"Training him and expecting him to actually want to take over your job are two different things. Yes, I know you wish for him to take over for you, but please do not put so much on his shoulders." she said, walking into the room with Valinton. She sat on a sofa that was in the room and crossed her legs. Valinton began to look around and noticed the microscope and notes. He questioned what they were and Doku chuckled. "Ah, it is a component I wish to make into a medicine. It is synthetic, so I wish to study it extensively before I continue on with it." she began. Closing her eyes, she sighed. "Although, I am not sure exactly what it will heal since it is a blank state and seems to amplify the effect of medicines. A the same time, it does not have a very long active time. So I must also create a mixture to make it last longer than 30 seconds." she said.

Standing back up, she walked over to Valinton and placed a hand on his arm. "What will you do? Look for Kolin?" she asked him, slightly worried. While she knew Kolin and Valinton didn't have a perfect relationship, they still loved each other very much. "Just be happy you have someone to take over your job, dear. I am still waiting on my chance to have an apprentice." she huffed. While the loss of Kolin's twin sister when they were born was hard, they knew she wouldn't have lasted long. Now, Doku just wishes she had a daughter. "Maybe some day we can try again?" she asked him.

Kolin sighed and followed after the two. "If you need to go into hiding, I can get you a good hiding place that nobody knows about. It's also protected pretty well." he said, walking beside Hiro and Ro, his arms folded. "Look, it's a lot better than running around and fighting every damn mutant you see. I don't want to have to report you to the police or anything, I'd really rather not. And besides, your friend here might get in trouble if she's seen with you. I don't think you want her to get hurt, she's innocent right?" Kolin said, continuing the pace with Hiro.

"The place in question is my parents' home, office, family shop...place...thing..." he started, realizing how weird that must sound. "It's got the best security. Mutants and Spyrix guard the entrances constantly. Only people we trust can get inside along with my parents." he said, noticing they were heading straight for a dead end. "By the way, we're going towards a dead end you know." he added on.

Anta smiled. Dawn was a very nice person, although a little strange with how she thought a brother and sister should be. While being protective was normal in a sibling relationship, the length that Dimitri was going to was a little odd. After a bit of silence, Anta looked over to see Dimitri and Dain were starting to fight. Sighing deeply, Anta leaned back against the wall.

"Why must they fight? I mean...the fact that guy was saying some very gross things to you means he should be taught a lesson, but fighting won't solve anything. In any case..." she finished talking. Pulling her backpack in front of her Anta looked at Dawn. "At least let me cover your wound so it won't get infected." she said, rummaging through her backpack. Moments later, she produced some cause and tape. "After that, maybe we could try and stop their fighting?" she said.

When and if Dawn gave permission, Anta would cover the wound.

Looking around, Anta noticed that the dark beings still lingered here and there, but there weren't as many as there once were. "Most of the monsters are gone now. Off to meddle with innocent people or to lurk around..." she said, frowning. "This day has indeed turned out as strange as I thought it would. Dawn, what do you think?" she asked the girl.

"Do you think we should explore and try to figure things out? Maybe even get something to eat and talk then...? I am starving..." she asked another question, speaking lowly about getting food.

Ananta stopped and turned to Kross as he approached her outside. She gave him a good look, noticing many things from his body and face. "Kross, let's just walk for a bit. Maybe get something to eat..maybe sit down and chat." she began. Not knowing what else to really say, she walked over and placed her right hand in his left hand. She squeezed his hand and frowned at him. "I know you're sad and tired...but...let's just enjoy ourselves and try to rejuvenate ourselves...ya know?" she said, giving a fake smile. Remembering what Glen said made Ananta question what she really knew about the crystals and her own world. True, she couldn't really explain a lot, but it wasn't her fault. She was still an apprentice, there was much about her world she couldn't know yet. And now that her world is gone, there's no ways she'll ever be able to learn anything else about her world now.

Sighing, she turned and lead Kross away from the small house. She had written down the address and number of the house before they left, not wanting to get lost later, and so she walked with Kross. Her hand was in his and they were both not talking very much. As they approached a small area with a garden, Ananta noticed a small general store off to the side. Staring in it's general direction as they approached the little park, Ananta nodded to herself and stopped in front of a bench with Kross. "Wait here just a sec...I'll be right back, okay?" she said letting go of his hand. Hurrying along towards the general store she saw before. As she approached, she could smell delicious food being baked in the shop. It seems this was more than just a regular general store after all...

