Ananta chuckled at Base and followed him into a doorway. On the other side, Ananta witnessed all the sugary confections and immediately started to drool. "Oh Mother Crystal..." she said under her breath. "This place is making me hungry." she outright said to Base. "Please for the love of all that is pure, keep me away from anything. I swear I'll eat a tree if I get too close." she admitted, holding her stomach. "I hate it when I'm this hungry." she whined.
Daeni watched Ria, still confused and befuddled about the memories she saw. She shook her head a little and opened them to find Ria in front of Cerdic. Ria looked like he wanted to destroy Cerdic at this point. Daeni wanted to move forward, but she didn't. Her legs just wouldn't move, as if she was scared of what was in front of her. Of course she was scared. She was always scared. She never lived one day without feeling even a tiny bit scared. Of course, then she saw Relli attempt to attack Ria. When that didn't end well for Relli, Daeni screamed out. "DON'T!" she begged, watching Ria kill Relli, making Relli disappear into lights. Daeni's outstretched hand fell to the ground and pounded at the dirt as tears fell from her face. A disgusting wail and sobbing emitted from her as she processed what happened. Her mouth wouldn't open to make words. Only crying and sobs came from her as she got up and looked at Ria disappear. "Coward!" she screamed. "Death!" she said in a voice that was quieter. She wanted Ria dead and she would see to it that her keyblade would be the one that ended it. When Mora spoke, Daeni shot another glare at her before she started to move in the opposite direction of Cerdic. She didn't have time to worry about the stupid girl. She had to destroy those crystals that Mora mentioned. Then, and only then, could Daeni slap the hell out of Mora. It took her a little bit, but Daeni found one of the crystals. Avoiding heartless and destroying the ones that approached her was easy enough. Though it was also very easy to find out where the first crystal on her list was, seeing as the heartless were avoiding this particular place. When she approached the house, she cautiously opened the door, looking inside to see if there was a trap of some sort.
Daeni gasped when she heard Mora run forward and shove Marley into the darkness. Daeni almost reached forward, but she stopped when she noticed Mora was now caught. Daeni turned back to see Ria proposing something to the three that weren't currently captured. Thinking about it, Daeni looked at her party and shook her head. She then slid a little closer to Cerdic and whispered, "I don't want this." she said, glancing back to Marley to see darkness strangling them. "Marley!" Daeni called out, tears filling her eyes as she watched Marley struggle. "Stop it! Don't do it!" she begged Ria, but there was nothing she could do. Daeni watched Marley shoot Ria with light. She reached for the part of Marley that broke free of the darkness and tried to grab them, but by then, Marley disappeared into specks of light. She gripped her fist and fell to her knees, starting to cry. Then, her head started to throb as...visions started to appear in her head. Wait, maybe they're more like memories? Either way, they were flashing before Daeni's eyes and she couldn't make any sense of them. Her head felt like it was about to explode as she felt a sweet release for a moment. She saw a figure and....no....it...it couldn't be. Tears started to flow down her face again as she started to cry out, trying to say words and make sense of what was happening. Or at least, of what had happened. Either way, whatever the figure was holding, it caused the memories to suddenly stop and Daeni gasped out, falling backwards and staring into the sky. She tried to talk again and again. Calling for Relli in her head, but she still couldn't make the come together and make even a coherent sentence. She finally spoke up loud enough. "It..does this happen and...my...face....head....body...dark....exploding....C....C....cauliflower...???" she stopped and blinked and started to feel tears again as she then remembered Marley and couldn't help whimpering.
Daeni finally reached Cerdic and saw Alder and Chrono stuck in some circle with a knocked out Kara. "what...happened?" she sort of mumbled, looking to Alder and blinking. "Oh!" she went, tugging Relli gently forward. "Do you know what's wrong with Relli? They don't...they won't make any reaction and I've been having to pull em along for a little bit now. I've kept them safe, though. I promise." she said to Alder, but she still had her doubts of what he'd think of this mess. After all, he'll probably chew her out if there's one little hair out of place on Relli's head.
Ananta waved at Base before running over and smiling at him. She laughed when Base put him in a headlock. After Base finally hugged Beuce, she pulled him into a hug too. "It really has been a long time. You've been gone for so long...I mean, look at me. I'm wearing different clothes too. I've...changed I guess, but I dunno. Things have been complicated with all of us. Especially Beuce. Look at his arm! It adds to his badassery." she said, giving Beuce a thumbs up.
Fighting off the heartless was easy enough, since, well, Daeni was used to it by now. When the girl that Cerdic was guarding spoke up about some kind of escape hatch, Daeni's ears perked towards their conversation. She looked and nodded before rushing at a few heartless and dealing with them. She made enough of a commotion to keep them of of Cerdic and the others that she barely noticed Cerdic had slipped down into the passageway. Daeni took Relli's hand and carefully guided them through the mass of heartless before letting them go down first. She then followed and landed beside Cerdic, noticing he was trying to be quiet. She ducked down and stayed back, watching him creep forward.

