Ananta looked to Steel and chuckled. "That was a nice attempt at being honest and not just speaking for the sake of making me feel better." Ananta commented to Steel. "You're improving as well, at least." She turned to see as one by one, her companions were freezing in place. Aislinn was the latest and Ananta turned to Steel, grabbing at his cloak. "Steel, somebody is using powerful magic! They're st-" she was interrupted as the stop spell was used on her. Her hand still clinging to Steel's clothes.
Daeni was hit directly and she suddenly felt her body grow heavier. She stood her ground and took deep breaths, struggling to move much. As she walked forward, she was able to move a little better, but she wasn't as quick as she once was. She approached Cerdic and gave him a hand. "Come on, can't be slacking now!" she joked, thwacking at the dark whip things, trying to keep them at bay. "I wish I was lucky like Chrono...he was able to dodge!" she said, frowning.
Qamar's night was pretty uneventful. Aria shook her head at her suggestion and eventually made her way to the living room, leaving Qamar in the room alone. "I don't want to be alone...don't leave me alone...." she begged Aria quietly as the girl left. Once the door was shut, Qamar turned over in the bed and curled up close to the edge. Tears were on her face as her eyes closed, sleep finally taking hold. Her dreams were rather bleak. She kept dreaming of hearing Adalric's last words and Master Aster being disappointed in Qamar along with her own Master. Every council member was there and she was left curled up on the ground. She thrashed and felt the darkness draining at her before she awoke on the floor, blankets and pillow having followed her. She looked around and felt some oddness in the darkness around. "Weird..." she murmured to herself. Wiggling out of the covers, she stood up and made the bed up. Qamar turned and sat on the floor after stretching. She face the window and closed her eyes as sunlight was just peaking over the horizon. She was finally able to meditate and ended up deep into it. Although this was not a peaceful reprieve as her problems and troubles all started to come back at her, causing her to doubt herself. She had a hard time coming to terms with the fact his death was not her fault. But to her, his blood was on her hands. His blood was on her clothes. She couldn't even show her strength to one Light Chaser before she ended up losing her fellow student. In her meditation, Qamar found herself asleep once more. The dream she had this time was nothing short of a nightmare as she found herself running through the Council's castle. Her footsteps echoed the halls as she reached the Council room. Inside, she found the keyblades of all but one left behind. Qamar's eyes grew wide as she ran out, knowing just where the final Master was. She approached the bedroom and forced the door open, seeing them laying on the floor in front of Dentro. She ran over and sliced at Dentro before he disappeared into nothingness, leaving her to fall to her knees and pull the Master into her arms. "Don't leave me. I don't want to be all alone again..." she begged the Master. A smiled drew across their face as they held Qamar's hand, whispering something she couldn't understand. They finally disappeared and she was left there, alone. Her face drenched with tears and her heart utterly broken. In front of her stood her Mother, now, staring sadly at Qamar. "Moon, calm down. There is no use crying. They aren't gone. They're always in your heart. The one you care for most is still out there, waiting on you. You lost one person who cared enough for you to sacrifice themselves for you. Do not let their sacrifice be in vain. Get up and walk forward. Show them, in your heart, you will keep living and keep strong for them. Just as you did for me, my moon." she spoke, a sad look coming to her face. "I hope to see you work and get over your helplessness. You are stronger than you know...." Qamar's eyes shot open the moment she felt herself falling forward in the dream. She gasped and breathed heavily, confused by the dream. One thing was for certain, however. She was going to move on and remember Adalric for the brave one who sacrificed himself. Her hand rest upon her chest and she felt her heart warm. "Adalric...I'll miss you, but I can't keep moping..." she stood up and turned to her clothes, slipping them on until she was fully dressed. Save for her hairbow, she was ready to venture out. Looking around, she reached into her pocket and found a spare hair tie and comb. Qamar walked out of the room as she combed her hair, the ribbon in her lips. She emerged to Take fixing pancakes and the smell of chocolate filled the air. It kind of upset Qamar that she was the last to rise, but she wasn't gonna let that bother her too much. Her eyes glanced around the room to see everyone active as ever. Deciding to take this slow, Qamar made her way first to Aria. She ruffle the girl's already tussled hair and she smiled. "This is revenge for last night." she said playfully, walking towards Illiana now, in time to see the wine on the counter. "Oh, wine? Didn't take you for the kind who drank. How's your side, doing? Did the bandages hold up well?" she asked, waiting for a reply before eventually making her way to Take and Torrin. She watched him make pancakes for a bit before she turned to see Tinarah all by her lonesome. "Take! I want one when you can make it, please!" she said, smiling at him. "Also, I totally think Torrin deserves one with lots of chips. Though, I gotta say, I..uh...haven't had a pancake in a long time...kinda hard to make them growing up...sugar wasn't really seen too much." she commented, scratching her cheek. "But then again, I didn't grow up with a lot of money either, so...." Clasping her hands together, she nodded to herself. "I'll be right back." she said, scooching over to Tinarah. She leaned against the counter and stare at Tinarah doing dishes. "How goes it today?" she asked, tapping her finger against the counter. "Did you eat yet? Take's making some pancakes. Those are pretty filling and will help you get your strength back. Since you did a lot of healing yesterday, I think you need to recover as much as possible." she said, glancing at a plate of food sitting lonely. "Wait, did you...make food already?" she asked, tilting her head.