Placing her hand on the door, Ananta opened it to find the entire store was filled with a sweet smell. Following her nose, Ananta walked to where the smell originated from. On the wall was a small opening that was in full view of an oven. Standing at the oven, removing a pie from it, was a chicken woman. She noticed Ananta as she turned around and smiled. After setting the pie down to cool, she approached Ananta. Once she was there, she asked what Ananta needed. Smiling back, Ananta ordered some food. The chicken told Ananta it would take a little bit, the pie hadn't even cooled down, so she wanted her to wait a moment. Nodding, Ananta turned to explore the store to see if she could find anything interesting.

Looking around, Ananta came across a wall in the back that had handmade jewelry hanging. Eying the different bracelets and necklaces, Ananta spied one that looked familiar. Sifting through the other necklaces in front of it, Ananta pulled a necklace out that looked very different from the rest of them. Tilting her head, she examined it and noticed that in the middle was a symbol that looked nearly identical to the tattoo on Kross' arm. The necklace itself seemed to be made of a hemp rope that had a knot holding the small oval with the symbol in it. Beads were dotted along the hemp rope, all looking pretty custom made. Deciding that this might be a good present for Kross, she kept it in her hand as she returned to the counter. By now, her food order had been fulfilled and she could finally pay for it. Handing the necklace to the chicken to be rang up with the food, Ananta handed the munny she had tucked away in her pocket that she brought from her home world. It was supposed to be saved for desperate times. She considered this to be desperate since she was extremely hungry.

Walking out of the store, Ananta walked back to the bench Kross was at and sat down to his left. Placing the bag of food between her and Kross, she removed her jacket. It was pretty warm here and Ananta wanted to relax and cool off. The jacket scraped against her scar and caused her to wince, holding the place where the pain originated in her scar. After the pain subsided, she turned to Kross. "Here, have this." she said, handing him a simple tuna sandwich. She held her own tuna sandwich in her hand, holding a water bottle between her legs. "I got all of this food so maybe you could recover and feel better. Maybe it'll make you feel better after losing Master Yen Sid.." she spoke softly. "I know it isn't much, but I've been where you are now. It hurts, yes, but you have to live on and continue fighting to protect those you hold dear. If you stand around and mope constantly, you'll never move on and be strong for others..." she frowned, opening the sandwich. "Master wouldn't want you to be sad...he'd want you to fight and find a way to save him."

Ananta took a big bite out of the sandwich and began to think while she waited for Kross to say anything. Her hand reached into the bag and pulled the necklace out. She quickly placed it in her pocket so she could surprise him later. Taking another bite of the sandwich, Ananta almost felt like crying herself. Maybe it was just her remembering losing her own Master. Or maybe she was being sad for Kross, since he didn't cry himself. In any case, Ananta wiped the tears away and smiled again. "Just...keep smiling...being sad and crying won't do anything...keep smiling and you'll be able to handle any hardship." she said quietly, reminding herself more than telling it to Kross.

Nodding at their introductions, Anadi rolled here yes at Skittles. She got his name right, so why was he yelling? "Skittles." she started, walking over and pointing her finger at Skittles. "No need to be so angry, I got your name right, didn't I?" she said. "In any case, are you going with us to this realm of darkness place?" she tilted her head, placing her hands on her hips. After she waited to hear his answer, she walked back over to Blanc and Jackie.

Standing next to them, Anadi looked over her shoulder at Ohm. While she didn't want to leave him behind, she couldn't help but feel like she needed to stay away from him for awhile. It'd probably do him some good to get stronger on his own and maybe even make their parents actually appreciate him. That was something Anadi always wished she could be. She wished she could just not have all these responsibilities piled onto her and she was just able to stand around and do nothing. Ohm had a pretty easy life, after all, she really was envious of that.

