He laughed when the humans moved back fearfully from the dragonic hatchling.
It squeaked happily before bounding off after the bat.
He shrugged.

He fluttered off to scare more humans.
He clapped his wings together. "Scaring humans is fun!"
He squeaked happily.
He obeyed her request.
He shook his head. "They regard them as freaks of nature."
He wrapped his wings around her.
"The baby bat you befriended?" He turned into a child with large bat ears and wings where his arms should be.
"You don't remember me, Garnet? I'm Karim." It squeaked.
He called it back and poured some of the blood in the canteen into his cupped hand. He watched it eagerly drink it.