Qamar took the hankerchief and wiped her eyes, holding it carefully before she sniffled a tiny bit. "The thing is, I've lost nearly everyone important to me and I just...I don't know how to feel right now. I'm not heartbroken, but I'm also not unfeeling. He was there, now he's gone. There's only one person left that I care deeply about. I hope I don't end up losing em, too...." she looked at Aria. "Earlier I mentioned something about..made to do things that weren't nice. I feel like I need to elaborate a little on that...but I don't want you to think I did it because I wanted to, because I really didn't want to! I wanted to stay alive." She took a deep breath and turned to face Aria fully. "Lately, my memories have been kind of...fixing themselves. I mean, I'm remembering things I had forgotten that are true events and losing the ones I thought were true. For instance, I thought I lost my mother when I was five, but she really died when I was nine. i don't know why I got that mixed up, but I did. And the day she died, I watched her heart float away to wherever they go. Her body faded and left a tiny heart. That day, I remember my father starting to talk to me and...I don't know why, but I felt like I was compelled to listen to whatever he said. Like he was trying to mind control me somehow?" she scratched her head. "But after that, I don't think my memory is straight, so I dunno what else to think. That sort of ties into the bad stuff, because I ended up opening a keyhole and on some world and he ended up staying and I left." she felt the tears return. "I destroyed an innocent world and so now, I try to do my best to help people and be their friends so maybe, I can make up for it and make myself feel better." She started to shake and felt her hands tremble. "But look at me, I wasn't able to keep one dear friend alive. What am I gonna do when it comes to you guys? I'll just end up losing all of you, too." she looked back at Aria, her eyes streaming tears. "I'm so scared I won't be able to protect you or Tinarah or anybody else I know. After Adalric and Master Kide, you guys are the closest friends I've got. I've already failed one of you...." Qamar covered her face and sobbed, having a hard time accepting Aria's words. "I'm useless if I can't protect anyone else." she spoke, looking at Aria. "But...I shouldn't think like that....because I mean...you...you said it yourself, I'm not useless, right?" Qamar looked at Aria and wipe at her eyes with her hands. "I...god...I'm crying a lot. I...I'm sorry I'm like this, but thank you for letting me just...blurt it all out." she said to Aria. Qamar then reached over and pulled Aria in for a hug. "I appreciate it deeply. Now then, let's see... "Qamar looked down at the bed. "I don't think we need another mattress or I need to sleep on the floor. I think we could probably share this one if you wouldn't mind?" she suggested. "I'll just sleep on that side. I don't really move in my sleep anyway."
