Demyx got off the bed and took a towel dipped it in water and placed it on her forehead. "You need to be more careful before you end up killing yourself," he pat her face several times. "I was worried about you."
The melodious nocturne just watched Sora dart off and stood there not knowing what else to do. Becoming numb he shook his arm and tried to remain strong at the sight of Xion he was seeing. He would not dare show any means of emotional distress, afraid of what Xemnas might scold him for that.
Seeing the water wielder look at the heartshaped moon made Cloud gaze out the window as well and he could tell that Demyx felt a sudden emptyness or sadness inside that he was hiding. Not saying a word, he backed away and sat on the bed. Taking a small piece of yarn that he found hanging from one of the blankets, he began to drag it across the ground having Angel come out from under the bed and play with it. For nearly ten minutes there was nothing, but silence until he decided to clear the air by scraping his boot across the ground. "You all right?" He questioned, wondering if this nobody was actually trying to be human or pulling his chain. His melancholy eyes told him otherwise that the nobody was in distress or yearned for something that he could not achieve. "I'm just remembering some things from my memories is all," he touched the cold pane of glass and drug his gloved fingers across and down it. About how much I screw up at everything and such." He exhaled sharply and closed his eyes for a moment. "Ah who am I kidding." A smile of hope returned to his face. "This mission is a chance to help fix that problem," he laughed a bit when he watched Angel rolling on the ground playing with Cloud's pant leg.
"Well that's good then," Cloud turned his head to the side to arch his neck from left to right in order to get out any kinks that were in there. "It's a good thing you're always prepared, but we must know more about what we are up against." He reminded his friend of the matter at hand even though other surpressing matters were in his own mind and conflicting with his thoughts. Demyx was astonished and confused. He didn't want Axel to be eliminated. Axel was his friend no matter how stubborn he could be. "Woah why would you say something like that? You're talking about eliminating members that we need for this threat? I don't think that's a good idea man," Demyx reminded the older member of what they were up against. "Besides you don't know if Axel betrayed us or not? Larxene is also missing. I'm sure the others would know more than we do about that."
Cloud watched her leave, the darkness not leaving a trace as he stretched his right hand and moved his fingers to pick up his bustor sword that had been leaning against a rocky structure. He took it within his right hand, the smoothless of the leather hilt between his black glove. "Shall we leave too then?" He asked for he was prepared to leave. Demyx looked up slightly from playing with Angel's soft paws and walked towards the blonde haired warrior. "Yeah we should get going." Snapping his fingers, he summoned three of his dancers that appeared out of the darkness. "You three keep an eye on Xelysha. I can't take the chance of her telling on me all right?" He ordered firmly like the master of the dancers he was. They all nodded their heads and vanished without a single word. Satisfied with the obediance from his lackeys, Demyx conjured the Corridors of Darkness once again and signaled for Cloud to follow him. Keeping a gentle hold on his feline, the nobody stepped through after Cloud had merged his body into the dark abyss. Slowly and carefully Cloud followed the young nobody through the vast corridors until the exit led him to white structured opening of that of the Castle That Never Was. Stepping foot on the ground, he noticed the architecture and the splendor of the interior layout. "So this is where you live?" He asked to confirm his curiousity and guess of where Organization XIII resided. With a carefree wave of his hand, Demyx answered Cloud's question without a word for he wanted to acheive not getting caught with the warrior on his way towards his room. Staying close to the corners of the walls and looking beyond the halls onto the other side, he made sure no one was walking or standing by before he snuck the final fantasy viii protagonist to his room and quickly closed the door, locking it from within. "Whew that was a close one. Okay we can talk now, but keep your voice low, and stay here if I have to leave for some reason," he placed Angel on his bed and looked out his window.
(OOC: Seeing as we have Sephiroth in the story may I have another character such as Cloud please?) Demyx caught the apple, looked at it and just took it with him after he summoned yet another portal to go through to leave the silver haired stranger be. Appearing out into the hallway, he wandered down the halls with the fruit gripped in his left hand. Venturing back forth towards where the other members were, he appeared once more where he had been sitting. "So I took care of what you wanted me to do and he gave me this?" Demyx held out the apple to Xemnas. "I don't know if I should eat it or let you have it?"
Okay, I should be home by then. I just have to go to the attorney's house at 10:30 am my time.
