus would even imply that. Rubbing the back of his neck, he chuckled at how silly that sounded. "No no. Get your head out of the gutter dude. I wasn't saying I would be the one to give it to her. I just said she needed one." At times it was almost horrifying what Lexaeus thought of him as. Did he really come off that way? "I'll get her some nourishment and plenty of water, but you have to promise me that you won't smash her to pieces. I know your strength and I'm going to keep an eye out for her in case you go over board." Touching the collar she had on, he grimaced when he brought his fingers towards the edges of it and felt it. "Oh I wish there was something I can do to help you so you didn't have to have that thing in you. It must feel awful. If I had something like that, I would forever feel like a prisoner and probably never be myself again, but that is just me and my kind of personaility. If you need anything feel free to say the word and I'll help in anyway I can." He brought his hand down from her collar and touched her hand instead offering her a sign of comfort. "Lexaeus I'm going to see if I can be assigned to take care of her too. I don't think the boss would have a problem with that."
As Xemnas spoke Demyx did his best not to figet with his fingers or do anything that would draw Xemnas's attention. It was just so hard to listen to the truth about what would happen if he wasn't any use to him at all. He was expendable as much as it hurt him to realize that, he could not deny it any longer. "I know but," he accidently interruped wishing he would of just kept quiet. Now was not the time to argue and thankfully he would understand where he went wrong. Nocturne? At least he had not called him anything worse, but it was hurtful. Didn't he even know his name? Of course Xemnas did yet he chose not to say it for some reason. Listening to himself being belittled and ridiculed, his eyes starred at the ground and glanced up for a moment to let the Superior know he was listening. "How do I go about doing that and exactly what am I looking for?" He asked when his assignment had been read to him. "I want to make sure you and I are on the same page here."
"Xion don't do this. Fighting is not going to solve anything," Demyx protested standing in front of her and Axel. "Come on we are all friends. Can't we just let this matter go?"
Her touch and her beauty. That was what attracted her to him. She was so strong like a warrior princess. He caressed her cheek with his right hand feeling the softness of her skin. "How about we go back to the room Larxene?" He asked quietly.
"Wait where did that loser go?" He looked around for him. "Oh no don't tell me he got away?" He shook his head. "The boss is going to so upset. Oh shoot I forgot about the attack!" He began to panic.
Demyx starred at Xathabat for he was confused by what she meant. Roxas is in trouble? What kind of trouble? Was he trying to hurt himself again? The water mage had to know. "Wait what is going on? What do you mean he's in trouble and are you all right?"
Demyx walked over to Axel and rubbed his hand just underneath his chin. "I wasn't trying to hurt you Axel. I was only playing. I just don't want you to think that this is the end for us. There has to be a way out of here. If we can't find one, we're doomed to stay here like this forever and frankly I will not have that."
Taken a back, he had not expected to hear her agree. It was wonderful that she took such an interest. Maybe he wasn't the only musician. Perhaps she had a hidden talant that had not been revealed yet. Making his sitar appear, he gentely placed it in her hands. "This is my sitar, my most treasured possession." He gracefully took her right hand into his right leather gloved one and slowly dragged her fingers across the strings so she would get a feel for it. "Notice that the higher your fingers move up," he guided her hand to the top of the sitar. "The tempo is higher, but when you lower your fingers," he controled her hand again. "The deeper sounding it is." Taking his hand off of hers, he let her experiment with the different strings. "Don't worry. You won't hurt yourself except if you go to high and off to the sides or down the middles there are sharp blades protruding out since my sitar is a weapon as well." He hoped she wouldn't cut her prick herself which is why he warned her.
Guilt. That is what it was, but they didn't have feelings so how could they express that? It had to do with the memories and the type of people they were before and it was just mind boggling. If the musician had not shown up, who knows what Lexaeus would have done to her? Lexaeus was an enigma, a strong towering pillar of strength, but deep within docile perhaps? No it didn't seem like him. The guy who was clearly the tallest and strongest of Organization XIII taking care of a girl with a chain embedded in her neck. There had to be some sort of agenda for him. "Yeah I'll follow and see what you're up to." The water wielder spoke out loud to himself making his own portal appear. He couldn't bare seeing her in such distress and she was frightened of the one who looked intimidating. Following the same course through the Corridor of Darkness by feeling the presence of the fifth number, he appeared in the same untidy room seeing her laying now on a bed. "You know what she needs?" He asked Lexaeus. "She needs a bath, something to eat and drink and then some rest. I don't know what she has gone through or how she got here, but the least we can do is make her feel comfortable."
Suds, soap and splattering was the only thing Cloud had payed attention to. She seemed agitated about something. He had a feeling he knew what it was, but just to be clear he decided to ask her. "Tifa I have a feeling I know what this is about so go ahead and discuss it." He turned off the water and placed the dishes in the dishwasher. After finishing that task, he dried his hands with a towel that was in a drawer. "It has to do with that one guy with the gun doesn't it? Before you say anything I need to tell you what Zack told me last time we spoke to one of another when Aerith was still alive." Demyx looked down at Xion giving her a grin and he wasn't to comfortable with seeing the stranger's hand on her shoulder. "You're here to protect Xion? No kidding." He kneeled down to the small girl's level. "Cloud and I are doing that so you don't need to." He didn't want any fights or confrontations especially when he didn't know what this guy was capable of. Perhaps he had been in to many fights since his arm was in a sling? Something just wasn't right and what if he discovered that she was a member of the organization at one time. Would he change his tune about her? "Well since you know my name I think it's only fair if I know yours. After all if you are here to protect her too you will be seeing myself and Cloud more often and I would like to know your name and not call you guy with the sling or oh injured one." He joked waving his hand at him in a friendly gesture.
Glad you are back. *hugs* I hope you had a fun trip. I haven't started my new rpg yet Pride of the Organization because I was waiting for you. I...
Demyx backed away, kneeling on two of his front paws in a submissive stance. "One of us could act like we are hurt or sick and then maybe she will take that one out of here for medical aid." He stretched his back legs gripping the where he stood and yawned his sharp teeth baring through his playfulness. "Oh come on. I don't see any of you coming up with any plans." He complained and sat back down.
(OOC: Okay, I plan to begin this rpg real soon so anyone who else would like to join so ahead, but please read my rules first. Once the rpg begins I expect all my rules to be followed. ^_^ That is all.)
Demyx placed his hand on her shoulder to let her know that he was close and that she wasn't talking to him from a distance. "You know I could teach you to play one of my instruments if you have the interest. You don't have to see in order to play. Just feel the music flow through you. It's just a suggestion and I understand if you don't want to." He took his hand off of her. "I enjoy music for it makes me feel like I have a heart and my element can be peaceful and yet cause destruction depending on the tempo and the pace of how I play." He hoped he wasn't boring her. It wasn't everyday someone from the organization would want to speak with him and just have a friendly chat without having an agenda or hurt him in some way or another. Starring towards the right of him, the light from the heart shaped moon seemed to make him glow and her as well, for the shadows were coming forth not being secluded by the darkness and light had directed it's glow upon them in a certain area of the castle.
