uh....I don't think they have Ougis. What happens when you're in overlimit (which I'm not 100% sure how it occurs) is that you get powered up and can't flinch. well...maybe there are ougis in ToS, but it's only in the PS2 version. Mana is well, like the "life force" of the world. Almost like the life stream in FFVII.
