Also, if you wait, you'll have more time to save up money. Think about it. You need to buy the badge, split costs for a hotel room with roommates, and still have spending money for the con. Believe me, you definitely want as much spending money as possible.

I don't know about "harder" so much as "statistically less likely". Are you talking about the entire autistic spectrum (asbergers, ADD, etc.) or just plain autism? Two of my younger brothers are non-verbally autistic, my other brother has ADHD, and my mom and sister have ADD. My dad and I are the only ones not part of it...
