My hands tend to shape up like claws a lot. I become very quiet until I'm away from whatever I'm angry at and then when I'm alone or with a friend I start screaming and punching walls. If that isn't an option I tend to go for a run just to get my mind off things. I listen to my iPod for what seems like ages until I'm safe to be around again. Punching bag is what I need actually. If all the above don't work I go into hypermode where I laugh at the most random things.