Qamar looked at the leggings that Aria had brought her and she ran her fingers over the fabric. They felt similar to the ones she was wearing now. Maybe with some alterations it could look just like her old ones. Though she was upset that hot chocolate wouldn't be made, but perhaps later she could help make it. Aria wandered off and Qamar was left alone again. She glanced around the room and saw only Glyde, Take, and Chrono. While the only one free was Chrono, Qamar didn't actually know him that well and she kind of didn't have much to say to him. "I..." she started before sighing. "I'm bad at talking and honestly, Chrono, I think it's best I head off now. I got to fix my leggings and get some sleep after all of this. I'd love to talk to you later, though." she smiled to him. "See you later. Goodnight." Qamar turned to leave, but stopped and looked to Take and Glyde. "Goodnight, Take. Goodnight, Glyde!" she called, waving to them. Her legs were still sore, so she didn't run, but she did hobble a bit past Torrin's door as Aria looked at a piece of paper. Qamar rolled her eyes and continued on, entering Aria's room and taking a look around. "I'm glad I don't have any bags to worry about..." she said, glancing at Aria's bag on the dresser. She then walked over to an empty chair and removed the corset and then her skirt. She looked at them and sighed at the small tears in them here and there. They laid on the arm of the chair as she removed her shoes and then her torn leggings. With that, she sat down and got to work, stitching up the new ones from Aria. She pretty much fixed them to look as close to her old ones as possible. A smile crept across Qamar's face at her handiwork. "Well, glad I got this fixed...now..." she spoke to herself, laying these ones to the side and tossing the remains of the old ones in the trash. The skirt and corset were easy since the tears on them were small. For now, this would have to do before she got back home and could get changed. Once everything was mended, Qamar stood up and started to stretch. She ended up sitting on the floor with her legs crossed. She closed her eyes and pressed her fingers together, starting to meditate a little. This went on for a bit as she tried to not think about the day's events. Unfortunately, that was hard to do and she ended up frustrated as Aria came back. "Hey..." she said, waving at the girl. Qamar stood up and took off her jewelry and gloves. "I think I'll sleep on the floor if I don't end up going to my room." she said. "I did fix my clothes and made those leggings look more like my own, though. I...I can get you some new ones later." she just realized that maybe she ought to not have altered them in the first place. It was too late now, however. Her hand slipped to her hair, grabbing the ribbon on her head and she yanked it out. With it, the hair tie keeping her hair together broke and so her hair fell down past her shoulders. Her hair was far down her back once it was settled and Qamar grumbled. "An....Anyway...um..." Qamar sat on the bed and crossed her legs. "Let's talk a little bit...please?" she asked. "Mediation didn't not help me and I"m feeling pretty...useless..." she put her hands on her legs. "I...I don't know why but...I...I'm upset because...yet again, I couldn't help anybody and ended up losing two people. I know I"m a broken record..." Qamar looked up at Aria, tears falling down her face. "But I just can't get over this. I should have died, not him. At least he was useful. I just ran around and was a jerk to everybody. I seriously stood there and judged all of you ever since I met you. I can't even figure out why I'm like this. I thought...I thought it was a good idea...." Qamar realized she was rambling and she turned. "I'm sorry..."
Qamar frowned when Aria refused, but she didn't bother arguing. Aria had a point, so what was the use arguing it? She watched Master Thallasa heal Take and Tinarah. Soon it was Aria's turn and then her own turn. Qamar immediately felt better after the healing washed over her body. She rolled backwards and hopped up, landing on her feet and doing a few stretches to check things out. "Woo, I'm better!" she smiled. She placed a hand on her chest where the keyblade had left a gash and she smile sadly. "That's even healed." sighing, she looked at the first aid kit and grabbed it. "Let's get to a bed and get some rest. What do you say Aria?" Qamar asked. "Or maybe we can rummage together a little of that hot chocolate?" Qamar looked at her legs and saw the various holes and sighed. "Thank goodness I keep a spare." she said, reaching into her magical corset thing and...not finding the spare leggings she had so carefully packed away. "Oh my god, I lost them, crap. Maybe Mode can help or..." she trailed off, glancing around and sighing.
Tears were in Anantas eyes upon seeing everyone approach Karina and offer their keyblades. The tears fell harder upon seeing Karina cry. This proved to her that giving up is not the best choice. She looked from afar and saw the keyblade return to Karina. Wiping her eyes, Ananta nodded to herself. Her tears were both happy and sad. She was, deep down, happy for Karin's genuinely. She deeply regretted her words and hoped to one day fix her mistakes and perhaps gain Karina's trust once more. For the time being, Ananta was content with staying back. She had no right to be near Karina. Especially not after what she had said. After Karina mentioned leaving again, Ananta took a deep breath and waved to her. "Goodbye..." she said, smiling. That was all she could muster before turning her face away and looking towards Steel. She nudged at him and then looked down. "I'm stupid, huh? I...I really messed up..." she sighed. "Why did I open my big mouth..."
