Okay, but a lot of other people who say it's great have been hyping it up well before it was in a playable state

I've been seeing it everywhere too, but something they all have in common is that they kickstarted it. So there's a bit of personal investment to view it as amazing.
Maybe I'm just being cynical, but I'll wait a bit and see if people still say it's great after the hype dies down a little

I'm going to assume it's 4 good hours as opposed to 4 good hours split between 16 mediocre hours, so fine by me

so what I'm gathering from this is that Makaze is some sort of ghost or spook, DigitalAtlas is kinda sleepy and Nova is literally Troy Baker

This would only work is games were a completely interaction based experience. You can like a game's story, presentation, music, characters and innumerable other things, liking the gameplay shouldn't be the only definition of liking a game

They have put more effort in though, particularly with BBS, that just probably won't extend to redoing scenes

They pulled this last time with KH1.5 They had fake screenshots where they removed default face and had a better looking one