Finally arriving with Relli, Daeni saw the situation that Cerdic was in. She sighed and stood in front of Relli, prepared to keep them safe until they broke out of their stupor. She was honestly getting worried about them, hoping they would get better soon. She had no idea what to say or do to try and make Relli feel better, but she knew one person who might. Alder. A couple of the heartless started to wander towards Daeni, looking at her curiously before swiping at her keyblade. She decided to swing back and managed to take out two of them. Although, more started to come. "Cerdic." she said. "What's even going on? Have you seen any sign of the others?" she asked.
The engraving of the Mission Complete on their keyblade was a happy moment. However, it was short-lived as they all digitized back into some other place. Ananta had closed her eyes in fear and only opened them when she found she felt whole again. So, she looked around to see who was near and she blinked. "What?" she said, hearing a voice speak to them out lout. Apparently Yue had been relieved of her duties and now this new guy was their...er....dictator. Ananta couldn't remember the word, but it was something musical. Composer? Conductor? Something or the other. But Dictator sounded better considering that's how Yue acted in their short meeting. Looking upon the leaderboard style screen, Ananta noticed a bunch of numbers all mixed around. Ananta heard the voice and figured, "Maybe the numbers mean letters?" she mumbled, trying to find her name. She stopped when she saw a bunch of numbers repeated and chuckled. "That's me." she said, looking down one line and reading the numbers. "B....a....s....e....Base? Wait, Base is here??" she blinked and started to look around.

Daeni sighed in relief as she watched Cerdic run. "That certainly got him going." she laughed to herself. While it was probably going to make things awkward later, it at least got Cerdic to run away and head back towards the other group. Especially since he was probably gonna just sulk on the ground forever if she didn't do anything anyway. She turned back to the other two and gulped. "Well, guys, it's time to run I think. I don't particularly wanna fight right now anyway." she said, heading over to Relli and Chrys. "I'll help you Relli." she said, taking Relli and holding their hand as she started to turn and leave. Ever since the crypt, Relli seemed really out of it. So maybe they just needed a little nudge to get them going. Daeni didn't mind. She was glad she could at least protect one person, even if it meant making one of them freak the heck out. She shook her head and sighed. "Chrys, do I need to take your hand as well?" she asked with a chuckle, looking at Chrys. When she got her answer, she started to run with them, gripping Relli's hand tightly. She was scared. Super scared. Touching somebody else was the only way she could calm down, even a little, she had found. At least Relli didn't seem to be bothered as much by it...but she couldn't be so sure. As far as she was aware, Relli could actually hate it and feel annoyed by it. Though they didn't seem like the type to Daeni. All she was sure of was that they needed to get back to the others. Things seemed to have started to hit the fan and that wasn't good at all. It just made her feel worse.
Stepping back, Ananta saw the two Heartless disappear and Frollo was nowhere to be seen. Ananta gasped upon realizing that Quasimodo and Esmerelda were being chased by Frollo with a sword. "We'll never catch them!" she said, watching in horror. Frollo, however, ended up falling to his death below. Relieved, she turned back to see Esmerelda just barely holding onto Quasimodo. Suddenly, her grip gave way, but Quasimodo was saved by Phoebus, who managed to catch him and lift him over the edge. Ananta sighed in relief and headed down to meet up with Phoebus, Quasimodo, and Esmerelda. Ananta smiled at Quasimodo's thanks and she nodded to him. "You're welcome Quasimodo. I'm glad we got to meet and be friends with someone as kind and caring as you." she said. She tucked the new ability away and looked to her group. "I think we're going to head back to the roof and decide on where to go next. Right ladies?" Ananta said, walking with the rest of the group up to the top of Notre Dame. Upon reaching the top, a keyhole appeared above the group. Ananta glanced at it and got excited. "It's been so long..am...am I...?" she said to herself, looking at her keyblade glow. "Whoa!" she said, holding it up with both her hands and feeling an immense power overcome her. A light shone from her keyblade and shot right into the keyhole. A loud locking noise could be heard and she stared at her keyblade a moment. Then, she jumped up and down happily. "Finally!" she said. "After being denied so many times....this is awesome!" Ananta turned to look at Steel. "So is there a keyhole for you guys too?" she asked.
Ananta looked to Steel's oustretched keyblade and nodded. "Smoke em!" she exclaimed, imbuing his keyblade with some of her own magic. Ananta used her Fusion with Steel!
