Actually, it wasn't a bad time to do applications but this time around we had an overwhelming number of applicants and it took a while to narrow it down. Please, I'm glad people bared with us during all of this but we honestly had a lot to go through. However from hiring, we also try to improve on how to make thing move a bit faster, we aren't perfect at this. Plus, things can happen here and there that throw people off. we do look at merits as a part of being acceptable in staff, we don't hire off of friendliness.
