Well, if you have crushes on girls then I think you might be, but it could just be you want to be good friends? I dunno, I think you would or will know if you are one way or the other, and neither is bad, just a different preference

And now for something we hope you'll really enjoy! This is my one and only Final Fantasy Fanfiction. (Teh Gasp! He does stuff other than Kingdom Hearts? O_o) I do, not a lot, but I do do other stuff (Note, I'm ignoring my regular fiction at the moment, of which I write a decent amount of too...just haven't typed much of it out yet XP) Anyways, this was an interesting story to write. I don't want to spoil it for you, but just know its FF7, and it was a tough one to write. Hope you enjoy! Oh and MAJOR FF7 SPOILERS AHEAD!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------ Summary: [The selfless love of another can often lead to pain for the one they loved] Why do the ones we love seem to be the ones who always get hurt? Would it not better be ourselves than them? (Twilight to Dawn) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Running, ever running. I’d been chasing after her for what seemed like days now, but in truth, it had not been much time at all. Every step seemed to take longer, every battle seem to be harder, almost as if fate did not wish me to see her again. But I took every step; slew every monster, nothing, not even the gods themselves would keep me from her. The other that loved me traveled along silently, lost in her own thoughts about the one we are chasing. She had known me far longer, but something about Aeris seemed special and welcoming, something I hadn’t always felt from Tifa. Sure, she had always cared, and always would, but she seemed to be hiding things from me, almost as if she knew that something about me wasn’t right. We both knew we had to do something though. We could not just leave her to face him alone. Strangely enough Yuffie also accompanied us. I had never known whether or not she was friend or foe, but for the time being she was an ally. She had befriended Aeris, or I should say, Aeris befriended her. Yuffie tended to keep to herself, but Aeris always tried to make her feel welcome. I guess that Yuffie felt she owed Aeris for that. Why had you run off alone, going to a fate you knew that you did not want nor except? Sephiroth shares no qualms against challenging fate and you knew he would follow. You knew but you went all the same. Through the sleeping forest to the Ancient’s long dead city. Why had you left me? Was it because I could not control myself? The fact that I had attacked you, almost slain you, just so that I could give Meteor to Sephiroth? Or was it something different altogether? Had you not known that I would follow? So many questions now circulated in my head. And I longed to have them answered, so as to do something about my worry, I ran even faster, usurping even the lightning fast Yuffie for the lead of our three member pack, longing to reach you as soon as I could. A canyon loomed into view as we reached the end of the forest. A great mass of archaic structures and scattered bones now adorned my view, as our destination finally came into view. I stopped momentarily, taking in the mastery of it all. I knew not what I would do, only that something must be done. I did not wish to lose one that was so near to my heart. I began the descent into the canyon, my two female party members following quickly in my wake. None of us had spoken since we had begun this journey. I did not wish to force either of them to do so. We all knew what would happen if I...we lost her. We would never be able to replace her; she was like the soul of our escapades, the most innocent and caring of us all. Why of all people did she have to be the Cetra? Why not someone more suited to the task? Then a thought crossed my mind. Who was more suited to this task? There was not another person on this planet that cared for anyone as much as she did; maybe that was why she was chosen. This did nothing but make me feel worse though. Losing her would be a great blow to us all. I came to a crossroads. I could go left, right, or forward, but something was calling me to the right. I ran down it, noting two buildings on the path ahead of me. Not knowing where to begin, I decided we should check these both out. I walked into the first one, and noticed a small glowing ball of what appeared to be concentrated mako near the entrance to the house. I walked up to it, curious as to what it was. As I approached, a dozen or so voices in a language I did not understand bombarded my senses. I could not tell what they said, but they all seemed to be crying out in pain. The voices of the Cetra that had returned to the planet, I found this much out as I stood there listening. I don’t know how long I stood there before I started to grow weary. My eyelids grew heavy, and my knees buckled. I crashed onto the ground, and everything went black. When I awoke, I noticed it was dark outside. Yuffie and Tifa sat next to each other, talking about what are next move should be, and then something in their conversation caught my attention. “...Did you see him too?” Yuffie said. “I