Daeni was pulled by Chrys and she watched Cerdic. She watched him stop and turn around. He snapped and started to talk back to her, venom deep in his rant. "I'm sorry." she responded in the middle of him saying this wasn't about her. She knew that, but she didn't like feeling this way and she hated seeing him run away in fear. Why waste her time? She didn't think she was wasting her time. He's a dear friend after all. Sura Ria is running around with that creepy voice, but none of the people that mattered would believe a thing Ria said...Right? "You're not stupid..." Daeni whispered to herself, hearing him. She saw his knees shake slightly, and she knew he just needed to talk out all of this. "You're not weak." she whispered more. The screams...she heard them...she thinks. She's not sure, since she was with Relli. That's all she knows. Relli was there. Painful was just one word to describe the pain she remembered when she woke up. Her body couldn't even stand for her to move when she first woke up. Now she knew why. Her darkness was stolen. And now she was left with just light. How was she even walking? Shouldn't she just be some kind of...nothing at this point? "You're enough, Cerdic! You're perfect!" she called, trying to stop him from feeling worse. It hurt her badly to see him this way. She watched him fall to his knees. When the heartless started to gather around him, she pulled away from Chrys and started to run towards Cerdic. "You didn't fail us!" she yelled, sliding over and smashing a few heartless with her keyblade. They backed off a little, but Daeni still had to fight them back. She dodged a few swipes and returned them with her own attacks. Back and forth they went. She destroyed at least 5 of them before she backed off. She was hurt, a few scratches here and there, but other than that she would be fine. Heck, even her cheek was bruised from a heartless headbutting her. That didn't mean she had to cry. When it was safe enough, she stood by Cerdic and looked down at him. "Cerdic, I love you, but please get up. You made mistakes, but you're strong enough to admit to them. That's what makes you strong. You're not afraid to admit to your mistakes. You're here because of that. The past is the past, all we can do is fight for the future and for each other. And we can't do that fighting each other..." she said, sighing. "And I'm serious." she said that last part a little lower. "I do love you..." she mumbled.

"Hey guys! Time to feast!" Ananta yelled out, seeing that everyone was under the effects of the Reluctancy skill. That gave her the perfect time to reach into her pocket and pull out a blanket. She then placed it on the ground and rubbed her hands together. "Break time!" she said, grabbing the edges of the blanket. She then pretended she was making her bed and watched magic happen. Food and drinks started to appear on the blanket, all puffing down and landing softly. Everything was hot and fresh and smelled absolutley wonderful. But there were some odd dishes here and there. Most likely things Ananta found delicious that were unique to her own world. Ananta used Break Time!
Cerdic had a point there. What right did she have in trying to help him after holding a keyblade to his face? Daeni stared at the ground a moment as he started to back away from the rest of them. She clenched her fists and looked up, ready to try and apologize, but Cerdic was already running off. "Please, Cerdic, listen to me!" she called, running after him. He ran through the heartless with relative ease. Didn't help he also had longer legs, so she was at that sort of a disadvantage right then. Daeni started to make her way through the crowd of heartless, yelling out to Cerdic, hoping her words would reach him. "I'm sorry I'm an idiot. I was...I was letting my emotions get the better of me. I know I hurt you." she said, feeling countless heartless grabbing at her as she waded through them. "I messed up bad and I'm the biggest idiot. But I want to understand what's going on with you. I don't need that journal. I just need you to talk to me." she called. Heartless attacked her relentlessly. Their claws gripping and scratching her bare skin. Little nicks and scrapes patterned her legs. There was even a cut on her face from one that jumped at her. She tried to shield her face, but it still connected a strike, causing her to stop a moment as a droplet of blood formed at the scratch. "I know I have no right trying to be friendly right now. I want to understand what's going on. Please, let me help you. I don't even care about that stupid journal. I don't want to lose a friend!" she called out the last part louder than the others. She had made it to the other side with a few injuries, but she was able to walk. She was sore all over from being attacked, but that was nothing compared to the pain of having hurt Cerdic. "I really messed up...please, don't run away without at least letting me help you." she said, still chasing him if he was still moving.
"Cerdic!" Daeni called, watching him get flung away. Soon enough, she felt herself get flung off and landed by Relli and the other(s). She cough a little and sat up, watching Ria grab Cerdic and start to lift him. That angered her, since Ria was mocking Cerdic now. She started to get to her hands and knees. "Get away from him!" she called out, watching Cerdic try to fight back. "Cerdic!" she said, standing up and running over as Ria moved away again. She slid next to him and placed her hand on his chest. "Let me try to heal you a little." she said, not knowing if Cerdic was actually hurt or not. But soon enough, Ria sicked some heartless onto the group and she couldn't help but glare at the heartless. "Look, we've got more pressing matters. Can you walk?" she asked Cerdic, standing up and letting go of him.
