Hendrik had come to the Pandemonium with the younger Nephilim, Brianne. She had briefly explained to him why they were exactly out here in this rats nest. She had to talk to an old friend of hers who might have some more information in regards to their quarry. While Brianne had gone to a more private section of the club, Hendrik had remained in the normal area of the club. He hated it to be perfectly honest, didn't like clubs, the strobing lights and the loud thumping music weren't his cup of tea. He would much rather have waited outside for her to come back but then he couldn't keep an eye on the entrance to the private section and in case of a hostile situation an intervention would take longer. The runes on his body glowed, one for speed and one for dispelling any glamours, leaving him with two more. The humans didn't see him and he just watched through the crowd seeing a few downworlders, he kept watching them, he wouldn't do a thing to them seeing they weren't breaking the rules and therefor couldn't rightfully kill them. He decided to move himself over to the curtains seperating the common areas from the private areas of the club. There he waited for Brianne to come back, the look on his face clearly showing that if she came back he'd want to get out first and ask questions later so he atleast didn't have to deal with the things that he hated anyways.

The master witcher kept a careful eye on the man that had just arrived. The girl seemed to know him, naming him Seth. The girl tried to explain that he had dragged her out of the water, but stopped halfway, she was shivering rather badly and figured she nearly might have caught her tongue between her teeth. "Easy, easy warm up a bit more before trying to speak. Wouldn't want you to hurt yourself, now would we?" the old Crow said, throwing some additional wood on the fire, which after only moments was noticable in the heat it produced. She thanked him for fishing her out of the water "It was nothing and you're not out of the water yet so to speak. Here, drink this it'll warm you up." He once more offered the girl the warm water with the berries as he had been doing before Seth had arrived. Seth seemed rather eager to get away from him. "So, Seth, if that is your name, got any idea as to how your friend over here ended up in the ice-cold river at this hour, clinging for her life to a piece of driftwood? And an even better question why would this Bryce have your head for it?" He had heard the name being mentioned by Seth and he seemed rather panicked about the man's reaction. Raymond was rather surprised at how sudden Veera was leaving, she had mentioned an enemy of theirs. He felt sorry for the poor fellow that was their enemy, Witcher swordsmanship was legendary and he would pity any poor soul on the receiving end of it, if they were human that was. Aaron had gotten rather nervous about her leaving, Veera returned rather quickly to be perfectly honest and there was definitely something going on, but it was far from his place to ask about it instead he merely told Veera "Welcome back" and then turned to Aaron who asked the woman if she was alright, well she just had a breather why wouldn't she? He decided to ask him about an aforementioned sister "I am sorry, but I heard you had a sister that you are far away from, you made it sound she was very sick. It must be hard to live like that. I hope she is in good hands and will get better soon." The farmer was truthful about that, despite not knowing the person at all she still had his sympathies, hell if the sister had been with them he'd offer to look after her, eventhough he didn't have much he saw it as repaying the debt his family owed the witchers and as his civil duty to look after the sick.
Conrad had taken up his position next to Shyra looking around left to right, there was nothing there. He did have the feeling they were being watched though, looking through the woods searching for wherever their opponents were. The others were piling out of the carriage as well. He was still looking around wary of any danger. He heard Tessa say something about teaming up after she had scolded Kara for wanting to touch one of the lines. "Sounds like a good plan, back to back, no way they can surprise us. " He said, finishing Tessa's sentence "Stand united and they'll have a hard time taking us down." Kara had happily danced over to him, but she challenged Tessa and Laurentinus. "Kara, not now. You are dividing us when we need to stand together." He turned around and that's when he saw them(Because Mr von Eisenstein III passed his perception roll.) they were on top of the carriage. "There they are, everyone form up, circle formation. Laurentinus, you and me up front. We're more heavily armoured. Whoever can take a hint stand with us, everyone who can attack from distance behind us." Conrad spoke, his voice lacked the commanding tone of an officer and he knew he wasn't in charge. Let's just hope these folks had common sense.
