After introducing themselves, Marley continued to hang back as the group continued to just chill around, getting slightly restless and wanting to just go already. Starting to tap their foot, the keyblade wielder looked to the man labeled "X" as he asked if anyone had a mirror on hand. Trying to think back, Marley couldn't understand why they might have a mirror on them at all, but they had an idea on what they might've been able to use in its stead. Looking to their keyblade, they tried to see if they could at all see their reflection through it, after all, blades tended to be metal and metal was reflective sometimes. However, not really being able to make much out of the blade, Marley's attention was soon grabbed by a sudden rustling from overhead. That was a bad sound, definitely one that indicated that they needed to be leaving here soon. And as everyone seemed to pick up on this cue, Marley's face lit up as they said, "allright, finally getting a move on." With keyblade in hand, they followed everyone out of the cave, leading to whatever was in store for them beyond here.
After the evil witch had been defeated, he felt a surge of power rush through him as she started erupting in light. As the witch started disappear so too did the castle around them, living up to its name, as it ended up vanishing without a trace. A bit confused by the whole light show Stratos just said, "well, that's different." While the fight had been over, the tension Stratos had felt did not lessen in the slightest. The immediate threat was no longer in front of them, sure, but Stratos couldn't help but feel a bit on edge as D'daear had seemed to vanish into thin air, completely unsure of what could have possibly happened. While he would've probably helped search for him, his attention was immediately taken by the two new people alongside Dreamer. He hadn't recognized them but they certainly seemed to know Kaida. As they chewed the girl out, Stratos had half a mind to tell the members of the now destroyed order off, only for Beuce to step in and do it for him. After that, they started talking more about how the only way out of here and, more importantly the only way they were going to win this war, was by passing something known as the "Mark of Mastery Exam." While Stratos was a bit confused as to what this all meant, and what this dangerous and immoral Reaper's Game was. He was a bit unsure of what the to make of female Raisor's note on reapers, and was quite curious about what it was that this Lea guy had in store for Karina but, before he could ask anything, both Kaida and one of the new girls had started to butt heads a bit. After Kaida had finished, Stratos looked to the new girl and said, "we are serious about this and we have every right to be angry, and it sounds like you might be as well. But we're not pretending to be heroes here," with a chuckle he added, "well, at least not yet." With his tone getting more serious he said, "we're just here to make sure the people who wronged us don't wrong anyone ever again." He looked to Yue with determination in his eyes as he said, "so it doesn't matter if we're in your Order or not, we'll take this exam, play this game and we'll pass. And when we do, we'll be certain to stop No Heart's plans once and for all. However," the look in his face seemed to soften into more curiousity as he asked, "what's a 'Master'?"
Continuing to lie on the ground, Marley simply listened to the going ons of everyone else. Everyone around them seemed to be referring to each other by numbers. Did they not have names? Weird. Regardless, everyone had sounded like they were getting ready to leave this cave place, a sentiment that Marley could quite agree with. After all, the ground wasn't exactly the most comfortable place to rest on, and the cave itself was a bit unsettling. So, putting both their hands to the ground and pushing off, in a single bound Marley had manage to get back to their feet. As they did, they started to notice that everyone was introducing themselves to each other, and so without saying much, Marley just casually walked towards the rest of the gathering. "No need to worry about how scary it might be out there," Marley said before drawing their keyblade out to their hands. "There isn't anything scary enough for me not to be able to deal with," looking to the others who volunteered to take point, Marley said, "but the help is appreciated." After stating that, they thought they had forgotten to mention something before coming to a look of realization. "Oh right, name's Marley. Pleasure to meet all of you." Saying that, the keyblade wielder then noticed the pin on the man named Alder, saying, "whoa, that's a neat pin you got there." Looking around, they saw that other people had these same kinds of pins as well, which only them left in equal awe. "Man, I wish I had one of those." As Marley said this, they looked down as their shirt, only to see a pin with a "IX" placed on it to only look at it with. "Huh, how did that get there?" Shrugging, Marley then just said, "eh, it's probably not important."

Why was it dark? Because their eyes were closed. Why were their eyes closed? That was a tough question. This was definitely not a long drawn out blink. No. They could tell they were lying down. Which meant that they had likely been sleeping. Why were they sleeping? Were they tired? That seemed like a pretty sound conclusion. So why was their bed so hard and cold? Maybe they really needed to get a new mattress. Moving their hands around on the surface, they could tell that this was hard surface was much larger than any mattress. Some might even cal it a floor. So they decided that's what they'd call it. While Marley had lied there on the, now named, ground they could here others speaking. Oh, there were others around them. That was good to know. They all seemed to be talking about different things, but one in particular said something that struck a chord with them. Something wasn't going to be working any time soon. Well what could that be. Still lying down on the ground, Marley's eyes opened up to see a not too much brighter room all around them. It also had the curious feature of being completely upside down, but rolling over, off of their back fixed this issue. Looking to where they had heard the voice come from, Marley saw people standing over what appeared to be ruined machinery. A cannon of some sorts. Wait. Machinery? Of course! "Yeah there's no way it could be operational after it went bajooom an all," Marley flatly stated before thinking more on what they knew about it. After thinking about the "bajoom" a bit more they simply nodding, saying, "yeah." Still lying flat on their stomach, Marley was curious about something. "Hey, this air is pretty neat isn't it?"

Despite everyone being got back up, Stratos could see that the fight wasn't going that well still. Half their team was still locked up in chests deciding to help alleviate the situation here, Stratos freed Kaida.
After joining in on the Get' Em attacks, Stratos felt that they were starting to get near the end. The Witch seemed to visibly damaged and starting to fear just what was coming next. However, before they could capatilize on their new found strength once again, they were locked up in chests. As Stratos was freed he felt the ring, more powerful then ever. While it was clear that it should've knocked him down again, the wind barrier around him had absorbed the brunt of the attack keeping the boy on his feet. Realizing this he shouted out, "Thanks Luna," only to to then note, "oh wait you're still in a chest." While Stratos could've freed the one next to him, he had a gut feeling that others had been struck in the same way he had, and that getting everyone healed up was the best way to get it done. So, noticing where the next surge of healing would come from, Stratos healed the newly freed mystic. Stratos cast Cure on Ananta.

After shooting a surge of fire at the witch, he suddenly felt a wave of new energy wash over him. For the first time in quite awhile, Stratos felt fully revitalized. Then, he felt something pretty similar to what happened with the symphonia power back against mortimer. So, going along with the attack, Stratos struck with it. Stratos used Get 'Em.

Stratos decided to go and heal people! Yeah! He was also surprised that what he did actually worked. Man, that was something else. Anyway back to healing! Yeah, healing! Stratos went to heal AJ because he seemed like an alright guy that didn't get locked in chests. Stratos used cure on AJ
After getting struck by another ring, Stratos was feeling the wear and tear of battle again. It was clear that they were doing damage to her, and if all things stayed the same they would probably be able to do it. But with a cursory look around, Stratos saw that the rest of his teammates were probably starting to exhaust themselves of their own mp, and there was no guarantee that this witch wouldn't get stronger. So in order to create a little reprieve for everyone Stratos tried to see if he could slow her down. Stratos cast Stopra. He also really hopes everyone else just attacks.
