That's odd. Both are showing up correctly for me. Is the link to the wikia page of the field spell broken too, or is it just the image?
If I had set it up with shared life points either A: We'd both have 32k LP or B: The battle would probably be over before some of the Cures got a chance to go, regardless of who won. Also, my field and grave should now be correct.
"Are yo-" "Tch. I'm sorry, I can't end this right now. I hope it will be over before you need to feel too much more pain." Main phase 2--- "I set five cards face-down, and then end my turn." End phase--- *6k LP, 0 hand* Monster Field Spell S/T Grave (anime, one material) (Land of Frozen Flames) 1x Friller Shark (anime) aka Friller Rabca 1x Kagemucha Knight 1x Straight Flush 1x Xyz Reborn Plus 1x Xyz Crown 1x Zero Blade 1x Spell Shield type-8 1x Harpie's Feather Duster 1x Mirage of Nightmare 1x Double Cyclone 1x Hope ONE 1x Utopia 1x FA Black Ray Lancer 1x Number 17 1x Fiend's Handmirror 1x Gagaga Sister 1x Aurora Wing 1x Pot of Greed 1x Xyz Treasure Ticket [DOUBLEPOST=1407460736][/DOUBLEPOST] The terms stated that "Each player will begin with 8000 Life Points." in addition to a hand of five cards, drawing a sixth on their first turn. So either each cure has their own LP total, or they start with a collective hand of five cards, which would be weird.
Now that I think about it, I didn't disallow that, although I hadn't intentionally left that option open.. So I guess they could, yes.
OOC: Currently my material is one field spell and S.H.Ark on the field, one card in hand. BIC: "Now that I've managed to clear the field, I'll activate the spell card Pot of Greed." *hand 2* "It looks like I got lucky. I drew Cure Happy's Xyz Treasure Ticket." Effect: Target 1 Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster you control; draw cards equal to its Rank. "Since Ark Knight is rank four, I can draw four cards." *hand 5* Battle phase--- "S.H.Ark Knight, attack directly." *Cure Peace 5900 LP* "I don't believe there's anything you can activate at this time?"
"I'll send my Gagaga Sister to the grave." "Now, I flip summon Aurora Wing." "Because of my field magic, it can be treated as two materials for an Xyz summon, so I'll use it as the sole material to summon my next monster." "Noble warrior of the seas, guardian of lost souls, I call upon you in the name of the Sub-Zero Maiden. Honor our alliance and lend me your strength, S.H.Ark Knight!" Anime Effect: 2 Level 4 monsters Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; attach 1 monster your opponent controls to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. "By detaching my Aurora Wing from S.H.Ark Knight, I can attach your face-down monster in its place. What is my new material?"
"In that case, the target I choose for your Mystical Space Typhoon is.. Your remaining face-down. What is destroyed?"
"I activate the trap card Fiend's hand mirror. This trap will allow me to redirect your Mystical Space Typhoon. Do you have any chain?"
"That is a problematic turn of events.. Well, this is why back-up plans are important. I activate the field magic, Land of Frozen Flames" Effect: If a WATER monster is used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, it can be treated as 2 monsters "Will you chain anything?"
Main Phase 1--- "I will normal summon Gagaga Sister. If you don't chain, her effect will add a Gagaga spell or trap to my hand." Spoiler: English Effect When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Gagaga"Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can target 1 other "Gagaga" monster you control; the Levels of that monster and this card become the combined current Levels of those 2 monsters, until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Gagaga Sister" once per turn. "Activate anything?"
*LP 6000* "Tch.. I really need to stop exploding myself. Anyway, Stoic Challenge goes to the grave, and takes Hope with it." Draw Phase--- *hand 4* Standby Phase--- "Would you like to activate anything?"
Apparently it is. I hadn't noticed that. Edit: You can still use one though. It's a different character with a different deck
"During your end phase, I'll activate the quick-play spell card, Double Cyclone. This card will destroy my Mirage of Nightmare along with one of your face-down cards."
"I activate a Spell Shield, protecting me from your Heavy Storm at the cost of discarding one spell" *hand 3, because I forgot to mention the mandatory drawing from Mirage*
"No, you may continue. And don't worry, the worst that can happen is you die."
Don't worry, if Stoic Challenge dies then Utopia Prime will die, and if you don't kill either of them Stoic Challenge will kill itself in the end phase.
"So you managed to avoid the majority of the damage.. And here I was doing you the favor of letting you die by the hands of your best friend's card. Oh well. Hope ONE, use the blade of ice that will never melt. Follow-up attack, Frozen Star Slash!" *Your LP: 3690* Main phase two--- "I'll set a monster and a trap, then play Mirage again and end my turn." *hand 2* End phase--- *LP 7000* Monsters S/T Grave (3 materials, 4310 atk) 1x Friller Shark (anime) aka Friller Rabca 1x Kagemucha Knight 1x Straight Flush 1x Xyz Reborn Plus 1x Xyz Crown 1x Zero Blade
Jay, Solemn Warning is stronger in a lot of situations. The one situation where BTH is much stronger is against pendulum summoning. Pendulums summon a lot of 1500+ monster at a time, and are weak to banishing, but don't care about having their summon negated. That's why BTH is banned. (If it is? I hadn't heard that, but I wasn't paying attention) For places where Warning is better, the simple summoning of Stardust Dragon is a good example. If you hit it with Warning it goes to the grave, and can't be summoned from there. If you try to BTH it, it will tribute itself to negate, then come back in the end phase. Similarly, you can warning the trap that summons Vennominaga, you can warning Quasar, you can warning BRD without it being able to nuke the field, ect.
Utopia Prime has an effect that allows it to overlay onto normal Utopia. "You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material." It does not need to be summoned with Shining Force. Utopia the Lightning does not have an effect like that, it is the one that you need Shining Force to summon. Also, Shining Force says "Target 1 "Number S" Xyz Monster you control or in your Graveyard; Xyz Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number S" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that target, by using it as the Xyz Material." so you can't use it to summon with normal Utopia.
I'm using the Japanese names for the Utopias, for no real reason. And feel free to take your time.
