Hum, I have already posted a lot o long posts and VMs, but it just take more time to post; it doesn't slow down my computer/internet. If there were many tabs open or you're using many things internet-related so it will slow down with each connection to each activity you have. Clearing the historic and your browser will run faster! Maybe there is too much memory there or something like that!
