They may be terrifying, but you shouldn't let your dreams control you like this. They're just images playing over in your head, and it seems likely that the more you think about it during the day the more likely you are to have the dream, especially if you're going to sleep anxious and fearful. Make sure you're in a relaxed mood before bed and stop comparing your dreams to the events of an anime, as in your mind now you think the next dream is inevitable. It's not like it will affect your actions in real life, you yourself are fearful of the dreams and it doesn't seem as if you're going mad. Oh, and if it does happen.. look on the bright side, it should only happen once. We've all had horrible dreams at one point, some of us even recurring- but it stops, in the end. As TheVader said, there is no point in worrying unless it has been happening for some time. Relax. :'D

These are actually really good, it's often difficult to get drawings to look neat if you're using felt-tips like sharpies but I think you pulled it off. I'm quite fond of the first and final one in particular.
