Okay, so I think how the symbol system could work. NegaRep would obviously be the Heartless symbol (provided by TDT as it seems). NeutraRep could be the Nobody symbol (as I get a hollow feeling from both of them). For PosiRep, we could have the Heart symbol. It should be easy to rip from CoM. For the currently lighter green blocks we could have it in other colors (gold comes to mind). What do you think?
Making/finding a Heartless symbol small enough might be too hard. I think I know how to do the Nobody one.

Well, Xehanort's Heartless and Xemnas are tanned and amber eyed due to the fact that they've spent so much time in the Realm/Corridors Of Darkness. The black cloaks that the Organization wears protects their users from the darkness. That's how they can use the portals so much. Even though many people without the cloaks have used the Corridors of Darkness, their contact with the Dark hasn't been enough to physically alter them.
