Finally was able to finish a colouring I'd been working on for a while.

Tried several new techniques while coloring this time; I think it worked well but I'd rather have others' opinions. xD

Haven't seen any recent thread on this debate recently, so I figured I'd bring it back.

What is your opinion on this?
Do you believe there is a God or gods?
Or do you believe that there is simply a higher power?

Personally, I don't believe that there is any kind of higher power, God or otherwise. There's too much evidence against it, and not enough to truly support the argument.

It is Day 700 after the Battle of Geonosis (ABG). You are a highly specialized soldier – a clone commando, trained by the Cuy’val Dar to be a killing machine. Though you don’t know it yet, the Republic is in its final days; the stage has been set, and you are just pawns. Despite your advanced training, your original brothers have fallen. You are the last survivor of your squad. Your commander has recalled you to the assault ship Dark Ocean to be assigned to a new squad.

The problem is, there are too few commandos left. There are only a few squads left that are original pod brothers – like the legendary Delta Squad. You are unsure if you’ll even be in a complete squad. You haven’t had training to be a squad leader, and as you enter the briefing room with your commander, you see other commandos. None of them have the experience of being leaders, and in this critical point of the war, the Republic cannot afford to waste time retraining or sending an inexperienced leader behind enemy lines.

You stand at attention with your fellow commandos. You don’t know their names, they don’t know yours. You can see their designation numbers, but know that they all have “names†of their own.
The commander tells you that there is a lack of squad leaders. As such, the Republic has taken a different approach to reconstructing squads: they have hired Mandalorians.

You know that Jango Fett was a Mandalorian, one of the fiercest, and what you were cloned from. But you have never seen others. The two before you now look just as imposing as any battle-hardened warrior. One has red armor, with a wolf design painted on, and the other has blue armor, with a lion design painted on.

They will be your leaders. On missions, you will answer only to them. Fail to do so…well, would you question a mercenary holding a blaster to your head?

    RULES
    1. No godmodding. Do so, and you’ll be shot.
    2. Limit of two characters.
    3. There can only be one Mandalorian for every three commandos.
    4. Stick with the paint scheme for each class on the armor (Red – sniper, yellow – demolitions, green –technical)
    5. You must complete your squad’s assigned mission before receiving your next mission.
    6. Unless you are given direct orders from the commander (which the whole squad will hear), leave no one behind.
    7. Posts must be at least two or three lines.
    8. Do your best to use correct grammar.
    9. Put “Oya Mando’a†somewhere in your first post.

    NOTES
    1. All armor has a gauntlet vibroblade built in.
    2. A Mandalorian character form will be put up if we get enough members
    3. Mandalorians have a wider choice of weapons – but only two wrist attachments (not including vibroblade)
    4. There are no female clones; if you’re a girl you’ll have to play a male, sorry.
    5. Though there are specific classes, all commandos are capable of doing every job; those in the classes are just better at doing it.
    6. Commandos can only use the DC-17m & attachments, DC-15s sidearm and, gauntlet vibroblade in combat.
    7. If you want to be creative, use the Mando’a dictionary to add a bit to your character’s speaking – the commandos were taught by Mandalorians, after all.

    Squad:
Demo post (About a paragraph, so I know that you know about this part of Star Wars):

    Characters

    Username: DPWolf
    Name: Tracyn Vhetin
    Class: Mandalorian
    Appearance: http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac276/DPWolf/RepCom/bountyhuntermerc.jpg
    Age: 20
Bio: Tracyn tends to shoot first and ask questions later, living up to the meaning of her name. Being fairly well-known among Mandalorians, she was asked by the Grand Army of the Republic to assist the elite commandos due to a lack of their own numbers, and accepted the job once the price was high enough. She fough along side fellow Mandalorian Batnor Kom’rk many times before being employed by the Republic.
Her armor has a howling wolf painted on the chest plates, as well as several other designs painted on her armor.
Personality: Likes to fight and drink, respects any warrior that proves their worth; essentially a typical Mandalorian
    Weapon: Mandalorian assault rifle
Wrist attachments: ZX mini flame projector, Dur-24 wrist laser

