Paint shop pro 7 is good for color text pictures and background. then with that you should have animation shop which is good for animation.

Theres this online game called Tribalwars. It takes place in medieval times. He then walks over to the map and see's the hunting store is on the 5th floor. "Im goin to go the fun way" He mumbles and turns into death Sky now as death fly's up 4 flights of stairs and now he cant turn back to sky. Crap He thinks to himself and starts walking.
After seing Rikku sky see's Reiji and vash. He finally catches up with them "Finally i found you. ive been looking for you all mourning."