"We should get going..." she mentioned to Blanc and Jackie. "I don't want Ohm to come along...I don't need him to protect me, I'm strong enough on my own." she said, crossing her arms and closing her eyes. "He doesn't even have a keyblade...what use would he be in a place with lots of heartless anyway?" she said a little louder, trying to have Ohm hear her. "I'll follow you guys, just lead me wherever you wanna go." she finished, nodding at the two of them. While her words were stinging, there was a look of sadness in her eyes as she looked at Blanc and Jackie, turning her head to stare at Ohm. It hurt a lot more to say those things than she really meant them. Anadi hoped Ohm would understand.

Ananta nodded to Beuce and sat the backpack down. In her right hand, she placed a fire spell. In her left hand, she placed a cure spell. Placing her left hand down first, Ananta focused the spell over the wound by placing her hand on his shoulder. "This'll hurt...so please bite on some cloth like...um.." she let go of the fire spell and reached into the backpack. Her hand pulled out a wad of gauze. She placed it in his mouth and proceeded to use the fire spell to cauterize Beuce's stump. After he stopped wailing like a child, she reached into the backpack and grabbed out new gauze and placed pieces all over the wound, continuing the cure spell. Ananta moved her Cure hand to hold the gauze in place and used the other to grab some tape out of the backpack. Thus, she began to tape him up, finishing it off with a good final Cure spell.

From behind her, she heard Kross question Beuce on whether his wound hurt. "Uh...Kross.." she began before Beuce interrupted and gave his answer. Ananta nodded and turned to hear Merlin and Hikaru speak about events that were unfolding. Crossing her arms, Ananta began to think about things. If she understood what they were saying, then this world was being affected by this time travel business. The fact with the three ducklings surely confirmed this. "Maybe we should stay behind and rest awhile. I understand you fought just as bravely as everyone and have better stamina, Hikaru, but some of us aren't as young and spry as the rest." she said. Chuckling, she added "And some of us need a hand with a few things as well." she glanced at Beuce.

Turning to Glen, Ananta caught him staring at her crystal. "This?" she said, holding the crystal in her hand. "Well, everyone on my world has a crystal that's been either passed down in their family or one they requested from the Sages. Mine came from the Mother Crystal. But, my memory is kind of fuzzy on how or why mine was given to me straight from the Mother Crystal. I suppose my parents didn't actually have one ready for me?" she said, confused a little. "But, anyway, these crystals can refresh the mana in the world. Although it's kind of useless in battle since it takes awhile. That's why I eat a lot of food...there's tons of mana in food, ya know." she said. "That's all I really know. I'm still an apprentice Sage..." she sighed.

"Kross, wanna go hang around the town?" she asked, waiting Glen's reaction.

Incense could be smelt burning in the room as bottles and flasks sat around. Tubes were filled with varying colors of liquid and material, all sitting on racks. In the middle of it all, Doku was sitting on her stool and looking in a microscope. Her right hand was gripping a pen above a notebook that had many formulas and notes written into it. Grumbling, she adjusting the microscope and gasped. Her thumb quickly pressed the button on a stopwatch. She looked away from the microscope, a smile spread on her face as she huddled over her notebook. Quickly, she wrote down what she had seen and turned back to the microscope. Staring closely at the lens, she watched with despair on her face and sadly pressed the stop button on her stopwatch. "So it has an active time of around 30 seconds...while still exposed to the same amount of oxygen in a normal environment..." she mumbled, writing down the results in her notebook and sighing. "I suppose if I concocted a solution that would extend the time...but that will take some time..." she continued, rolling her eyes. Her eyes looked at the clock on the wall, making her realize she had only been working for 3 hours.

Standing up, Doku stretched and grunted. "My back..." she complained, turning towards the door and stepping out. Not paying attention, she ran straight into Valinton. Her nose smacked right into his chest and she could only stand there and rub it, looking up at Valinton. "Good morning." she said, putting her hands on her hips. She heard Valinton ask where Kolin was. "He told me he wanted to go out and grab some breakfast with friends. That was 2 hours ago, mind you. Why do you ask, Val?" she responded, staring at her husband.

That kid with the white hair sure was interesting. Especially the way he was able to dodge and deal with such a big guy. Standing on a fire escape, Kolin watched him with stern eyes. Watching as Hiro began to walk away with Ro, Kolin retracted his claws and arm blades. Moments later, he had jumped down and landed in front of Hiro and Ro. Standing up, he ruffled his hair and placed his hands in his pocket. "Yo." he said. Shortly after speaking, he raised his hands up to show he meant no harm. "Now now, don't be so cocky, alright? I'm not here to fight you." he said, leaning against the wall. "I'd never fight somebody like you, anyway, you're obviously way too tired to keep fighting and all." he continued, shrugging.

