Mixt's theories are very clever. Well, since the beginning Sora was going through his memories. But only Kingdom Hearts I's Memories; so he didn't get through his memories before all of that happen. Also, we didn't have the full memories from Kingdom Hearts I there; we only had a Three-Part-Summary from the World Story, most of the memories that goes through Kingdom Hearts I aren't there. Even if Tarzan's Memory is a important memory, it will also always be in Sora's heart.

Darksides are the Pureblood Heartless that are made of the Darkness in people's hearts (just like any Heartless), so I believe it's the Darkness of that world, that took a form of Heartless.
