People have suggested this to him before. He can't buy the programs and doesn't want to pirate them
it's fun
Yeah, but of all the ones to leave out, this one of the worst because it's the oolest. I can live without seeing Roxas fight a Lurk Lizard
30 seconds is the average. Assuming you're not completely awful people tend to wait a little longer
Overall I find Roxas to be a huge waste of a surprisingly good character. I think he might be th eonly person in the entire franchise to express a full range of human emotions Honestly the greatest crime of the Days movie in I.5 is that they didn't give us a proper fight scene with Roxas and Riku. I mean, we could finally have had all those Neoshadows like in the original, rather than the... four or so we got
That payoff though Who WILL Roxas eat ice cream with? We still don't know
To be fair, while the big stuff in Korra fell flat on its face, I'm looking forward to the guaranteed diamonds in the rough, at the very least. I'm sure the comedy will be as good as ever, for example
Main melody stuff, the piano and strings are too quiet. KH2 used these magical strings that were half way to being an accordion, which gave them a punch that a lot of orchestral synths don't have The rest is pretty incredibly well recreated, unfortunately the sounds that would be easiest to identify for enhanced quality, the strings and piano, are muffled. Stuff like a harp are easily simulated, so the difference there isn't very noticeable, and the drum loop simply has more definition It's something I learnt from remastering music as a hobby, when you make something more realistic, play to the strengths of what sounds the most noticeably higher quality, or nobody will notice the difference
The key is to play something you're invested in, and the commentary comes naturally. I feel it as a personal standard to show off as much of the game as I'm able, unless it's a blind run. It makes me feel more confident about the game I'm playing because I've experienced it thoroughly. There are other things that go with this too. Doing the challenge sigil stuff may be annoying, but it nets you items that make the regular missions go smoother. Nobody wants to watch me whack an enemy for 14 minutes straight, no matter how good the commentary
someone should have looked at the gameplay of Days and said "wow this is awful, no way I'm letting this out to the public" and never greenlit the game in the first place I try to have some standard for my LPs, that involves showing off a decent portion of the game
The coliseum is tedious, but at least its original content. I'd take a million of those over getting all the challenge sigils
at least Re:Coded was functional more often than not I loath you[DOUBLEPOST=1403324360][/DOUBLEPOST] I love how in other KH games we get cool bosses like Xemnas, Young Xehanort, Terra etc. and with this game you get a recolour of an enemy from KH1 that sums up Days in a nutshell, now that I think about it
I'm imagining you as a DJ remixing this
Doing the challenge missions for an upcoming LP Who on PLANET EARTH thought that giving you a timed mission against an enemy that has a random chance to teleport away from you with each hit was a GOOD idea? Like hoooly Also "Beat the mission in record time! *cough enemy level +50*"
You get what you pay for with Windows Movie Maker
editing is a distant second to strong commentary
Do you have a decent PC? I use Desmume to record DS games myself I guess you're stuck with RPGs... I suggest making multipel save files, if you can, so you can go back if you need to
Never trust a trailer. We've already been stung twice
It's not like it's impossible. The first game I fully recorded was KH1. But it's way worse if something goes wrong, and when you're new things are more likely to go wrong
Yeah... don't start with an RPG. Do something short, because if something goes horribly wrong at any point in an RPG, that REALLY sucks