Conrad heard what Kara was saying to him. She was right, perfectly so and it annoyed him a little eventhough he wasn't showing it. He caught Laurentinus' rolling of eyes, he didn't respond in kind, but gave a small nod. Then she pulled at his hair and before he could strike back, she twisted out of his grasp. He wouldn't hit a girl easily, but Kara was pushing it. He shot her a look "Kara, would you please stop doing that. While I do not mind someone laying on my shoulder,I do mind someone actively trying to draw the blood from beneath my nails." Then she went on about how she would love to be a fox. The next remark resulted into Kara nudging him with her foot, his hands were quick and grabbed hold of Kara's leg and he pulled her leg over his lap, pinning it there with his left arm, then using his right hand he unlaced her boot and took it off, putting it next to him. A rather devious smile appeared upon his face as he started to tickle her relentlessly underneath her foot while keeping the leg under control with his left arm. He heard what Tessa had said and small smile crept on his face. "How does the little kitty like to be tickled?" He asked with a grin on his face. He let her leg go again. Jokingly throwing her now removed boot her way, aiming to throw it into her lap. He looked outside and noticed it had gotten more wooded, then the carriage stopped. Shyra was demanding answers and he listened in on the conversation she then exited the carriage. Conrad followed suit standing next to Shyra, his greatsword at the ready, looking around.
Veceslav had already seen him coming. The bloke came running in and he figured it was for the girl he had just fished out of the water. The vibrations of his medallion hadn't stopped and only seemed to get worse. He didn't regard the man with an aweful lot of suspiscion but he remained guarded. The man had called the person in front of him Michael, which struck Veceslav as odd seeing the person in front of him was clearly female. The man then thanked him for saving her. "I am not about to let someone drown or freeze to death for that matter." He said, then he noticed something play across the man's face. He merely watched with curiosity as the man positioned himself between the old crow and the girl. "While I understand that you are rather protective of your friend, there's no need to rush. I just fished her out of the ice cold waters of the Pontar, let her warm up for a bit." He said taking note of the names he mentioned, there was something fishy going on here and it had nothing to do with him just fishing the lass out of the water.
The master Witcher had gotten himself decently dressed again he turned back to the girl he had found. She was shivering saying she was cold, he put his black cloak around her. He went to get some water in a flask threw in a berry or two and started to boil it over the fire he had just made. His medallion was still vibrating but he had put it underneath his armour, out of sight, there was no reason to complicate things, she looked like a human so she was either a vampire, mage or a doppler. He highly doubted she was a vampire so that left mage and doppler. He waited till she had warmed up a bit before speaking up. "You okay?" He asked, his voice perfectly under control, the tone friendly. He sat down at the opposite side of the fire, the water in the flask was boiling and he held it out to her "Drink up, it's just water with berries for flavour. Warm water, to help you get warmer quicker." He said, his tone indicating she clearly had a choice. He was showing a side of himself that he hadn't shown in a long time, the side he showed to the young ones that arrived at the Kaer. He had to show good will, he was unsure if she was a doppler but if she was then he would have to break the barrier of mistrust. He kept an eye out on his surroundings while waiting for the answers.
