I think a real sad death was when ace died or when xion faded away in kingdom hearts

In most games they have at least 1 character die. Out of all of them I feel the most tragic deaths were when Axel faded away in KIngdom Hearts 2 and when Zack died in Crisis Core Final Fantasy. Which ones made you cry when you saw them?