think so, but are you certain it was him?” Tifa responded. “Positive, you don’t see someone carrying a sword like that dressed in all black just anywhere you know.” At this I bolted upright in my bed. A sudden wave of fear and anxiety shot through me. So he was here. Sephiroth had come to ruin my life again, I would see to it that he at least had someone to try to stop him this time. I arose swiftly, grabbing my sword, and quietly motioning for the girls to follow me. They both realized what I meant, each grabbing their own weapons. We climbed down a nearby ladder and walked out of the building. This time, something called me back towards the center of the crossroad I had been at earlier, but it wanted me to go straight this time. Something told me my questions would be answered down this way. Little did I know that I would gain more questions here than answers. We followed the path to a small building, or at least it appeared small. It was imbedded in some rock, and as soon as you stepped inside you realized just how grandiose this building was. I looked around on the current floor we were on, and noticed a glowing flight of stairs coming out of the middle of the room. That was where I must go, that was where I would find her, or at least what I was searching for. The stairs seemed to stretch on forever. I lost count after a hundred or so. What I thought was a large building before turned out to be ten times the size I had thought it was. There was an entire altar down here, complete with a church, and all of this was hewn into glimmering rock, of what’s origins I knew nothing of. I finally reached the bottom of the stairs, and headed for the church, it was the only way I saw of getting to the small altar where I felt something calling me. I arrived at some stepping stones, and realized that there was only enough room for one to pass at a time. I stopped moving and turned around, facing my two companions. “I need to do this on my own.” They both nodded at me, and I began to hop across the stones in an attempt to reach the small altar that lay ahead. There she was, in all her glory, praying to long forgotten gods, trying to give us some last great hope that I knew nothing of. Suddenly I lost control of myself once again. I stepped forward, not of my own impulse, but by that of another’s. I walked slowly toward her, screaming at myself to stop, but my body refused to listen. I stopped in front of her, scanning her over with cool determination. I reached behind my back, grabbing onto my blade. “No!!” Still my body refused to listen; I managed to slow my self down. I moved my arms back, building up strength for the strike. Once. Twice. Three times I raised the sword higher, always building up more and more lethal power, enough to end her life in one clean strike. I felt my blade begin to fall, when suddenly a voice called out to me. “Cloud, stop!” Almost as if by an accident or a miracle, I regained control of myself, and stopped the blade, inches from her head. I noticed a few strands of her hair fall to the floor, I had come so close to slaying the one that I loved, my light, but I had managed to stop myself. She opened her eyes when she heard the call, and stared deeply into my own. Never had I felt so much love from one person as I did right then. She stared deeply into my eyes, and I into hers. A smile escaping her lips, then it was ended. As I stared on in horror and disgust, a large blade pierced through her. A blade that only one man could wield. One so massive, that few had ever faced it and lived. I was one of those few. Aeris was not. She opened her eyes one last time, and she almost seemed to apologize to me. I pleaded for her not to, but then there was no life left within her to plead with. She closed her eyes one last time, and fell to the ground, her ribbon coming undone, and the white materia she carried falling from her head. I watched as it bounced down from the floor and fell into the water. I ran to her, catching her in my arms. She did not deserve this. If anyone did it was me, but not her. She had never wronged anyone, never done anything to harm another living soul, yet she was the one who had to die. All because she was a Cetra, all because she was different, the only one of us who could truly save the world. I looked up into those hate filled eyes of his, and saw mild amusement cross his face. He had enjoyed it. The sick ******* had enjoyed slaughtering the last of a dying race. I rose to my feet, laying her gently to one side, and pulled my blade from its sheath. This only made him laugh all the more. And he flew off, dropping yet another piece of Jenova for us to fight. Tifa and Yuffie came up to help me, but even though I fought harder than I ever had before, I was numb, not capable of understanding my own movements. I fought that battle, knowing that the man I once was would never be the same again. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Welp, hope you enjoyed this depressing tale! I'll post a story with a good ending at some point, I promise!!! Twilightsown's Fanfiction Home Page

O________________O Now they have to bring over KH2FM+ or there's going to be a revolt!