mfw i legit thought it said shyheart forever
"But Aria your...stomach..." Qamar said, looking at her legs. Those would heal quickly. They were just pricks from thorns. Aria's injury was far more life threatening. Chrono came over and asked about what had happened with Aria. As Aria explained, Qamar stared at the wound on the girls' stomach. She looked at it hard and long, frowning. "That doesn't look like....a..claw...scratch." she spoke lowly, not bringing attention to it. She wasn't sure if it was caused by a blade, but claws would cut far more unevenly than that straight cut. Shaking her head, she tried to get rid of her suspicions. Once Aria finished with her report, Qamar tilted her head. "You need to sit down, Aria. Your wound is bad. I don't mind carrying you, I'll take you to your room, but please sit down again. I'd hate for that to open back up." Qamar spoke, nodding at Aria. Aria referred to what happened with Qamar. Qamar stared at the ground and looked at her hands. There were still smears of dried blood on them. "He...he died protecting me...he died...doing what he did best." she said this and clenched her fists. "I was useless. I got caught and he gave his life for me...I don't understand why he'd do such a thing for something like me." Tears did not come to her eyes this time. Overwhelming sadness had dried those up within minutes of her initial realization. "I think I'll be okay as soon as I can get this thing to connect to my Masters..." she pressed on the pin again and cleared her throat. "Did things clear up?" she asked, waiting and hearing no reply. She gave up on that quickly. "Just take this away, Master Thallasa. I think it's broken?" she then glanced at Aria once more. Suddenly, a realization hit and Qamar pulled out her first aid kit. "Aria, sit down, I know what I can do!" she smiled and present the kit. "I can wrap a clean bandage around it to help keep it clean and from infection! And this..." she pulled out a bottle of disinfectant. "Can get rid of those icky germs hanging around. What do you say?" she suggested. "I'm pretty good at covering wounds...I've learned how to do it pretty quickly growing up." she smiled.
"I think I understand I mean...I grew up just me, my father, and my mother until I was like..." she stopped herself, the pain in her head returning. "A..Anyway, I didn't have any friends since..well...I was made to do things that weren't nice." She sighed and listened to Aria some more. "No you're not a weak princess who needs protecting, that's for sure. It's just, there are stronger things at play that we have to protect you from, you know?" she said this as they approached the mansion. "Can I just...stick around you a little longer? I hate to admit it but...I'm...feeling really lonely right about now, believe it or not." Qamar spoke lowly, not wanting to be heard. She stepped into the mansion and sighed at the destruction. "This is bad..." she muttered. When Thallasa asked if anybody needed additional healing, Qamar quickly moved over and stood in front of the Master. "Please help me with my legs." she asked as she literally landed on her bottom, gripping Aria as she fell backwards. "Crap, I'm sorry." she said, wincing in pain. "My...they...they finally gave out!" she laughed. "But um...are you okay?" she asked Aria. "And you, Master Thallasa. Do you need your communicator back? The line went dead when I spoke to Master Aster." Qamar spoke, still sitting on the floor and still holding onto Aria.
Qamar's legs were indeed shaking, but she was not going to buckle and fall. She was going to prove she was strong to them. No matter how hurt you ever got, Qamar soldiered through it and would eventually get the pain to stop. When Aria commented on the 'little princess' title, Qamar immediately regretted it. "N-No I...I'm sorry I didn't mean it like I was making fun of you...I...I was trying to be cute?" she said, looking a little upset that it was taken the wrong way. "And I'll be fine, I was joking about being hurt. I've been through a lot worse. Believe me." she smiled. "In fact..." she shifted a little and used her leg to support Aria's bottom as her left hand moved to reach inside her loose corset. She pulled out the medicine she mentioned earlier and ended up taking it herself. "This'll help me till we get back to Mode's. And no, Aria, I am not putting you down. You said it yourself, you'd rather not walk. I can tell you got really hurt, I saw the scar...it's best you don't move too much." She then started to walk, the shaking that was present before had now disappeared. By now, the blood had dried and her legs were just stinging as she walked. "Honest, I'm fine. Please don't worry about me." she mentioned, glancing down at Aria. "Look, I'm kinda awkward sometimes and I say the wrong things...but I mean well despite all that. And I really do want to help you Aria, I do. But I have to mention this now." She cleared her throat and looked down at the girl. "You can't stay here. Purely because I really don't think Master Thallasa is gonna let you. I know you want to help, but that...Quietus thing...it might come back, ya know? I don't...I don't want to lose anyone else..." she spoke, her eyes forlorn as she trudged along. "I really care about you...probably almost as much as anyone else and I barely know you. You just...you're a great person. You make things happier just by...by being yourself. I kind of envy you in that regard." she chuckled. "But everyone's different, I can't expect to have everyone liking me, can I? Damned if I don't try, though..."