    Username: Fayt-Harkwind
    Name: Batnor Kom’rk
    Class: Mandalorian
    Appearance: http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac276/DPWolf/RepCom/bountyhuntermerc2.jpg
    Age: 22
Bio: Batnor is a semi-acknowledged Mandalorian. His quick thinking during any form of attack is what keeps him alive, that and his gun. During the previous battles he had encountered Tracyn Vhetin numerous times as an ally. His success from those battles earned him the marking on his armour.
Personality: Serious, tactical, light weight drinker
    Weapon: Mandalorian assault rifle
Wrist attachments: Dur-24 wrist laser, MM9 mini concussion rocket

    Username: The Graceful Assassin
    ID and Nickname (RC-xxxx): 2637 "Burk'yc"
    Class (Sniper, Demolitions, Tech): Demolitions
Personality: He is very fierce. He always stands at attention, and always follows his "rules." He'll often tease other squad members, except for the leader. He doesn't comment too much in a dangerous situation. He loves setting explosives by orders.
    Squad: Alpha

    Username: Asterisk
ID and Nickname (RC-xxxx): RC - 0982. Dex
    Class (Sniper, Demolitions, Tech): Demolitions.
Personality: A rounded individual with a thing for explosions, RC - 0982 is a master of explosive entries and exits alike. Flashbangs, Concussion and Thermal detonators make up most of his explosive arsenal, as well as detonation packs when taking out something not even his other weapons can penetrate.

He's generally quiet unless the need to speak is apparent, and will easily protest if the squad leaders commands don't seem smart or 'ideal' to him.
    Bio:
Dex was born to fight, as was any other clone, but none had the mentality to have something crash and burn like him. On a mission to Cato Neimoidia during the Republic's liberation, he and his squad were sent in hours prior to the battle to try and reach the general and the nobles of the planet to force a quick and easy surrender. Dooku found them expendable, knowing that the wealth Cato had was his regardless of them, and had secretly gave the order for all Battle droids to open fire.

Finding that the droids didn't stand down and had soon opened fire, Dex's squad leader quickly sent a distress signal to the Republic Fleet nearby, giving the warning that the mission had failed before being shot. He and the last two quickly ran for the exit, using their rifles to lay down some covering fire for each other as the Super Battle droids closed in. They all frequently turned around, trying to slow the juggernauts closing in, but another fell.

With it just being Dex and his last squad mate, a commando by the classification of 'Zero', the two began taking a more cautious means of escape. Their gunship was on the way, having been called earlier as soon as the nobles were captured, and if they could reach it, they could make it out.

Taking cover frequently, as well as tossing back Sonic grenades and the frequent detonators, Dex and Zero had reached the landing platform with the gunship hovering, hatches open, to make a quick escape.Once Dex got in, Zero followed, only having his back meet a volley of blaster fire from a group of Super Battle droids who had finally caught up.

Dex was prepared to jump off and get Zero back on, but Zero immediately protested, saying that Dex should leave him and continue serving the republic, knowing if both died, nothing would be accomplished. With the pilot running out of time and Zero turning around, DC-15s drawn, trying to focus the droids attention on him. As the Gunship pulled away, Dex watched with a heavy heart as Zero met his end to two individual shots of a wrist rocket.

The assault went as planned, and although the invasion was a major success, Dex couldn't help but wonder ..at what cost?

Due to this event, Dex learned not to build any strong bonds between anyone he worked with, planning on becoming a hardened individual who did his job and got out. The memories of that day still haunt him at times, and when asked of the past, he'd respond harshly.

I got my laptop in June, and everything has, for the most part, run smoothly.
A few days ago (Monday, I believe), my webcam suddenly stopped working. My friends and I were recording a video for fun, and then it said that the webcam encountered a problem and had to close; when I restarted it, everything was extremely dark.

    http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac276/DPWolf/Snapshot_20091118_3.jpg

That's what it looks like, and it only picks up bright lights, such as ones found in schools, offices, etc.
I tried using the included System Recovery; I uninstalled the MediaSmart webcam and then reinstalled it, and even tried resetting the system to an earlier date, but no use.
I've also tried adjusting video settings in the control panel for the webcam itself, also didn't do anything.
If anyone has an answer or even a suggestion as to how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated, since this is rather important to get it working again.
