khv grant me your wisdom my immeidate family is going to travel tomorrow to see relatives. i really don't want to go because ive been at school and then working with like no breaks and all of that plus mental health things make traveling to see family seem so overwhelming. like i just can't handle the patronizing relative stuff right now, and they're all big groups and i just want peace and quiet these days. it's what i need. but they want me there. so i do the selfish thing and not go (they don't know the reasons i said above and i'm not ready to tell them about my adventures in therapy yet) or do i go despite my great reservations. i know i should go but damn dealing with that would be bad
