Imagine you have clayman in defense mode. Seijuro hits clayman and does 1.5k piercing. Seta would hit clayman and do no damage, but then follow up with a direct attack for 2.6k.

I'd like to see Seijuro and Makoto either have summon conditions and be Nomi, or say "This card cannot be special summoned".

Misao could use another effect or a bit more attack, as sapphire cat isn't exactly a great card even with its second effect.

Seta is really really strong. With an empty field his damage output is higher than either Makoto's or Seijuro's, and he beats Seijuro on a single defense position monster that has more than 900 def (but less than 2600), or a single atk position monster with less than 2600 atk, and beats Makoto (counting the burn) on a single def position monster with less than 600 atk, or atk position monster with less than 200 atk. In addition to that, he has the minor S/T protection that Makoto doesn't, and can SS for free.

I would change him so that his attack twice can only hit monsters, or make him always do half battle damage, or something like that.

Ah, I wasn't aware you wanted me to approve them, as you have the power to do that yourself and I don't know most of the characters to check for how much the ability makes sense.

The two characters from that that I do know though.. I would make Kaoru's effect backwards, personally. When she's out Kenshin shows up in the nick of time, and the two characters that currently boost her are more inclined to fight harder when she's there but in the few episodes I've seen she hasn't done much effective fighting herself. Maybe then add that she can't be targeted for an attack if either of them are there.

I can kind of see where you're going with Sanosuke, but I think it makes more sense for him to have the ability to resist destruction once or twice per turn. Then maybe move his current effect onto the sword or remove it and put piercing on the sword. Or just leave it how it is, I guess.

The effect of Harpy Hunting Ground is mandatory and can hit your own stuff. So when you summon each of your harpies after Channeler you're forced to destroy one of your own spells. Because of this, the field spell has to die and you have the option of killing sign first.

I've only watched a few episodes, but from I've seen you've quickly and simply hit on all of the key aspects of his fighting style and produced a balanced card. That is not something that's easy to do, but you've done a great job of it.

And yes, I do quite like the anime from the few episodes I've seen.

Himura is wonderful. Very nicely done.
I would actually make the summon spell a quick-play, but that's just me.
I'm not really sure how I feel about the burn effect on Battousai. It's not necessarily out of place, but it doesn't really feel like it fits either. I guess it's fine though, since he is pretty OP. (The character, not the card)

I think these two both look good. I kind of wish your avengers all belonged to an archetype so we could restrict Fury's summons to that, but he's fine as he is.

For your first set of Phineas and Ferb customs, as well as Black Widow + Hawkeye.. The special summon effects trigger when special summoned, and they can SS from the deck.. So you could do something like normal Hawkeye, have him SS Black Widow, then have her SS a second Hawkeye which would summon a second Widow which would summon a third Hawkeye. I know you haven't used them in that way, and Jay has approved the cards as they are, but I would suggest changing them so that their SS effect doesn't trigger if they are SS'd by the effect of the monster they can SS.

I've seen you say its name before.. What's it about?[DOUBLEPOST=1401852834][/DOUBLEPOST]
If that's the case, you should probably give them effects that deal damage to both players equally. Like "When this card destroys a monster by battle, both players take 800 damage." or "When this card battles an opponent's monster, both players take 200 damage."

This is what I meant. Just sitting (or in my case standing) at the computer and chatting about things.

If you only plan on running one coulson, then it wont hurt you to add the additional condition that neither of his materials can be "SHIELD Agent Coulson".
When I judge customs cards, I always try to see ways that a card Could be abused, regardless of the intent of the creator, and make suggestions to fix those without impairing intended functionality. I highly doubt you inteded to hit him with BoM and then flip summon him to duplicate his effect, but one could do it.
The main problem with Fury is that he is splashable, and will summon two warriors when revived from the grave. He can even revive another copy of himself with that effect. Since your deck is mainly warriors, adding the warrior condition shouldn't hurt you, but will prevent silly situations where TG and E-Heroes are dueling, then suddenly the E-Hero player super poly's three T.G. Monsters into a random Nick Fury, then get to bring back two of their monsters too.