"Besides, I'd be betraying somebody close to me if I sat here and attacked you. Anyway..." he continued, standing straight and reaching a hand out. "The name's Kolin Dolkka. I'm trying to find a way to end all this stupid fightning. Maybe we could help each other? I know this city pretty damn well, after all, I could even get you out." he offered. It was true, all through his teenage years he had explored this city. Kolin knew quite a bit about this city and he knew just how to get away from the cops and which buildings were vacant and never checked for Mutant refugees. It amazed him how lax the city was when it came to the Mutant areas of town. Heck, even the Spyrix areas weren't perfect, they had bad places too. Only the Human areas were pristine and well-kept.

"It certainly sounds...interesting." Anadi said, scratching her cheek. While it interested her, she remembered a story her mother had told her. Although it was written in the language of her people and wasn't easily translated into the common language. Gulping, she decided to mention it. "It kind of reminds me of a story my mom told me. But, it was written and told in the language of my world, so I can't really tell it completely in the common language...since a lot of the words can't be translated." she began. Clearing her throat and noticing Ohm was gone, she continued. "Anyway, it spoke about a darkness that engulfed worlds forever ago. Eventually, children remade the worlds and that's why the worlds are so separated...to keep them from all being lost again. In particular, it talks about how the darkness still resides in all the worlds and at their hearts...there's something. And...that's really all I remember. Well, all I remember that I can translate." she finished, crossing her arms and furrowing her eyebrows.

For all the good learning under her parents was, she still didn't know anything about the worlds. Especially this realm of darkness. But, her keyblade should be able to defend her, right? Her parents told her it would, so she should be fine, right? Sighing, Anadi looked at Lucien and stared. "So, skittles, what do you have to say about all this?" she said. Coughing, she stuck her tongue out and tried to wipe the rainbow off her tongue. "Considering your rainbow breath can tell stories and all." she continued. Blinking her eyes a moment, she then held her hand up, stopping Lucien mid-sentence.

Looking at Blanc, Anadi had to ask. "First, though, how can you get to the realm of darkness anyway? Is there some kind of door or something?" she asked, remembering that Jackie mentioned it and Blanc had nodded. "And what's it take to get any of you to introduce yourselves, huh?"

she huffed, putting her hands on her hips.

Staring at the book and list of worlds to choose from, Anadi placed her cheek in her palm and sighed. Both choices sounded really boring and the entries in this book didn't make them any fun at all to experience. Closing her eyes, she thought about where they could go. She had to think which one seemed the least boring. Anadi grumbled and thumped her head on the table. It was then that she remembered that Jackie mentioned some...realm of darkness. Flipping pages in the book, Anadi found an entry that seemed to only last a page that mentioned the realm of darkness.

All it said was that the realm of darkness was a place that no denizen of light should ever want to go. If anybody went there, they'd most likely get overtaken by darkness and lost to the void. Closing the book loudly, Anadi smirked and looked at Ohm. "I've decided where we're gonna go. C'mon." she said, setting the book back down. She walked back towards the group and stood in front of Jackie, her hands on her hips. "So, you mentioned some...realm of darkness, right? What can you tell me about it?" she asked Jackie.

"Before you think I don't wanna go, me and Ohm are definitely gonna go, so don't worry. I just wanna know a bit more about it before we actually go. This stupid book." she motioned back to where Ohm and her had come from. "Only had like one page about it. So now I'm curious." she admitted, nodding. Hopefully, she'd have some fun and not at all get in trouble for going there. If Ohm tried to stop her, she'd push him away and go anyway.

Anadi blinked in surprise when she felt Ohm's fingers wipe the tears away from her eyes. No matter whether she had run away for selfish reasons or not, Ohm was still being as nice to her as he had always been. That gave her some peace of mind as she listened to the explanation about what these people were doing. Listening to their choices, Anadi looked down at the ground again and then over to Ohm. He was busy playing nice, but Anadi decided now was the best time to talk to him. So, she grabbed his arm and started to pull him towards an aisle that was a bit away from these people.