Veceslav was approaching the city of Oxenfurt riding next to the river Pontar. It was rather quiet and seeing the city was in sight he deemed it not to make much more haste, not that Hawk would let him at the moment anyways his trusted steed was tired from the journey, first to Novigrad, then to Oxenfurt. And while Hawk was a pure-bred Zerrikanian Warhorse even he had his limits and knew that pushing it too far wouldn't help at all. Then something caught his eye in the river it looked just like a piece of driftwood, but there was someone clinging to it. He immediatly halted Hawk, gathered a bit of wood so he could immediatly get a fire started by breaking of branches and threw them on a pile, tying Hawk down to another tree. He took off his cloak, swords and his armour. Revealing his scarred muscled torso, but he wasn't entirely naked. He looked into the river again and saw the driftwood he jumped into the ice cold water and swam over he could hold his own against the current but only for now. He swam over to the piece of driftwood, his medallion started to vibrate but he ignored it. "Hang on tight!" He said as well as he could, taking the pole by one end, folding his arms around it and starting to swim back to shore dragging the pole along. As he clambered ashore he didn't waste a single moment, despite the winter being mild here in Oxenfurt the water had been cold. He lit the prepared wood with his igni sign to make a campfire, they had to warm up. He still knew hypothermia was a risk and got the fire started in no time adding more wood, soon enough the heat of the fire was noticable. He went back and gently supported the girl and moved her to the fire so she could warm up. He still knew his medallion was vibrating but there was a time and place for everything which wasn't right now as he dried himself off with some grass, he started to put his armour back on.
Laurentinus had responded rather agitated to his response, apparantly it wasn't directed at him. Oh well nothing he could say was gonna make any difference with it, he had recognised the fact that he was deliberatly keeping this quiet it wouldn't be any use to pry which would only make everything worse. He could feel Kara snuggling in close to him. He himself remained sitting as he sat with the arm around Kara, not leaning in specificly or anything really. Then she stated that if she wanted him she'd have him. Well he was still his own person and still would have a say in it. "I doubt that, but I am not going to challenge you to try." Conrad stated with a grin on his face. She mentioned everything working out in her favour if she had been jealous "Which was exactly my point, moving all the pieces into positions where they can't disagree with you without some form of damage. I must say it worked perfectly and as an admirer of strategy it was a good one. Word of advice next time you try to have us all dance to your tune, try sweet talking it works miracles." She ran a finger up his chest and he was rather glad there was a piece of plate armour between the finger and his body, not trusting his own body what it would do to such an alien sensation. He followed the finger with a watchful eye and Kara then decided to name everyone. Tessa was rabbit, he had to admit it was rather fitting she was just as adorable as one. The other girl was a mouse, the name was rather fitting she had been quiet as one up till that point. Kara called herself a cat and giggled, she did have that same habbit as cats counting themselves as authority. Then it was Laurentinus' turn, a hawk rather fitting. But he had a sinking feeling when the finger went in his direction again and was called a wolf. A dangerous animal, it does have a sort of majesty to it, but wolves were predators and he was far from it. A look of annoyance shot across his face but he hid it again. He had no ill intent wasn't gonna kill anyone, deceive anyone. And the more he would cry out against it the more he would damn himself all the more. If he let just his actions speak for him they would be misunderstood and be damned as well and he had no more room to maneuver, having to surrender himself to the whims of the others and he hated it. Control had slipped away from his fingers and he hated it, while he had been a soldier and was used to following orders he still had some measure of control, but now he had lost all of it. He hung his head and clenched his fists, unclenching them again and repeating it. He glanced at Tessa, his hair veiling his eyes, she was ignoring him. He looked back down again. She probably still had some measure of control. He had been demonised, he pressed his lips together but didn't say a thing. This was not what he had expected of this day, not in the slightest.