The tension had decreased and now he understood why she had acted a bit harsh to him. Not that he didn't blame her from what her story was with Saix. "Oh now I get it. Yeah you got to be careful around the higher members especially the senior members who wouldn't know what fun was if it hit them in the face," he added with a grin. Thinking to himself, he imagined the dumb founded looks on their faces as if they had hit a wall. "So anyway I'm still going to keep my promise to Cloud regardless what the others say. I don't see it as a big deal." Cloud whom had seen Angel on the ground picked him up and held the cat in his arms to get his point across. "I don't either, but since I'm going with you, I don't think I can find anyone to take care of him while we're gone. I know that defeats the purpose and all..." "No don't worry about it. I gave you my word and I tend to stick to it. Once I say something I try to follow it. It's like good karma so to speak." He shrugged his shoulders and took the kitten from Cloud. "I guess Angel will have to come with us then."
Yeah it did. ^_^ Xigbar knows, but is keeping an eye on Roxas just in case he attacks.
Demyx was just as surprised that caused him to groan a tiny bit under his breath. She didn't consider him a friend? Then why was she hanging out with him and being so nice to him? Isn't that what friends did? It didn't make any sense and left him speechless for a moment, his eyes returning to normal. "Um you're hanging out with me right? You and I are getting along. I assumed that's what friends did? Are you saying that we're not?" A confused and semi hurt expression was visable in his eyes. His fist tightened and knew there was animosity between the group. If she wasn't his friend then why was she hanging out with him? Her sudden reaction made him speak once more. "You're saying you're not his friend? Are you a spy? Or are you going to rat him out like a tattle tail?" Cloud asked with gusto in his tone and made a sudden approach towards her.
Once he was through, the ninth member of the organization led the taller man through another area of the castle through the east wing of the floating castle. Finding a room that was away from the bedrooms, he stopped at a door and turned the handle to it revealing a white and greyish bedroom with a closet and a bathroom around the corner in the room. "I don't know how long you are staying here, but this is where you will sleep. You're on the 5th story of the castle in the east wing so don't forget. The kitchen is down all the stairs on the mainlevel and to the south of the castle." Preparing to leave, he summoned another portal for him to leave. "Now do you need anything else before I leave you be?"
Xigbar jumped down from his postion in front of Roxas and gave him a cruel and devious smirk. Noticing Roxas with the keyblade, the older member revealed his weapons and pointed them straight at Roxas. "Ah so it seems you have come to play?" He remarked in a sarcastic tone. Preparing to fire in case Roxas were to make a sudden move against him or Luxord, he answered the gambler of fate's questions first. "Yep I suppose so. Xemnas would want to speak to us, but then that leaves the kid," he referred to Roxas. "And don't forget poppet," he added while raising his other freeshooter at Xion. Cloud felt the sudden touch on his shoulder that made his eyes peer over towards his friend. Larxene had not moved a muscle or was planning something. He had to make sure she wasn't going to attack him or Leon out of surprise. "Nothing that I can't handle." He answered bitterly not trusting the female nobody. "Something tells me she is up to something." Demyx shook his head for he knew what Axel said was true. "I know what you are talking about. I sense the others here too. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad?" He placed his finger to his lip to think then removed his hand. "Something is going on and I have this strange feeling it won't end well for any of us. The boss can only wait for so long, but pretty soon he will wonder we are all up to and come here himself I bet. When that happens we better have something to tell him or else it's torture once more," the melodious nocturne felt he was letting the Superior down especially with how the situation had turned out with Larxene and Axel. "Man I got to do something, but have no clue of what." Raging waters was overhearing just beyond the steps of Altar of Naught of what Saix had discussed with Xemnas. Should she tell her master of what Saix was saying or leave matters be?
Ok how about later today. I have to go somewhere and I'll be back later today. Let's say 5pm or 6pm?
Oh. ^_^ I would love to see pictures if you have them.
"Uh okay," he shrugged. "Do you have any idea where you want to go or what the boss wants us to check out?" Demyx asked the fourth member of the organization.
Sure thing, but if it gets going again then I will. So what have you been up to?
Hey Legion. *hugs* How are you? I hope life is treating you well.
Of course. *hugs* Understandable. I haven't been on lately because I was dealing with some issues in my life, but it's a lot better now. Did you...
Hey LOTO. How has everything been for you so far? It's a while since we have talked.