Once they were alone, Anadi stood in front of Ohm and looked at the ground. "Are you mad at me?" she asked, looking up at him. "And...why are you even here anyway? How DID you get here? I thought you didn't have a keyblade?" she said, crossing her arms. Ohm was older than her, but the keyblade had chosen her instead of him. She wasn't sure how the keyblade determined it's wielder, but it certainly didn't choose any of her other siblings, minus Anta way back when, and then it finally decided to choose her? That confused Anadi.

"Mom and Dad sent you? I can tell by your face...why won't you talk?" she asked, standing in silence with Ohm. He was never one for talking. Instead, he liked to speak with his actions and let words be for other things like...singing or something. Ohm was a good singer, that's for sure. Just another thing he had adopted from their father. Speaking of that, Anadi never noticed, but Kross didn't give Ohm a tattoo. Or at least, she didn't know where he got his tattoo. All Anadi knew was that each of her siblings, from Bleu onward, got a tattoo on their bodies that represent some kinda mythology or whatever from her dad's homeworld.

It was a really weird tradition.

Dain pushed Anta away fairly easily. Of course, Anta wasn't very happy, but she didn't want to pick a fight anyway. So she watched as Dimitri started to get ready to kick Dain's ass. Looking over to Dawn, Anta watched as she ran off to hide. Anta looked back at Dimitri and noticed he hadn't seen her leave. Feeling concern for Dawn, Anta decided to follow after her. She may not want healing, from the looks of things, but Anta wouldn't want her to sit there and suffer alone. As soon as Dimitri had pulled his sword out, Anta decided to slip away, clacking her staff back together.

Hurrying after Dawn, Anta thought to herself about what had happened. It was clear that Dimitri was very protective of her, that was sure. But why wouldn't he see that her wound was not anything normal? If he took her to the hospital, she'd probably get taken away for experiments or something. Besides that, Dawn had this...air..about her. Like, she was desperately trying to get a friend or at least getting away from Dimitri. Anta watched Dawn slump against a wall and look at her arm. It certainly had gotten worse, from what Anta could see, and Dawn had a worried look. Or at least, Anta saw worry on her face.

Looking over, Anta saw Xross was walking towards Dawn as well. Anta stared at him as she approached Dawn. He was the one that was fighting Dimitri earlier. Apparently they have a fight to settle from the way Xross called out to Dimitri as he walked away. Anta shook her head and walked faster, arriving at Dawn first. Kneeling down, Anta sat on her knees and placed her staff across her lap. "Your name is Dawn, yes?" she asked, looking at Dawn's face and trying to ignore the wound for now. It was obvious Dawn didn't want to discuss it, so she decided to respect that for the time being. "That guys name was Dimitri, right? Why is he so protective of you? Are you two related?" she asked, curious.

"I mean, I'm just somebody you just met. A stranger...but I can tell he doesn't treat you right. The way he's protective of you is downright disrespectful. You looked like you could handle yourself...I...I think..." Anta said, not doing so well with complimenting Dawn. Her face surely blushed, but it was more from embarrassment than anything else. "Does it...hurt?" she asked, nodding at the wound. "You...you probably don't want help, but...if you...if you really need some help, I can...help...a little." she said, her voice cracking.

"O-Oh...my name is Anta...if you didn't hear me before..." she finished, giving Dawn a chance to speak.

Jarred from the book she had been reading, Anadi dropped the book when she heard Jackie mention green and blue hair. Obviously she meant Anadi and Ohm. As far as she could tell, they were the only ones here with such hair colors. Correct her if she's wrong. Kneeling down and picking the book up, Anadi grumbled and turned her head to see her brother was already walking over to the group that called out to them. "There he goes..." she thought. Although, he looked a little cautious, considering these people were strangers and all. Standing up, she placed the book on the shelf and turned around, walking to stand next to Ohm.

Ohm was taller than Anadi. She reached to about his shoulders, even in these heeled boots, and she liked it that way. Looking at Jackie, Anadi looked at her weird clothes. They sort of reminded her of her father. Although she dressed a little...promiscuously. It made Anadi uncomfortable, but she was trying to keep her eyes on Jackie's face and not her...other spots. Scratching her head and blushing lightly, she sighed. "My name is Anadi...this is Ohm." she said, pointing to Ohm. Turning to him, she nudged him and whispered to him in their fathers' language. She simply told him to show some respect for people they just met.