Ananta sat there and began to think of all the things that could have possibly set Karina off. She thought and she thought, starting to figure out a few things. "I never did ask where why she was always like this...why she..." Ananta stopped herself and pulled her knees to her chest. "Oh my god, I'm terrible..." she said, hitting the sand. "I never even tried to treat her as a person...I...I was always treating her like a kid...." Ananta raised her head and looked towards the sea. "I don't know...I don't know anything about her. Nothing about her struggles. I tried to make up my own excuses and look what happened...I made assumptions on things I never understood." "What kind of person does that?" she spoke a little louder, shaking her head. All she could think about were all the times she attempted to 'help' Karina and she ended up treating Karina like crap. Every single time, Ananta treated her like she was a kid who didn't know any better. Out of all of her comrades, Karina was the most grown up and all Ananta did was baby her. "God I'm pathetic...I couldn't even try to understand her back then because I was too focused on the way she acted...babying her was the worst thing I could ever do." She turned her head and saw Karina toss a pouch to the ground. "I never even attempted to treat her like a person. If only I could go back and fix things...I hate myself. I really do. Why am I like this...why..." she sighed. Ananta started to think back to when Karina had first came back and Ananta was trying to apologize. "I don't know why I couldn't just move on...I just felt so bad...I...I felt like it was my fault she left...." she drew circles in the sand. "She moved on but I couldn't...and now, I told her I'm moving on and..." she stopped and opened her eyes wide. "Oh god, I told her I'm giving up on her. What the hell?" she grabbed at her head and shook it. "I'm pathetic, I really am, oh god...no...I can't...I can't do that, I can't give up on her." "Karina is the strongest person I know." Ananta stood up and clenched her fists. "Through all of this...losing a keyblade and me being the worst person to her...next to her father, I am the worst person. And yet, through all of this. Karina has moved on and forged a path of her own creation." Ananta turned around in time to see Beuce start to perform the Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony. "I won't give up on Karina because she never gave up on herself. I can't be forgiven for what I've said, but I can at least try to prove to her that I know what I said was wrong. I will be a better person and I will show her it." Ananta took a deep breath. "I'll talk to her about this later on when she's cooled off...but as it is, I at least need to see this." Ananta stepped towards Karina, knowing she may get attacked. But she knew that, just maybe, her coming back to see this would hopefully prove to Karina that Ananta was not going to give up. Ananta had to figure out what she had done wrong and now she had, hopefully, figure it out. Ananta decided that, for the time being, she'd just stand there and keep quiet. She even made sure to stand as far away as possible. She didn't want to set Karina off again. Nothing she said right now would make things any better. Not until she had a chance to speak to Karina personally, whenever or if that would ever come. "You're not a lost cause...I was wrong... " Ananta whispered to herself. "You're stronger than anybody I know...I want to be like you..." she continued to whisper. "Just don't kill me right now..." she sighed quietly. She would not participate, as she had no right to do so consiering recent events.
"Steel. Please." Ananta motioned away from the rest of the party. "There's no way we can even have any semblance of a relationship. We're just far too different. Besides, no matter how many times I've tried...it never worked out." she spoke lowly, moreso to herself. Whether others cared to listen, she had no idea. For now, she did the best thing she could do. Ananta finally walked off with that, getting far enough away that she could at least not hear Karina again. Ananta sat down on a spare rock and stared off at what was left of the ocean. She closed her eyes and sighed. "I don't get it." she started. "I just don't get how we're so dfferent? How she can treat somebody who truly wants to be her friend like this. I mean...I've done some bad stuff, too. But the worst I did was slap her...before she left." Ananta scratched her cheek. "Before she left, I guess she didn't appreciate I gave her a cloak of a person she actually cared about. I don't know why she was so depressed, but she just was. I don't remember if she told me whose it was..." Ananta then looked at herself and brought her hand close to her chest. "Even then, I'd screw that up. I should just give up on Karina...it's obvious I can never do right by her." she turned to look at Steel. "I"m rambling again, I'm sorry. You don't have to stay or even comment. I don't even know why I said anything. I think I'll just sit here for awhile and try to think about things. Try to figure out where I'm going wrong..."