Conrad had gone off in a cold mindset, but stopped immediatly and spun on his heel as he heard the shriek of Thea falling and cursed, they were wasting time! They couldn't use this at all not now, he turned back around and walked off again, not knowing Thea would follow him, he heard Shani yell about footsteps, really? Really? He was going back the way they had come but seperately from the others with Thea in tow. As all the others had descended down the newly formed hole, one that hadn't been there before and while he really wanted to go and see what was beyond those heavy wooden doors it seemed that leaving the group would spell doom upon him. He stood near the edge of the hole, figuring he was the last one that had to go down, but before doing so he looked around and saw Thea had been following him around. Vance had forgotten about her and he wasn't gonna leave Thea behind. He bend his knees a bit and knelt in front of Thea so their eyes were level. "Thea, I know it is hard for you to trust me, but I won't let you fall, I swear it on the mercy of the Mother." He offered her his hand, the sounds coming from the bottom of the hole didn't bode too well. He took hold of the rope and wrapped it once around his upper left leg and then around his back and through his armpit for a controlled descent and looked at Thea "Hold on tightly wrap your legs around my back even, the way a monkey does." He said as he took hold of the girl, another advantage of this position was that he could support Thea with his free leg. They descended down the hole into the darkness he let the rope slide around his leg , using his left hand for control of the rope while his right arm was half wrapped around Thea and holding the rope above their heads.(Rolled for Conrad's succes on this attempt, 19 that's definitely a pass. Von Eisenstein superiority FTW) As they descended he noticed Thea was getting a little bit scared and he paused, pulling the rope tight to hang in mid air, about halfway through and said "Thea, look at me, I'm right here with you. I won't let you fall, I promise. We're almost there, just a little longer." He spoke in a kind tone as he continued their descent. Vance's lightning crackled through the cavern and Zephyros was yelling something that couldn't have been good. He continued the descent and found Florica, Vance, Shani, Zephyros and Damian already there. Damian was trying to heal Florica who didn't look too well. Were they too late? Had another person been ripped away around him? As he set his feet on the stone floor he bent again allowing Thea to stand on the ground as well before untangling himself from the line. Some girl came running back with another man and before he could say anything, if he even wanted to say anything, the man, Shani and Damian vanished into the cavern, leaving only himself, Thea, Zephyros and Vance. And the girl started to talk to Vance who seemed to be struggling with something, Conrad didn't say anything. The girl was pale and suggested they would go to the pipeworks. "Lead us there." Conrad said calmly, he himself had white hair too and noticed he wasn't too different from these people. Seeing Thea had been with him he decided to stick around the girl, looking over her since Vance was doing such a marvelous job at it.
Tessa asked a question that had seemingly gone ignored as to the how's and why's of this argument. It was a good question there was absolutely no point in arguing, it technicly wasn't even an argument. Kara then told them all to lighten up, easy for you to say sparking an argument and wrongly accusing Laurentinus of being jealous. What a jolly great trip this was going to be... Then Laurentinus said something rather odd though he doubted it was for his sake. "Laurentinus, I apologise that I gave you the wrong idea with my actions there was no ill intent behind it, which I have already explained. I however could not have known something had happened, however I will not accept you wrongly accusing me of having some ill intent towards people." Conrad said again the calm in his voice though it was lost nearing the end of what he said. He understood the willingness to look after people, he had it himself as well. And it hadn't been the first time he had put an arm around a stranger as they lay upon his shoulder. The Old, the young, the weak, men and women. As they were trying to get to safety, they had looked to them for security to keep them safe, give them hope. At first he had felt uncomfortable with it, but now he didn't know any better. That was when Kara decided to really make a big deal over nothing, switching seats with Tessa and demanding his compliance. He was however used to people barking orders at him and figured that objecting here and now was only going to be counter productive, plus it provided an opportunity to test something of his own. "I am perfectly fine with it, question is, are you?" As Kara sat down he put his arm around as she had demanded as he touched her there wasn't the sense of familiarity he had when he first touched Tessa's hand or saw her for that matter. The mentioning of jealousy gave him a little idea and a small smile crept up on his face, he quickly hid it and in a completely serious voice said "You know, someone once told me that those who accuse others of being jealous are jealous themselves." He looked at Kara and added in a teasing tone "So maybe it has been you that was jealous the entire time and sparked all this so you could have the affection of someone else." He couldn't help but grin, if he was going to get slapped for this it was worth it, plus she would be a hypocrite after saying everyone else had to lighten up a bit. "Now if we could just stop making a big deal out of everything then we would probably get along nicely. I think this was all a big misunderstanding that has been blown way out of proportion. Both of us did what we thought was right and that clashed, end of story. Next time let's try to not blow it out of proportion and have a civilised discussion." Conrad said in his calm voice again. He heard another voice belonging to a girl, but to be perfectly honest she didn't contribute anything useful to the conversation like at all.