Alrighty folks, here is another work by my girlfriend Caitlin, one that got little attention on fanfiction, but that I really enjoyed. It's another songfic, but the song REALLY fits the mood of the story. Also, language advisory for our younger viewers. The song uses bad language, so keep that in mind as you read this. Hopefully you will all like it as well! -------------------------------------------------------- Summary: Kairi has been all alone for 2 years now... and she isn't going to wait anymore. [songfic: Where'd you go Fort Minor] [Divine Of Grace -------------------------------------------------------- “Sora…Where are you? It’s been so long now… I don’t know how much longer I can wait…” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Where’d You Go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kairi rolled over and sat up in her bed once again. She rubbed her eyes and slid her hand back through her long autumn hair. As she looked around her room she sighed with discontent. “Another day… without you” she said softly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She said “Some days I feel like ****, Some days I wanna quit And just be normal for a bit I don’t understand why you always have to be gone I get long, but these trips always feel so long -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kairi got up out of bed and went about her normal routine: shower, pack for work, grab some orange juice and walk to school. The hot showers did nothing for her anymore. It used to bring peace to her thoughts and calm her emotions, but now she felt like steel, and nothing soaked in anymore. After her shower, she put on her school uniform and grabbed her work clothes that were lying on the chair next to her bed. She stuffed them into her backpack quickly, because she hated the thought more and more everyday of having to go to the Tikki Deliver Post Office for at least 5 hours each day. She walked over to her mirror and found her tube of mascara on the floor beneath it. She quickly put a little on, just enough to make a difference. She closed it and tossed it back to the floor. Kairi then stood up and looked at her own image in the mirror. Good enough she thought. Kairi then grabbed her book bag and ran downstairs to the kitchen where her mother was cooking breakfast for her father. “Hungry Sweetie?” Her mother asked cheerfully. “No mom, I don’t have time today. I’ll just get some orange jui-“ “Well,” her mother interrupted, “if you would get up a little bit earlier, maybe you WOULD have time.” “I know mom.” she sighted, “Look I have to get going. I have work again so I’ll be home around 10 to-“ “10 O’ Clock TONIGHT?” Kairi’s father exclaimed. “Dad,” Kairi replied, “I told you LAST week they put me on a double shift. We are short handed again.” Kairi poured herself a small glass of orange juice as her father shook his head and said, “That is ridiculous. You’re only fourteen!” “Dad, I’m SIXTEEN.” “Oh… Right. Anyways… have a good day at school Kairi. You’d better leave, its getting late.” Her father said as he picked up the morning paper off the table, but Kairi was already on her way out the front door. “Bye!” she quickly yelled back to her parents and shut the door. The never get my birthdays straight anymore… Kairi thought as she briskly walked to school. School seemed to ooze by. Kairi could hardly focus because everyday she sat by a window that overlooked the ocean in her first, third, fourth and fifth periods out of eight classes. She drifted in and out of her school work, as usual, and she hardly could hear what the teachers were talking about. Her friends hardly talked to her anymore… they knew she changed for good… and they left her alone, just like she asked them to. When 8th period finally dismissed, Kairi went to the bathroom and changed into her work clothes. As she was walking out, two girls she recognized, but didn’t know the names of, walked in and became silent as they both watched her walk by. Kairi opened the door and they both started giggling madly to themselves. As soon as she walked out of the doorway, they began talking about her as if she was a million miles away, “Ha ha why is she so weird?” One asked “My mom says she is crazy.” The other replied “Ha Tikki-girl is a loon?” “Yup. Her parents adopted her when she was little. I bet they regret it now.” Kairi didn’t bother to stick around for the rest of their conversation. They don’t know me… they don’t know what I’ve been through… she thought angrily. She arrived at work and punched in, as routine. Kairi said hello to a few of her co-workers and took a seat up at the front desk. The place was hardly ever busy, unless it was around Christmas. Today was another boring day, especially because her co-worker, who normally works up front with her, Adrina, was on vacation. Kairi looked around the office and glanced over the hundreds of cards along the wall, the telephone sitting next to her and her collection of pencils sitting in a