When TN's HEN is released, will that allow installation of custom firmware?

Okay, soooo....what I'm understanding is, if/when TN releases the HEN for 6.35, that will allow me to install custom firmware on my psp, right? And what would I do?
The navigation menu? Like, where you select Settings, Video, Photo, etc. on the PSP?

Daaaaannngggg...it's got to be the saves themselves. Like I said, from what I found, KH: BBS saves are very picky about loading on different firmwares. Hmm...do you know anyone utilizing this thread who uses a PSP action replay for these codes?

What would I do when/if that is released? I mean, I saw for the 6.20 one, it requires HBL or something like that. Like I said, it's really confusing me.

Okay, I dunno if this is the right place to post this, so I'm winging it. The situation is, I have a "mystic silver" PSP-3001 that I got as part of the Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep bundle back in September of this year. It came with OFW 6.20 and currently has 6.31. I have no way of knowing what motherboard it has because I've tried PSPident and it came back corrupted. So, my question is, is there any possible way for me to install custom firmware on my PSP? Or am I completely SOL?

Hmm...since the files came back corrupted, I did some research. The problem lies with the fact that the saves were made using a custom firmware PSP, and the saves are very picky about loading on different firmwares. =/ Now, you said you can't load save files from other people that weren't saved on custom firmware?
It's probably because the system data isn't given along with the saves. Could you at least try for me? I have tried anything to do this myself, but since there's nothing for a 6.20+ firmware'd PSP 3000+, I can't do this myself, which I really hate. I'll upload the whole folder with the 3 saves and the KH: BBS system data.