Laurentinus did make a good point in the fact that he could have woken her up politely and ask her to move. "While it is undeniable that was an option, Laurentinus, I made an assumption that she might have come from far away, having traveled for some time, she arrived even later than me, traveling long distances can take it's toll and you'll tire, no matter how strong your stamina is. Sure I can be entirely wrong in these assumptions, they are assumptions after all. And seeing we are going on an expedition there is no saying when will be the next time we get to rest, hence why I decided to let her sleep." He said calmly, while looking out of the window. He kept the part of and if I didn't you probably would have been all pissy about me waking her up, damned if you do, damned if you don't. "I will apologise if it is necesarry, but I did not harm or wrong anyone the way I see it. I stand by my actions but am willing to admit my wrong, but only if it is clear that I wronged someone for that was not my intention." He said, this time looking at both Laurentinus and Tessa and then turning away again. He felt like he was just wasting his time no matter what he said they were going to hold this against him.
Conrad got rather annoyed by Kara's remark though he barely showed any of it. As she woke Tessa up he removed his arm from around her and folded his arms in front of him. He hadn't even been fighting over Tessa merely having an exchange in views with Laurentinus about their views on the matter. He felt Tessa shift beside him pulling her legs up and hiding within her cloak, she was a rather shy person then. Then came something entirely unexpected, no surprise given the slippery slope Kara had set the girl on. "Tessa, I believe you misunderstand what exactly transpired, hardly surprising given you were sleeping, but apparantly letting someone sleep is a bloody crime. You feel asleep and your head slid onto my shoulder, I put an arm around you so you wouldn't fall and could just continue to sleep. However Laurentinus and I started to discuss this as there was a misunderstanding, but hey what do I know, I'm just a man after all and we are all the same lying bastards that are only out for one thing." He said unable to keep the annoyance from seeping into his voice, not even looking at her now, he moved away a bit putting more room between himself and the girl. I mean honestly was it such a crime to let someone just sleep? Some of them had been coming from far and who knew when the next time was they could rest again. He sighed you try to do something right for once and everyone is misunderstanding and being a prick about it all. He looked out the window watching the landscape roll past them, ignoring the others in the carriage because apparantly everything he did was to claim a woman. He probably would be unable to make these people understand what motivated him to do so, Whytehold soldiers looked after each other. He shot a quick glance at Laurentinus and gave him a bit of an apologetic smile, then looking away again. While it had been a discussion he had phrased his points rather aggresively and that hadn't been right, but he would not let himself be misunderstood as to what he did and would defend them with conviction, something that he sometimes overdid a little. It had been a long journey and he was a bit weary which seeped into his normal kind demeanor.
Raymond sat down by the fireplace and got a fire going putting a kettle to make some tea, he listened to what was said "Aye a home without a family isn't as much of a home, I know exactly what you mean Master Witcher." it was too quiet in a home by yourself. The witchers wandered off to a quiet corner and Raymond kept his attention on the water in the kettle and when it was done poured it into three cups, putting some pine needles in every single one of them to make the tea. He sat by the fire the new home didn't quite feel the same as the old one, but that was to be expected. He had more room than he knew what to do with and that made it all the more quiet not to mention there weren't kids running about. "Tea is ready" He called as he took a cup for himself and thought about everything that had happened today. That girl, Tessa, her brother Bryce, they seemed like nice people to him and he hoped he would meet them again soon. Veceslav was riding towards Oxenfurt, his black cloak waving in the wind behind him. Then he heard it at first he thought he was hearing things, but it was Veera's voice calling out to her brothers and sisters. It must have been bad, very bad. She wouldn't use this power idly, no one did. He had made sure to teach every single one that it was only to be used in dire situations. He stopped Hawk at the side of the road and jumped off its back. He knelt down clasping his amulet and whipsered in return "Veera... if you can hear me... come home, please... whatever has happened we'll deal with it together... just come home..." He wasn't sure if the message would get through to his lost scion but he prayed it would. The rumours from Sigmund were vague but if Veera had gotten tangled up in that mess, he had to get her away from there. He stroked Hawk on the face who whinnied, the Crow looked at his horse and said "I know, boy, I don't got a good feeling 'bout it either." with those words he mounted his horse again and made his best speed for Oxenfurt.