"So, why are you guys here? I'm only here because I was exploring and saw this castle. So I decided to jump over the walls...and then I started down in some prison and set some...thing...free from a glowing book. It was weird." she said, grumbling. Their stories were certainly interesting, but Anadi didn't really pay too much attention, considering she didn't really care for stories all that much. She'd already heard enough when she was back home. Besides, she didn't want to be reminded of home for the time being anyway. Ohm wasn't helping.

Speaking of Ohm, Anadi turned to him and tugged at his arm. "I wanna talk." she said, motioning for a bit away. "But not right now...maybe later, obviously." she said, frowning and looking at the ground. Tears were pricking at her eyes because seeing Ohm made her happy, but also made her miss her father.

Anadi heard the door open and turned her head to see who it was. Her stomach lurched when she saw it was her stupid brother, Ohm. What's worse is that he even called out to her, although not by name, and was now standing next to her. Crossing her arms, she closed her eyes and frowned. She certainly wasn't expecting him to stand right there and start being an annoyance almost instantly. Opening her eyes, she glared at him, piercing his soul with her deep emerald eyes. While Anadi looked like her mother, Ohm looked like their father. He certainly acted like him too, sometimes, which was comforting. But for now, Anadi was not going to simply let him coddle her into going home. She left for a reason, after all.

The questioning look on his face, signaled for Anadi to explain herself. "P'tak..." she cursed under her breath. "What do you want?" she asked him, venom in her voice. Not only did she unleash some unspeakable evil onto this world, NOW she has to sit here and deal with Ohm. Her day got so much worse in a matter of minutes, it surprised her. It almost made her sick, to be honest. "I'm not going home...that's all I have to say." she said, walking towards a book case and grabbed a book. It was just fairy tales, but at least she'd get her mind off of what was going on currently. She might even find a nice fairy tale about the events surrounding the meeting of her parents. Nah...

While the book was interesting, Anadi couldn't help but keep thinking about home. She left on a pretty sour note. Her parents were probably very worried about her. However, it was their fault that she left in the first place. Slamming the book shut, she put it back on the shelf and kept walking towards the group of people that were in the room. She was trying to keep herself away from Ohm to try and not get yanked away back home.

Stopping in her tracks, Anadi began to wonder if maybe running away was a bad idea. She was just a kid and she had never left home before...heck, she was still a student by the law of Crystallis, so technically, she would be in big trouble for not being at school. Then again, she was always home schooled, so there was nothing to worry about on that part. But still, her parents would probably get angry at her if she returned. They'd keep her locked up and never let her out again...maybe even force her to become a Sage...

That was something she couldn't bear.

"Woah!" she exclaimed, wobbling as the floor began to give out. Screaming as she began to fall with the floor, Anadi landed on the rubble pile and rolled off, sliding into the wetness beneath. Groaning and grunting, she sat up on her knees. A snake could be heard, wondering who had released him. Anadi looked around, wondering where the snake could be heard before she looked to see orbs floating in the palms of...an ape? The hands certainly looked like an animals' hands. The hands moved to reveal the face of a guy that had seen some ****. Or at least, had seen many things that one would not want to ever see. The man gave Anadi his thanks for freeing him from the paper, but he certainly wanted to point out that she didn't read the book. "Well, I was mesmerized by the glowing paper so..." she began, standing up and carefully walking towards the man, watching out for the rubble. She didn't want to fall again, certainly, but once she got up close to the man she froze. He was pretty ugly.

Of course, he disappeared right after as well, leaving Anadi in this hole. Locating the book, Anadi grabbed it and stuffed it back into her backpack. She also found her flute, in one piece, and placed it back in it's case as well as her backpack. At least the fall wasn't too much and by now, her clothes were a tiny bit dry as well. Looking up, Anadi jumped and managed to grab onto the littlest bit of floor that was under the door. Next, she hopped up and held the door handle. Her foot managed to find a small spot on the floor that remained for her to stand carefully on. The door opened moments later and Anadi left the room.

