Well if you're banned you're not supposed to come back. You're banned cuz you got three warnings....so when he cmes back it's another infraction, so it's like four warnings and there he's defntly banned. Well anyways that was the reason sweqsora was banned the second time.

For some reason the render doesn't seem to fit with the effects. That kinda makes the sig less appealing. Effects and colors are great though and sparkles work well. 7/10 I've seen better.
At first I was for Misty's but then I realised that Delux's has a more "exploding" effect which is cool. The text is good too but Misty's loses her some rating. So Delux. However, I think they're all some of your best sigs yet.

Awesome design and colors! 9.5/10 The effects are great but a small artistic error is that it seems like the render is really 3d but the top brushes on the right are like a 2dish layer. But that's minor. :D Good job.
