Wolf's Rain is good. It's somewhat bloody, but nothing to bad, and it's somewhat short, 30 episodes long. Rosario + Vampire is really good to. Lot's of monster fights, not bloody, lot's of panty shots. Baka and Test is really funny and good. It's a short series, but good none the less. Cowboy Bebop is really really good. You should watch it if you haven't.