Things were going so well...and then Karina had to come and slap Aux. Luckily, Kaida did what she could and used Magic to stop them. Ananta looked at Aux and sighed. Karina had every right to be angry at Aux, but she made her choice to leave. She can't blame him for things now that she found her footing. He hurt them in the past, but there's no use hurting a guy who couldn't help himself. He was used and now he wants to make up for it. Ananta made her way to him and put her hands towards him. "You okay?" she asked, casting a Curaga on him to recover the pain. "I gotta go, one sec." she said, turning around. She then walked over to Arctus and crossed her arms. "Don't you even try." she said. Ananta nudged at Steel. "Let go of him." she said, watching Steel drop the boy. "Gravira." she stated, glaring at Arctus as the spell started to take effect. "Two can play at that game, kid." she said, looming over Arctus. "And believe me, I can cast a Stopga just as well as Kaida can, so please just make this easy and get your girlfriend and just...go." she said. She looked up at Karina and smiled sadly. "I appreciate you guys' help, but at this point, things are just going south and you won't even listen." she took a deep breath. "I thought you going to find your own way would help you Karina, but it's done nothing to help you. You just need to get over yourself and move on." Ananta closed her eyes. "Apologizing to you was a mistake. You haven't grown up a single bit. Especially since you didn't even accept my apology. Clearly you don't care about others' feelings. I don't hold that against you, I really don't. The way you made it out to be, you had it rough. I just wish I could have gotten to know you better, I really do. But I won't ever get to know you better. You won't let me understand. Believe me, that's all I've ever wanted to do for you. I wanted to understand so I could be your friend." Scratching her head. "I rambled enough. Just get out of here, I'm done." she said, turning around. "Steel...come here?" she asked him, not wanting to face the rest in the party right now. She wanted to get away from Karina before she could just go and try to blame Ananta for everything as she always did. Sure Ananta made some mistakes in trying to be Karina's friend, but now that Ananta has seen Karina is still the same, she knows there's no use helping her. It was best to just leave it at that.
Qamar shook her head at Boreas when he asked if anyone needed to be mended. She'd take care of her legs later, right now she had to deal with her overwhelming sadness. She looked to see Aria move and fall to her knee. Qamar moved her hands to try and catch Aria but was met with a close hug. Qamar started into the distance before she put her arms around Aria. She buried her face into Aria's shoulder and started to cry more, taking in quick, shallow breaths. She could tell Aria was having a hard time in that position, so she supported her as best as she could. They pulled away and Qamar wiped at her eyes, nodding at Aria. "Thank you...I appreciate it." she spoke, helping Aria up. Boreas took over, so Qamar stood up. Spoiler: Communication Thallasa handed her the communicator. Qamar took the pin from Master Thallasa and placed it on her shirt. She walked away from the group and pressed on it. "Um....hello? Can anyone hear me? It's Qamar, I need to talk to Master Aster and possibly Mastar Stamatis..." she started off, not sure how to go about this. She still sounded like she had just been crying. After the connection was established there was a pause as well as the sounds of movement and quiet whispers. Finally Aster's voice spoke out. "Qamar? It's Aster. What's wrong?" "Master....Aster I...I'm sorry...I...I let you down and..." she paused a moment, unsure of how to proceed. "Please forgive me, don't hate me..." she begged Aster. "I wasn't able to stop one of the Light Chaser's students. He....he killed Adalric." she said this, clearly ready to burst out crying again, but she was trying to hold herself together. "What!? He...was killed? No...Qamar, it wasn't your fault. I..." There was a pause. "T-Thank you for telling me." The line went dead immediately. "W-Wait, Master Aster, I...I haven't, I want to talk some more, please don't leave me alone." she begged, holding the pin in desperation. "Anybody, please...I need to talk about this...please...anyone...Master Kide..Master Stamatis...please...." she had tears welling up again and she wanted to just lay down and curl up. "I don't wanna be alone..." she weakly said into the pin. There was no reply from the other end. Only silence. Qamar stared in disbelief and confusion. She wiped her eyes once more and sighed. Whatever happened, she was hoping they'd get back to her soon. Or at least, back to Master Thallasa. Turning back, she returned to the group. Torrin mentioned going back to Mode's mansion. Qamar smiled at Aria's gesture. "Aye-aye!" she mimicked, smiling again. When Take let go of Aria, the girl fell with a thud. She reported what had happened and Qamar knew she didn't need to throw anything in. Walking over to Aria, Qamar knelt down and helped her sit up again. "Need something for pain? I've got some great pain medicine that makes anything hurt less." she offered. "Although, you'll have to swallow them with no drink." She then grasped Aria in her arms and lifted the girl up as Qamar stood back up. She stood there, holding Aria in a bridal style pose. "Guys, I'm all with you on helping, but my legs are literally bleeding still and I'd like to get some rest. I don't really want to lose anybody else to something so small as fatigue." sighing, Qamar looked at Aria. "Besides, our little princess is in severe pain as we stand here deciding. Rest after a battle is what the body needs when nobody has any kind of Magic to heal the wounds they've sustained." At this point, Qamar was close to passing out. If anything, her HP was now at probably 2 from the bleeding that was going on. "Don't worry about my legs, Aria, I'll patch those later." she said, smiling at her.

