Equipping Fire and notating that I had equipped Stop, Barrier Surge, and Sliding Dash previously; meaning my slot count should have been 3/3(+1) instead of 2/3(+1), and is currently 4/3(+1). So they are now all full.
Before Steel could do anything else, he felt a phone vibrate in his pocket. He pulled it out flipped it open and read his latest text: Learned "Mine Square." He paused. "Why didn't I get it earlier?" He questioned. Then he thought about the extra time it would have taken for the magic to come through as a text message. He quickly typed "Thx Sid" and hit send, acutely aware that the wizard would probably get it as some kind of telepathic message; which Steel himself could send and receive, but sometimes it just felt good to act like a normal person. He looked up to see a new arrival who had apparently been acquainted with Base. "Hello D'daear. I am Steel." He said as he flipped his phone shut and put it in his pocket, the seven cross charms on his belt jingled in response. "Those," He began in response to the boy's query. "...Are keyblade gliders. They are utilized via keyblade transformation, which isn't as difficult a process as it sounds." He paused for a moment, looking on as all of his allies began to ride away. He turned back to D'daear. "I must apologize, as it is time for me to go too. I'm sure Base can teach you all you need to know. Good bye for now." He tried to smile encouragingly, but stopped since it wouldn't be seen underneath his long cape like scarf. He summoned his keyblade, tossed it into the air, and jumped on when it came back as a Keyblade glider. He flew off towards the skies with new thoughts forming in his mind.
Steel smiled as Base nodded off. "Yes, well..." He began to whisper. "You would be surprised to learn it really -isn't- as simple as all that..." He held his hand up to eye level, and silently observed the metallic plated claws. "Well then, I suppose I should be going soon. Hope your new friend shows up." He stood up and looked down to see if he needed to wake Base up.
Steel reformed quite suddenly as the mission was finally issued. He found himself sitting next to Base, using a nail file on his claws... which were a part of his gauntlets...? When he was done with that pointless distraction he incinerated it and scattered the ashes to the wind. "So, weren't we about to go somewhere?" He asked out of curiousity.
I shall go with Group A as well, mostly because of Steel's ongoing interest in Krowley, but also because Steel would Probably just wind up murdering Gaston, and then who would be the villain?
Steel shall descend upon the world of Beast's Castle.
I don't think I've ever heard a V sound; of course, that doesn't actually mean there isn't one. It can be somewhat confusing.
Hmmm... Good point... Perhaps he says "I'm done fellers..." It sounds the same as what I had originally thought, and makes more sense.
I've always heard, "I'm dead fellers...", But that can't be right cause he isn't dead, just knocked out. Then again, he could just be being over dramatic. All the same, I doubt what I've heard and think calxiyn's is probably right.
I'll start with the usual questions, plus one from Spunk Ransom. That one would be: Do you have any idea who I am? The usual ones would be: Original Impressions? Current Impressions? and now for some more original ones: Out of the 6 main KH protagonist, which do you prefer to play as? Preferred weapon? and I want to ask one more, but can't think of much else so... Favourite movie?
For Princess and the Frog, I'm not entirely sure Maleficent or Xehanort -NEED- to fit in. Think about Deep Jungle in the original KH game: It didn't really tell you anything about what was going on (Most worlds only gave you a little information at a time in the first place), but it really opens your eyes to what the heartless are capable of; despite being driven by nothing other than instinct, they are manipulative and deceptive. They will follow the strong willed, sure, but the minute you begin to falter, you're toast. Controlling them is -MORE- dangerous than having to fight them when you think about it. Now consider Princess and the Frog: The villain is actually called "The Shadow Man", and while he calls upon evil voodoo demons, he also has them come out as shadows to go and catch naveen and last of all, his own shadow reacts to the physical realm (The lawrence reacting when the shadow kicks him, Facilier being dragged when the shadow is grabbed, etc.). It's been several games, and the monsters have either been a. Not within the heroes ability to control (Nobodies) b. Only controllable by one person (Unversed) or c. easy to control without risk (Dream Eaters) It would be easy to switch out some of the later voodoo stuff for heartless, and it would be the perfect opportunity story wise to renew the feeling of base brutality that come from the Heartless, who at this point aren't really considered very dangerous in terms of the story because of the lack of focus. Tangled I would recommend for the story mainly just because of Mother Gothel's' wish to keep the light all to herself, which is the desire that started the ancient keyblade war. I have other reasons, but I will go into those later. For Tinker Bell, I would say time travel is excuse enough: While you technically would have to have a past version of yourself to do that, the principle does not necessarily apply when a portal defining a specific time and place is utilized, as displayed by timeless river in KH2. While it's true they had not yet invented the principle in KH2, it gives an excuse for time travel other than to moments that the time traveler was present at: So I'm sure they will use that as an excuse. For Bambi I can only say that Xehanorts goal is to corrupt and destroy everything, and he would be a fool to ignore it even if it's small. Of course, I'm sure Square can pull plenty of other reasons out of their a**. Y'know, kinda like where Xehanort gets more than half of his plans: INTRODUCING A -NEW- UNIVERSAL LAW! I can't say much on the matter of Space themed worlds, but I'm sure there will be some.
Yeah, Kh3 is rakin' 'em in. So Welcome back, enjoy your stay, and remember to keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times.
Fickle .
Steel stared out at the area surrounding the castle. His eyes were cold; if anyone else had been crazy enough to climb to the highest and most dangerous point of the roof (Which he had no doubt at least one of his allies was), they would have seen nothing in them. No motive, no intent, ... No emotion. As he was finishing his analysis of the dark orb from Ananta, he did something strange, and what would generally be thought of as gross. He leaned back his head, held up his clawed gauntlet, opened his mouth, and reached into his throat. It wasn't quite so gross; there were no convulsions or any other form of protest from the body. One had to wonder how far down he was reaching; it took him a while. Finally, he pulled out the swirling dark orb he had placed in his chest about half an hour ago. He dropped his hands to his side and sighed. He took a quick moment to re-familiarize himself with what the others were doing. Upon Beuce's comment, he reflected. After a few brief moments of that, he sighed again. "Just a buncha' kids with their Darkness and angst messin' up the the atmosphere, that's what this is." He stood silently for a moment before he tossed the orb aimlessly over his shoulder and into the air with a perfectly straight face. He began to fade into shadowy smoke from his legs up. "That'll just find it's way back..." He said casually. "...Eventually."