Agent Coulson can be used for infinite summons with himself, so you should probably change him to not be able to use himself as a material.

I recommend making Nick Fury's summoning condition require the components to be warriors. Making his summon unnegatable only protects him if he's flip summoned, since he doesn't special summon inherently, and he can't be normal summoned. I recommend removing that. I would also suggest making him unable to be special summoned except by fusion summon, and change his effect that special summons monster to only trigger when he is fusion summoned, so it doesn't trigger from flip summoning him.

You always seem to assume that we will disagree with you. In this case, I feel that changing the list is meaningless, so I neither support nor oppose it. If you want to ban it that's fine. I think you're remember things like Brook and I arguing about LaDD, and thinking that that meant we opposed its banning. We did not, we were simply trying to find ways to beat it.

From what I've seen of Nemesis's duels, he does not want to do cheap stuff. He plays a fairly sedate game, and then someone pulls something incredibly situational or powerful on him, usually involving a custom. If you tried to have a slower game and only use combos that had a reasonable chance of happening in random against him, you'd probably have a fair bit of fun and make less mistakes due to the game being less complicated. Especially if you tried to stick more with hero support, using things like Hero Barrier even if you could use Mirror Force.

This card is instant game over if you ignore the fact that it stops itself. There is literally nothing that can be done about it being summoned while four warriors with 8k combined attack are in the grave. I suggest that the duel revert to before super poly was played, and that you give up on making either of the effects this card has work. They are both too powerful to be easily balanced. Additionally, I am assuming this custom has not been approved by Jaden. If that is the case, then Nemesis can choose to claim victory due to a violation of points one and two of the Rules for the Use of Customs.

I thought you meant you were going to deck him out, as you said that you wanted to beat him with his own card. I was alluding to the fact that that was not realistic given Troll & Lock Bird.. Although your opponent played it before getting a large hand size.

Your first guess is a miss because Jay isn't being humble. He legitimately thinks he's bad. Also, he isn't likely to get angry anymore since I believe he's made a conscious decision not to get irritated about stuff that happens here.[DOUBLEPOST=1401750063][/DOUBLEPOST]
Jay, you were never one of the worse players here. I think there's a high probability that I'd win in a game of random even though I don't use my Fables anymore, but I believe that you'd beat me in non-random (assuming you didn't make a minor mistake and give up because of it) if you went first, even against my Fables. If for some reason I wanted to see someone lose badly, I'd be bothering Terra to play against Brook, with Terra using a non-Gishki deck. Now then, putting that aside completely..

I meant here, although DN would be nice too. Honestly, I just miss how the arena used to be. And not really the duels. Just having people actually talking.

The extra deck is closed to the opponent. You're not supposed to show it to them unless stated by a card effect. Although the number of cards in it is public knowledge.

Aside from that, nice formatting. You're supposed to use card images though.

Edit: Now I see that the card names are actually links to the images. Jaden has absolute authority over something like this, but assuming he doesn't say something, I'm going to rule that when you simply provide a link to the card image you have to change it to actually display the card images here if and only if you are asked to do so by your opponent, a rules moderator, or Jaden.

Basically, if you play the right pendulum monsters you can special summon every monster that isn't (semi-)Nomi from your hand for free. Including pendulum monsters. And when pendulum monsters die they go to the extra deck so you can summon them for free again.

These cards look fine. Just specify what phase the trap makes them lose def. Like "During your opponent's standby phase, their monsters with 1500 or more DEF lose 500 DEF."
    [DOUBLEPOST=1389921062][/DOUBLEPOST]
Please use spoiler tags for those cards.

Also, Galla and Phalos are missing their conditions, and you don't have the proper syntax for refering to monsters of the archetype. It should be ' a "Liberator" monster ' modified when necessary for conditions like more than one target.[DOUBLEPOST=1389921417][/DOUBLEPOST]
Given Trap Dustshoot is banned, I'd say no.