Daeni placed herself between the creature and the extractor, using her keyblade to block the claws. She then started to push back on it, trying to give the extractor some more time. She saw Cerdic get rescued by Alder and sighed in relief. "Are you okay?" she called to Cerdic. She then looked to see Chrono. "Chrono, you okay too?" she asked, still holding the hand back. "You won't get this machine and you're definitely not taking Marley's heart from me!"
Jumping back a little, Ananta laughed in relief after seeing Shiro come back. "Thank goodness, I thought we lost you for a second there." she said, smiling at Mizu. "And you did very good! Glad to see he has somebody to take care of him in times like this." When Shiro started to speak of a traitor, Ananta grumbled. At least Aux knew already what was going on, so she just listened for the moment. When Shiro started to apprehend Aux, Ananta moved and stood between the two. "I get that Aux doesn't have the best track record, but you gotta believe me when I say he's not bad. He shows remorse for his actions and he wants to prove it by fighting to defeat whatever's got Krowley. I believe Aux has great potential as an ally, so don't hold his past against him. Move on from the past and let him repent by helping us now." Ananta looked at Aux and smiled. "I trust him, so why can't you guys? Isn't he one of your own, anyway?"
Chrys' words were nothing to Qamar. Chrys knew not how she felt nor did she herself react to Dentro falling to his death. Once the girl and Koa were gone, Qamar sighed in relief. She remembered Tinarah's apology and so she turned to the girl after laying Illiana back down in her sleep with the locket returned to Illiana's hands. "Thank you, but you don't need to apologize. You've got your own problems to deal with so..." she scratched her cheek. "I don't mean to look like that, I just......I don't know, it's...I...I just crave attention and...not wanting to be forgotten." she said this as she picked up her medical supplies and stashed them back where they belonged. She placed each item carefully and eventually reattached her outfit together. Adjusting herself, Qamar looked at where the keyblade that poked her outfit and left a small hole. She then looked down at her legs and felt the pain of the thorns once more. Her hands shook as she started to feel herself come down from the adrenaline rush. Her eyes wandered up to where the others were coming from. The four were looking worse for wear. Qamar stood up and hurried over, meeting them and looking over Torrin and then Aria. "What the hell happened?" she asked, taking a second look over Torrin. "You look like your hands got seriously...burned?" Qamar tilted her head and then looked at Aria. "Aria looks way tired...are you gonna be okay?" she asked the girl, putting a hand on her shoulder and rubbing it a little. It was then that Qamar had spied Thallasa. She gulped and glanced back at Torrin. "I...I have to....Torrin....Master Thallasa....guys....A...Adalirc..." she took in a breath. "Adalric's dead!" she exclaimed, looking at the ground and taking deep breaths. The tears came back to her eyes as she stared at her hands shakily. Adalric's blood was dried by now, but it was still on her hands. Her fists clenched and she she covered her face, stomping her foot in frustration. "He's dead because he was protecting me and now I've gotta tell Master Aster he's gone and explain to the other Masters what happened and they may end up leaving me on my own." she said all this and fell to her knees. "I don't wanna be alone...." she whimpered, wiping at her eyes and looking up to Master Thallasa. "Please...I need to talk to my Master's...I need to tell them...please....I miss him...." she said the last part, not exactly meaning the person implied.
Qamar's gonna get herself Defender. Also, spending all her stats on 3HP upgrades. I learned a lesson here.