Credit for the banner goes to Aelin Fireheart, thanks a lot Zahariel was rather annoyed that the little twat of a demon boy decided to once more intervene. As he was running he kept an eye on the little chameleon he had ratted out with his fire. She was following their little group now, then bullets started zipping past so the Demi-gods had to adopt new toys to be able to get humanity in line with their scheme, wanting all the worship to themselves. With the bullets zipping past he started to dodge and weave. As the shots were getting more accurate, another round zipped past, rather close he had dodged it. The next one however hit him square between the shoulderblades it went through the armour, no surprise there, now the robes had to be repaired again and that little twerp had no idea how valuable the robes and armour were and just destroyed them. He could feel the blood leaking out of his body and felt the bullet scrape against his spine as he kept on running sending jolts of pain, with his every move. As he staggered onward he could feel another round strike him in the side, just within the armour and he let out a horrifying scream to both ease the pain and terrify his enemies. Again the voice echoing from all around. He didn't pay any attention at all to the whole affair with Rose and Carrisa's attempt at sealing off the remainder of the tower. In his rage he sent out several Flames of Fury from different directions originating from different points mostly directed at Jayce for his destruction of his robes and armour. After unleashing his fury he just focussed on getting himself to the shuttle The Andaran prince kept low in his crouch and sat there until the giant construct thing noticed him, the girl still hadn't noticed him, he wondered if the dagger would actually even help with the construct, it was a better idea than his rifle, the dagger would be more likely to find weak spots in it's formidable armour. Then something happened he did not expect the giant thing offered him tea out of nowhere. He didn't really know what to say to that offer, he loved tea, did it know somehow he loved it? Or was it pure coincidence? He didn't really know what he did do was sling his rifle back around his shoulder and stood up taking a pair of steps closer, but remaining at distance. "What sort of tea do you have...?" He asked, wondering if the thing could actually make some good tea. What he found odd was that the construct called the girl from earlier mistress, so this thing served her? Then why did it allow her to climb to such dangerous heights? A lot of questions came over him, but before he could ask he would have to answer for himself. "There are still peaceful places left within this world, places who do not wish to participate in this futile war. The Andaran Highlands, The Arsinian Flats, The Kalonian Hills and the Forests of Veseria to name a few. They will be safe places, for how long I cannot say. Either side wishes to sway these lands to their side to draw them into a war not their own." He said in a saddened tone
Laurentinus seemed nervous after he had locked his gaze at him. He didn't seem too enthousiastic to talk and when asked if there was a problem he replied there wasn't one, Conrad narrowed his eyes. There wasn't a problem now? Oh interesting why glare at someone when there wasn't a problem. Then he apparantly made up his mind and it was revealed what the issue was. "Well, Laurentinus, I am not sure if you have been observing the entire time, but she fell asleep it just so happened that she slid this way and her head landed on my shoulder, as you might also know carriages aren't exactly known for having comfortable rides, so should I just let her fall over at the next rough road section?" Conrad asked him, looking the man straight into his eyes as he spoke.
