Yeah, I'm taking a one, maybe two week break from KHV. Why? Because I need to. I've been getting stressed as **** lately, as people that I talk to often on MSN probably know. And it's not just from KHV, it's from my actual life too. Schoolwork is becoming more intense and theater is starting; being both stage manager and light crew (of one) is a hell of a lot of work. I really feel that I don't need to deal with additional bullshit here, since it is, generally speaking, where I come to talk to friends and laugh. Though lately it seems like I've just been deleting spam, locking and moving threads, etc. than actually having time for the friends that don't have MSN or AIM. Anyway, I'll still be on MSN/AIM, though activity might drop a bit because of theater running later. Fayt, I will miss our random VMs here, but thank god you have MSN. xD That being said I'll try and see if I have time in the day to go on Ebuddy when not at my laptop. <3 So yeah. Shonen Sunday has announced that the anime will be picked up again - original cast and crew - from volume 36 to volume 56 (the end). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/InuYasha#Anime There's the Wiki article. As of yet it's just in Japan, but since Viz has licensed the new adaptation, there's a pretty good chance we'll be getting it sometime relatively soon, maybe first quarter of 2010. Being someone that watched the original anime and hated the way it ended, but read the manga and absolutely loved the ending, this is ****ing awesome. And if it's done right, will really do justice to the series. There are several things I'm looking forward to seeing (huge spoilers to those that just watched the anime): Spoiler Kikyou's death. The real one. The last one. NO MORE FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES. Kouga being less annoying. He actually helps for a few chapters, then loses his leg shards in a battle (same one where Kikyou dies), but then runs off and is never seen or heard from again in the series. Which made me a bit sad. All the enemies they encountered from 36 - 56. The final battle between InuYasha, Kagome, and Naraku. THE ENDING. Dear god I want to see this animated. Maaaaybe even add a bit to the ending too (wedding or even a kiss D: Come on, she's been gone for three years).

Quality is kinda bad, I know. I had to use my friend's phone to take a picture of it. Preliminary outline for a Command Wolf in part of my first assignment for art class; I still need to go in and do more details on the legs and neck, but it took almost a week to get this done so...that can wait. xD CnC?
Director for our school just emailed me, I got the position of stage manager in addition to my usual job of being a light crew of one. 8DDD He said part of the reason he gave the job to me was my "expertise in the field of anime", since our fall play will be an anime version of MacBeth. :'D Totally made today a thousand times better.

Still not done, but I figured I'd post it to see reactions, like if the colors are accurate-ish, since the majority of the images I found for color reference are all tinted a lovely shade of red. xD I'll update this as I color more, expect...quite a few. Cnc, WIP, feedback mainly on colors.

Guess what my new manga series is. :| Saw this today while reading in the car, and was like "OH GOD I MUST COLOR THESE". So I did. Except the only scans I could find were kinda low quality, so I tried to work around that, and yeah I need to clean them up still but...WIP, there's my excuse. I have seven to go including the three that are still B&W. Message me if you want to use one, all are free except Winry and Den. :3 Cnc would be awesome.
