I think either Evil already tried something like that. He tried to get the Dream sword from that part as a weapon, but it didn't work for some reason. If it's just a case of model replacement though, then that sort of thing shouldn't be too hard. I'm not a hacker, so I don't really know.

I agree with using Goofy's Shield as opposed to Axel's Chakrams, The Chakrams don't look like defensive at all. Keep Sai'x's Claymore though. Just my opinion. Also, another suggestion, go with Wisdom forms model. That's just not used enough. I'm always able to test if you need it though. remember that Slip.
Hey, do we have any replacement codes for characters outside of Sora's Party? Like they have the "Replace Terra" code or something over at the FM+ group, so do we have anything similar? And does it work with the current digits we have for characters?

What do you mean by "God Team/Teams"? it's not a term I've heard of in my limited hacking experience. Easily defeated Hercules could be just be a case of using the Maximum attack code. By Ultima Weapon code, do you mean to add it to your inventory, or to change the weapon your weilding into Ultima? I don't mean to sound stupid, but just to clarify what you want. I don't know. Sora could still be an optional boss. It would slightly break canon to access it before the end of the game, but we could always have the battle agaist Sora in KH2FM, just this time from Roxas' perspective.