cup in front of her. Kairi placed her fingers on the phone and sighed, “You could always call me Sora…” she said quietly. A tear dripped down her cheek but she quickly brushed it away and thought, You can’t cry here… -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And I find myself trying to stay by the phone Cause your voice always helps me to not feel so alone But I feel like an idiot Working my day around a call But when I pick up I don’t have much to say -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The time at work seemed to just fade away. Only a few customers came in to keep Kairi’s mind off of Sora, but she passed the time in between thinking about her life. God I’m so sick of this crap… 2 years! What is he thinking? He hasn’t even done anything to give me some sort of sign. Does he even care anymore? God… Sora… where are you? It’s been so long now… I don’t know how much longer I can wait… -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I just want you to know it’s a little ****ed up that I’m stuck here waiting, At times debating, Telling you that I’ve had it with you and your career Me and the rest of the family here singing, Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like it’s been forever Since you’ve been gone Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone Please come back home. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ten o’ clock finally arrived at the Tikki Post. Kairi rubbed her eyes and stood up to stretch. She picked up her book bag and punched out. Another day had passed. The cool air outside was refreshing. Kairi decided to take a walk by the beach, as she often did after work. She walked along the beach, listening to the ocean waves as she reminisced about the times when she was last with him. We were so young… building rafts to explore… Those were the days… she thought. Kairi stopped and looked around. She had walked all the way to his house… Sora’s house. It was cold and dark. Kairi only assumed his parents had gone on another search to find him… even though she told them what happened, they refused to believe her. It was just too hard for them to accept. Look Sora… you are not just hurting me… Kairi ran these words over in her mind as she began to sob. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ya know? The place where you used to live Used to barbeque burgers and ribs Used to have a little party every Halloween With candy by the pile. But now, you only stop by every once in a while. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After Kairi had gathered herself again, she walked home to her darkened house. Her parents went to bed, but left the back door open for her. Kairi went inside, grabbed a sandwich with a glass of milk and went to her room. She took off her work clothes, laid them on the chair again and got into her pajamas. She looked at the clock which red 11:10. The news is on she thought as she turned on the little television on her dresser. --------------------------------------------------------------- **** I’ve found myself just filling my time With anything to keep the thought of you from my mind. ---------------------------------------------------------------- A half an hour passed and Kairi laid down in her bed. She turned off her light and pulled her blankets up to her chin. She stared up at her dark ceiling and began thinking out loud, “This is so stupid. Why am I still sitting here, day after day, doing NOTHING? I’ve had it with this. I’m leaving. I am gonna go find him myself. Screw this-“ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m doing fine And I plan to keep it that way And you can call me if you find you have something to say And I’ll tell you I want you to know it’s a little ****ed up That I’m stuck here waiting, At times debating, Telling you that I’ve had it with you and your career Me and the rest of the family here singing, Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone Please come back home -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Kairi…” A deep voice interrupted. Startled, she jumped and sat up in her bed. A man dressed in black walked over to the side of her bed. Kairi trembled all over as he stepped closer. The moonlight from Kairi’s window slowly illuminated the man’s face. Kairi stared at the man for a few moments and noticed that he had long silver hair just like… “RIKU!” she exclaimed. “Hey! I was hoping you’d recognize and old friend!” He said smiling. Kairi jumped up into his arms and hugged him tightly. “OH MY GOD! HOW ARE YOU? You’ve gotten SO TALL! Where have you been! I’ve been waiting for SO FRICKEN LONG FOR YOU GUYS… wait… where’s Sora? Is he here? Is he coming?” She asked excitedly. “Well hey its good to see you too. Look at yourself; I see you changed a lot too! Look… Sora and I are fine. We’re both okay and we’re doing great. But I’ve got some bad news… Sora isn’t coming back yet. He’s still trying to figure everything out… the universe is just so