The lowest level I've beaten Sephiroth in KH1 was like 34 on Expert Mode. He's really easy and Ice Titan at 37 only because I leveled up three times from Sephy. XD As for the White Mushrooms, well this has been answered so it should be locked.

It's all about card breaks. I'm guessing you're talking about his annoying fire spin attack, there's no way to avoid it I think, you need to have 0s at the front of your deck for easy access to stop the attack.
