There are a few things you got wrong f.e. the guitar riffs are not from Numb, they are from In The End. The only things from Numb in the songs are the scratching parts ;D. The first (weird) melody part (don't know how to explain it) is also from In The End. The bassline is from Leave Out All The Rest. The rest you mentioned is correct :D
