This is a good one. The brightness of the left corner is kind of disturbing, but the idea is nice. Try toning done the brightness on that and bring some of it to the right side of the focal. The text ruins it. Make it smaller and put it near the focal with lowered opacity. The checkerboard pattern is okay, but lower the opacity of it. Sharpen the focal some and bring it out. Slightly blur some of the effects on him. The effects on him are a bit messy and unattractive. Try moving the effects slightly to the left and add some more effects to the right. Brighten the lower part of his body to the bottom right and burn the top right.
