"Well, we could always strangle it to death. Or, we could use...-" Leilani ripped a piece of bark off a tree. "This." Leila pat it against her hand a couple of times. "We need to eat, and this could be the best way to kill it."
"Yeah, kinda! I call it 'Nat's whistle'." Nathalia laughed, getting into one. "Yoshi's hair salon, please." She told the driver once Suki got in. "I can't wait until we get our hair done."
"Oh, I'm sorry Ignelia, I'm just a little cranky from not eating. I'm sorry." Leilani walked up, wanting to be alone for a while. Her wings beat against her back a little, wanting to take off. As she walked alone, she looked around for deer, not seeing any at all. "Worst plan ever." She whispered.
"Come on, Vamanos!" Nathalia walked outside, going toward the streets. Not much traffic was going on, but instead of walking, Nathalia put her fingers between her teeth and whistled, her hand up in the air. As five taxi's stopped, she smiled victoriously. "It's good thing I learned how to do that."
"You wanna steal from innocent people?" Leilani elbowed Ignelia a little in her arm. "Be my guest." OOC: Short post.
OOC: Nathalia, Jason and Suki are going to a ball today, don't worry there is gonna be action there, I promise. Um, Yoh, Glen and Gexln are on DI's beach, and I think that's about it. Oh, MoK character is at DI too. So, we're all at DI right now.
OOC: It's okay. BIC:"Make a fire, try to cook it." Leilani said sheepishly, walking back the way they came. "I bet lots of them live here. I wonder, if we split up?" She asked herself. "No, that'd make getting it harder...."
"Cooked snail, it's disgusting, nasty and revolting!" Nathalia told her, remembering that they were wearing pj's. "Must change first." She turned them around, lead Suki back to her own room, and went to hers. Shutting the door, Nathalia put on a blue tank top, black shorts, black over-the-knee socks, and black knee high saddle-ringed boots. She then put her favorite Black and dark blue checked, cat ear ski cap. Grabbing her purse, she walked out into the hallway, waiting for Suki. OOC: Medium post is Medium.
Flying down from the tree, Leila helped Ignelia up, sighing. "Hmmmm, well....." Just then, a wonderful smell wafted toward her nose. "Umm, we must have traveled farther than we thought, since I smell....something good..." Walking toward it, she spotted a family Barbecuing in a clearing. "Dang it. I don't want to steal..." Her stomach roared. "Let's go the other way..maybe we can find a deer."
Shrugging, Nathalia grabbed Suki's hand, leading her out of the bed. "We have to get our hair done, mani-pedi's and then get dressed. Oh, and eat, cause if they have Escargot, I'm not eating it."
"Mornin' Suki!" Nathalia chirped, smiling and sitting up. "Ready for a night to remember?"
"Okay, let's stop before one my wings falls off." Leilani laughed, settling in a tree top. "Now, if you guys are hungry, we can go get something to eat later." She sighed, yawning.
Quietly, Jason got off the bed, tip toeing to the door, heading for his room. He picked his cell phone up and dialed the familar number. "Hey, you got those roses?......Okay, great!.....I know they'll love em'.....Okay, thank you, bye." He hung up, dialing another number. "Yeah, I'm calling for the limo reservation.....Okay, It's good to go?.....Good! Bye." Now, for one last call. "Hey, are those chocolates ready?.....No, I'm one with the ones that have the names Suki and Nathalia on them....Yes, perfect!....Okay...Umm-humm.......Gotcha, bye." One thing's for sure, Jason was making this a night to remember.
Nathalia slept peacefully, holding Jason and Suki's hands. It was amazing she didn't let go, something like a bond holding the trio together. She opened her eyes some time later, smiling as sunlight filtered through Suki's window. "Morning...." She whispered quietly enough so that they wouldn't wake up. Looking at Jason, she saw that both of his hands were on hers, not moving. Looking over at Suki, she saw that she had done the same. Jason hazily opened his eyes a crack, looking at the girls. He didn't say anything, but knew that Nathalia and probably Suki were both awake, trying to go back to sleep. Slowly, he kissed Nathalia's head, taking her hand back.
"Hey, I didn't know Jason was gonna have one, I just thought...." Nathalia laid in the middle of the bed, on her back. "If we sleep together, Jason is one the side where the floor is. So, if we move, he falls." "I'm fine with that!" Jason sat, reaching for Suki's hand. She was like his little sister, since they looked alike in some ways. He looked at Nathalia, who snored away already, her head on his knee. "Night Suki."
"Thanks. I know she's not dead, I could feel it if she died. I think she was taken or maybe she lost her heart....Yeah, I'll stay here, I'm kinda scared to go back to my room now." Nathalia laid on the bed, hearing a small knock on the door. "Jason, is that you?" "Yeah, can I come in?" Jason opened the door a crack, seeing Suki up against the wall and Nathalia on the bed. "Uhhh, I feel like a sissy for asking, but can I stay in here? I had a nightmare." "Suki, what do you say? I guess we could, if you sleep on the floor!" She teased, shivering again.
"My mom was awesome, she took care of me all by herself. Everyday, when I came home from school, she'd have something cooking in the oven, always delicious! See, she worked in a bakery slash candy shop, so she would bring pastries or my favorite candy for desert. She was really nice, taking us on vacations to a beach I didn't even know about. We had a cabin there, one that smelled like sea salt and vanilla....We would go every summer, mom swearing she'd teach me how to surf." Nathalia smiled, holding out a picture of her mom, one that she carried all the time. On it, a woman with long brown hair posed, holding a rabbit and trying to feed it. "This is mom when she was eighteen, holding her pet rabbit, Carrot. I miss them both...." OOC: The picture: View attachment 25273
Leilani laughed as Ignelia swooped down like a ballerina in air. "Watch that ankle, missy. Just because we heal fast doesn't mean you can break it somemore." She teased, folding her wings in and dropping to the ground like she did. But, instead of letting her wings up as she got closer to the ground, she pulled up, shooting back into the sky and hearing a shrill sound behind her. Flying this fast, Erasers would need heat sensors to find her.
"Aww, Suki, you don't have to say that about Jason..and, you better not lose your heart! It'll mean I'm really bad at protecting someone..." Nathalia held her head down, sighing. "I guess mom would be happy I found friendship.....and a boyfriend....."
OOC: Oops, just forgot about that, Edited. Leilani held on to Ignelia for a little while longer, smiling. "What do you mean I have to smile more? Don't I smile enough?" She teased, knowing that it was rare when she smiled. But, if Iggy had said she needed to, she would try to do it more often. Leila beat her wings a little, trying to stay aloft. "Okay, you can let go now."