plagued with the heartless…” he replied. Kairi’s eyes got big as she said, “WHAT! You’re telling me he doesn’t have the TIME to come back? That’s RIDICULOUS! Look Riku, I’m not gonna sit here and wait any longer- 2 years- that’s PLENTY. I’m going with you this time.” “Well Kairi… you won’t have to wait anymore… He gave me something to give to you.. so you can come and help when you are ready…” Riku made a fist and covered it with his other hand. He closed his eyes and suddenly pulled out a keyblade from his fist. It was somewhat like Sora’s, but it had a different handle and blade. Riku held it out for Kairi to take. She took a deep breath as she slid her fingers onto the handle. “He wants you to practice here for a while… then when you get better, you can come help…” Riku said quietly. Kairi looked into his eyes angrily and said, “NO RIKU. I’m going NOW. I’ve waited TOO LONG. THIS IS IT. I’M GOING NOW.” Kairi bolted out her bedroom door and down the stairs with her keyblade in her hand. She thrust through the front door and began sprinting to the beach. She jumped into her canoe and began paddling to Destiny Island. Riku bolted out after her, only a trailing by a few feet, begging her to stop. Kairi jumped out of her boat and ran to the only place she could think of: The Secret Spot. “KAIRI! DON’T GO IN THERE! PLEASE! JUST HOLD ON! LET’S TALK!” Riku yelled from his canoe as he began to follow her inside. Inside the cave Kairi ran up to the Secret Door and turned back around to face Riku. “NO!” she said firmly, “No Riku… I’m not waiting anymore. I’m going to find him.” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I want you to know It’s a little ****ed up That I’m stuck here waiting, No longer debating, Tired of sitting and hating Making these excuses for Why you’re not around And feeling so useless. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Suddenly Kairi plunged her keyblade into the keyhole of the door. It slowly opened, revealing a black swirling vortex. Kairi looked back one last time at Riku. “KAIRI! DON’T! PLEASE!” he pleaded. “I’m sorry Riku… I’ve waited too long.” She replied calmly as she stepped back into the swirling doorway. Kairi’s eyes suddenly caught a glimpse of a dark figure behind Riku that quickly came into view. Kairi gasped in horror as she vanished from view. Riku sprang forward to follow, but the door sealed shut before he could get to her. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It seems one thing’s been true all along You don’t know what you got till it’s gone. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Riku? Where’d she go?” A young brown haired boy ran over to his friend to help him up. He was wearing a suit and had a bouquet of flowers. “Sora… she took off with her keyblade to find you.” Riku replied dusting the dirt from his legs. “What? Why? Didn’t you tell her we were just joking?” “I didn’t get the chance. She said she was sick of waiting.” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I guess I’ve had it with you and your career When you come back I won’t be here And you can sing… Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone Where’d you go? I miss you so Seems like its been forever Since you’ve been gone Please come back home……. Please come back home… Please come… Please… …… … ------------------------------------------------------- Welp, there you go. I hope you enjoyed it. It was one of my faves! (OOC: Hehe, Jit is the ussop of the group XD) Where the hell could yoiu have fallen asleep at a time like this?!?!" Andrinor said, smirking.
Big brother is watching...he needs one more contestant to start manipulating people's lives O_O
Cool! This looks like it could actually be very interesting. Maybe the DS will allow them to alter the battle system so that the game doesn't get as old as DQ8 did. I loved the story for 8, but I still haven't finished it because I'm stuck at Empryea(sp?) and have no strong will to continue.
Andrinor's eye twitched as Hirac spoke. "Well laugh it up lightning boy, cause the jokes on you. I'll get you back for this one at some point...just don't know when." Andrinor smiled smugly. "Don't forget, I'm just one of your Nakama until I can beat you, one day I may go off on my own." Andrinor said, smiling widely. "Least your good company though."
Andrinor sighed, then started to walk to the lighthouse. "Well, next time make one of those others do it. I'm more the fighting type, not the distraction guy." Andrinor said, shoving his captain. "Just cause I don't have a devil fruit power doesn't mean I'm worthless in a fight."
Taking aim at each of the marines, Andrinor shoots their weapons out of each of their hands. Reloading quickly, he finishes off the remainder of the marines, then stands up and smiles. "Anyone else want to try something?" Andrinor smirked. "Come on Hirac, these guys are boring me. Oh, and one more thing," Andrinor smacks Hirac across the head again, "NEXT TIME YOU BE THE FREAKING PANDA!!!"
