i don't know, what all happened, but they said there was alot of blood D;

and most of the students are saying the bus driver is lying about what really happened o_o
two of my friends said that he was yelling at someone in the backseat who was horse playing, took his hands off the wheel and turned around to yell at the kid, then that's when it slid into the mountain.

yeha, i know, that's what i kind of meant..
it would be stupid for any legal system to let her keep that baby