There was an entire castle to explore. Anadi was really excited to do so as well. "First, I want to find the library..." she said to herself, walking up the stairs and emerging on the second floor. "This is a new world! Imagine what the library holds." she said getting excited. "Although...Crystallis had a great library too...it was just missing some things and...mom..." she started, feeling tears prick at her eyes. Shaking her head, she kept walking, hearing voices echo in these old halls. Where were the voices coming from? Why was Anadi drawn to the voices? She couldn't understand, but it was better than being all alone for sure.

As she reached the door, Anadi froze. What if there were ghosts? That'd be creepy. Shivering, Anadi opened the door and stepped inside, keeping her mouth shut. She knew better than to sit around and start talking when there were strangers...so, she stood there by the door for now, hoping nobody would notice her for the time being.

Groaning in her sleep, Anadi awoke to find she wasn't in her warm bed. She was asleep at an Inn that she found on this world. Just yesterday, she didn't want to wake up to do anything. Today, she couldn't wait to get up. Sitting up and scratching her head, she ruffled her minty hair that reached to about the middle of her back. She wore her shirt and shorts to bed while she hung her vest and skirt on the door to keep them from wrinkling. Kicking her legs over the side of the bed, she stretched and finally stood up. This Inn was pretty nice for being only a couple hundred munny a night, with three square meals to boot. Stepping towards the bathroom, she looked out the window.

The world was pretty bright and cartoonish looking. But that was just it's charm. In the distance, a castle stood looming over the town. Anadi sighed and stared at that castle. "I'm gonna explore there today..." she said, smiling and turning towards the bathroom. After a quick shower, she changed into her clothes and walked back to the bed. Reaching down, she grabbed her socks out of her boots and put the first one on her right leg. Beginning to put the other one on her left leg, she stopped short at the moon tattoo she had on her leg. It reminded her that she had a duty back home. A duty she was not prepared to take. Frowning, she yanked the sock up and quickly laced her boots up. Next was her hair. Not wanting to leave it long like she usually did, she decided to put her hair up in two buns. Having successfully formed them into buns, with the help of a little magic, she pushed bobby pins into them to keep them in place. Smiling, she turned around and grabbed the backpack she had brought, swinging it over her shoulder and leaving the Inn.

The streets were full of people, wandering around and going about their business. Anadi ignored all of them, smiling and waving at ones that did the same to her, and made her way to the castle. Reaching the gate, she saw a couple of guards standing sternly at the gate. Approaching them, Anadi smiled and waved. They didn't budge an inch, only staring at the girl. "Hi, I'd like to go in on a tour. May I?" she said, watching one guard close his eyes and sigh. "The castle grounds are closed to civilians, please leave." he said with a gruff voice. Anadi had a feeling she didn't want to mess with these guards, so she quickly ran away. Looking back, she saw some bushes off to the side and began to think.

Stepping towards the bushes, she made sure nobody could see her. Staring at the wall that towered before her, Anadi pulled her keyblade out. Staring at it, she sighed. "Okay, mom and dad taught me how to summon a keyglider...and I got here on a keyglider, so it should be easy for me to get over this wall, right?" she spoke to herself. Placing the keyblade into the ground, she tapped it and watched it transform into a hoverboard. Jumping onto the keyglider, she quickly zoomed over the wall. Smirking, she crossed her arms and started to gloat to herself. Suddenly, she felt the keyglider shift and try to toss her off. Grabbing the thing, she crashed into a tree, falling to the ground shortly after. Dazed, she stood up and shook her head, removing leaves and sticks from her clothes and hair. "Stupid keyglider...works one second, stops the next!" she huffed, spitting out a leaf.

Anadi's eyes wandered over to a small hole in the side of the castle. It looked like it used to have bars covering it, but they had fallen out and were laying on the grass next to it. Stepping over to the hole, Anadi slipped through and found herself in some type of prison. The room was dark and smelled like mildew, with a huge oaken door on one wall and on the other? A book stand with a book on it, emitting a faint glow. Feeling mesmerized, Anadi walked over and placed her hands on the book. Opening it up, she found the source of the glow and stared at it. It was a musical piece that didn't seem too hard. Slipping the backpack off, Anadi reached in and grabbed her flute case. She assembled her flute and looked at the paper once more. Pressing her lips to the mouthpiece, she began to play the paper's strange melody...
