im almost to a point where i could say i'm a fan of their new stuff. sempiternal was great and what i've heard from this album is too. but please god don't make me listen to their old stuff. they're like this weird 30 seconds to mars/Linkin Park/mallcore hybrid now. individually i'm not a fan of any of those but they come together interestingly here.
reaction was understood, clock looks exceedingly suspicious, but no action should have been taken after it was discovered it was just a clock. that people are rallying behind him in support and he's being invited to the most important house on the planet is so indicative of how horrendously trepidatious and overly-apologetic people are with regards to potentially offending anyone and it is disgusting. school should have apologized and left it at that. no suspension. no arrest. no glamour.

i like fun. i don't like bad television. shield is a spy show that's not a spy show and is not only bad but scraping whatever barrel for characters to make sure marvel has a constant presence. arrow and flash and gotham are actually ****. if a show wants my viewership it has to not be cancerous. flash started out good but it's on cw so it never had a chance. basically i'm done with comics on screen. tired of it. except for the dc movie stuff which i want to give a fair chance. i'll read what i like and that's the end of that. if i can bottom line it it's that these companies are evil and i'm exhausted of their bs.
i wish people would stop watching shield. it's a despicable show that deserves to die. same with arrow and flash and gotham.

i think people are romanticizing the potential. real life pokemon fantasy is fine and all but any tiny misstep in the execution could destroy that. why can you catch wild charizards? i won't take part in this. i don't want to catch pokemon irl i want to catch pokemon in fictional places like Hoenn, Sinnoh, etc. when i play pokemon i want to know i'm getting a game full of limitless content in a wonderfully crafted setting. it's an immersive experience and trying to bring that experience as close to the individual as possible is fine, but it's being done through a way that doesn't appeal to me. i like the real games too much.