Conrad was sitting in the carriage steadying Tessa next to him, then he caught Laurentinus glaring at him. He didn't know the mans name, didn't catch it though he had caught his displeasure at being tested like this. He spoke up in general "For those who did not catch my name, I am Conrad, mind if I ask all of you your names as well?" He remained quiet to hear out the names of everyone and then locked his gaze on Laurentinus who was still glaring at him "Is there a problem, Laurentinus?" He asked the man must have been about his age, he too wore heavy armour. Simply been an adventurer or maybe an ex-soldier like himself? Maybe he would inquire after that further on a later date, he shot a quickl glance to Tessa, still asleep soundly.
Baldomar gave his old mate a hug "Still hate them." He said "Still look as beautiful as ever" adding the last phrase in a sarcastic tone. Then Kellan tried to persuade everyone to come along with a bad combination of phrases that he all cut off then decided to settle for something. "Kellan, never try that again, stick to swordplay, more your kind of thing..." Baldy said with a grin on is face "Also what is in it for us honestly? I know that guy over there" he said pointing at Aston "Is calling the shots, but I like to know what I am getting out of this than some Hammer time with me old mate." Conrad sat on the bench. Could this have been a dream? That would explain his own deja vu but what about hers? Something was really odd about it all and he really wanted to figure it all out right now. So if not a dream, he went through his thoughts again, while it was impossible to remember all the faces he had seen and all the people he had mate, this sense of familiarity meant they had been good friends or close comrades, yet nothing turned up in his mind it just blanked. There wasn't anything he could come up with to explain it, while he knew that beforehand it hadn't stopped him from that to go over everything before. Then he felt something shift next to him, it was Tessa, her head resting on his shoulder. After waiting for a little bit he took off his gauntlets and put them next to him on the bench and sat there with the girl leaning on his shoulder, he couldn't help but smile a little bit because of it. Even though he didn't know the girl too well yet she felt familiar, he put an arm around her to steady her seeing carriage rides were notorious for being bumpy and he wouldn't want her to fall over and be in for a rather rude awakening.
Conrad stood around awkwardly as he waited for an answer then Shyra arrived and called for a carriage. Some other bloke was arguing against the fact to start out to see what we were made off. Conrad wasn't a stranger to such trials after all the same thing happene after graduating from the academy. It was a standard procedure and he didn't mind it too much. Tessa then said they would figure it out eventually, that it would come to them in time "Aye, maybe it will." He said, he had seen her shift from one foot to the other before walking over to the carriage, he got in and sat down next to Tessa, the bench once more creaking under the weight of his heavy armour. He let his thoughts grow and branch like a tree growing trying to figure out all the possibilities of what could be causing this. Eventhough he knew deep down that it was all in vain. Baldomar Ererim: Baldy had been waiting on Aston to get them along the man was about to speak when someone just burst through the door. I mean come on who did that? The bloke who came in was a familiar face, it was his old traveling buddy Kellan! He claimed that no one here knew who he was or he didn't know who anyone else was over here, but how could he forget ol' pal Baldy? "I am up for an Adventure ol' pal. You missed me didn't you? I can see it in your face come on give ol' Baldy a hug" Baldomar said as he held his arms open to hug the man. He didn't care that his traveling companion had left him claiming his way of life wasn't suited, Baldy wasn't one for grudges except for that Greenbeard bloke, still not to be confused with Treebeard
Raymond Mercator Raymond got a bit more relaxed as the witchers accepted his offer. He had no intent to tell anyone else. "Why of course Master Witcher, I know you people aren't the most popular, but what they all forget is that at the end of the day it is you people who save simple people like meself from Cockatrices, Basilisk, Wyverns, Wraiths and everything. And that you take a few children away so yo may continue to do so is a just sacrifice on our behalf. One is expected for a service like that. Sadly many a folk disagree with that opinion. But not me. And Master witcher you owe me nothing for my hospitality." The peasant said, then Aaron said the lady had agreed to the plan and started to lead the way to his humble home. Walking down the dirt road between the fields it was rather quiet out in not too long he made his way to his humble home and opened the door, holding it open for his guests "It ain't much, but make yourself at home."
