Once again I brought the Christmas project back to the Kingdom Hearts community for this year, which is very special from the previous times. Last year, we wished all of our visitors a happy holidays through an audio clip, but I wanted to step it up a notch. This Christmas, the KH-Vids team have taken their personalities to a new level of Christmas webcam fun. Misty, myself (Mike), Sabby, Plums, Ienzo, Clawtooth, DP Wolf, and Ty came together and filmed some of the most memorable, but wacky videos of how we feel about KH-Vids and the holidays that are approaching among us. Hello KH-Vids. This is my final update about the Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance fandub production. Following this update will include myself posting the actual video right on or right before New Year's. The following information is important, so if you still want to audtion, or you are interested in an update read the important bullet information below. . NEW Deadline: We've received a lot of auditions at first, but not much right now [at all]. I'm cutting down the deadline from December 31st to December 28th. . Trailer will make it online between December 29th 2011-January 1st 2012. . We've received A LOT of auditions for Sora, Axel and Joshua. We need more for Xemnas, Riku, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Shiki, Frollo, Phoebus and Ryheme. . There are a lot of males that have auditioned. We're looking for females to fill in the female roles. Us guys will have a problem doing that. =) . We have somewhere between 20-30 auditions so far. . Voice Acting Alliance and KH-Vids are in the middle for roles. . We have an idea of who we are already picking for Xemnas, YenSid, Axel, Maleficent, Pinocchio, and Sora from recieved auditions. DON"T LOSE YOUR CHANCE! . The trailer is completed! Hello KH-Vids. We know that Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will release in March for Japan. Coincidence? Kingdom Hearts officially turns ten years old this March 2012. Sounds about right. Now, what about North America? Following March, September will mark Kingdom Hearts officially turning ten years old for North America. So, could we expect a late summer/fall release. It may be possible Kingdom Hearts fans... In the mean time, Nomura stated that he was working on something special for the tenth year anniversary. Is Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance the BIG celebration for the tenth year...and how important do you think this title will hold on our beloved series? Hello KHV. Finally we have a Kingdom Hearts merchandise update for you. It's been awhile, right? According to Final Fantasy Merchandise five new figurines from Kingdom Hearts II has been announced. The best part is that there's also a preview for Sora (Master Form), Roxas (Organization XIII), Axel, Sora with Donald and Goofy (Pride Lands), and Twilight Thorn. No date has been announced for release. We expect a early 2012 release date. Again if you haven't already heard; KH-Vids is working on the next fandub production for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. I will be searching for the next talent in one of the most rewarding community projects offered in the Kingdom Hearts community. In this production, I will be looking for fans to audition from KH-Vids and VAA (Voice Acting Alliance). We are also looking for other fans to join the production from other Kingdom Hearts fanbased website. For an example, I've already received an audition from a KHInsider member. Great to hear! If you know somebody who wants to voice, let them know about this exciting community project where the fans will dub the Japanese trailer that was released early this week in English. Please note that we are looking for the best auditions. I take this production very serious and look for some of the best impersonators. We can't sound 100% accurate, but I do request that you give it your best effort. Don't be in doubt even if you think you don't sound like a character. Hello KH-Vids. Most of you are trying to catch a grip after watching one of the best promotional videos that we've recieved in years from Square-Enix. I know I was surprised with the content that I saw in the new trailer that premeired just two days ago. Now I bet a lot of you are wondering about a release for North America and Europe. When will we see Kingdom Harts Dream Drop Distance? We may have to wait at least another two or three months for the official website. Well that's not the case... Hello KH-Vids. Today we've learned that Jump Festa has not failed the Kingdom Hearts community. In fact, I believe we're getting more than what we saw from this year's Tokyo Game Show. We already learned that Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will release in Japan on March 31st 2012. Another confirmed world besides The Three Musketeers is Tron Legacy (of some sort of form). Along with an official website packed with content and exclusive downloads (and yes, the new Dearly Beloved song) fans across the Kingdom Hearts series are waiting patiently for new coverage from this year's Jump Festa event. Well here's what we know. There will be a playable demo, along with a new trailer. And another new world will be confirmed, but WAIT...there's more!
