i don't use window movie maker, at first i didn't know what file WMM was, now i know
alright here we go, 1st: Make the text go more with the flow, and also blend in, i know a really good tut to get that text along the path, and set the text to like, anything, in the layers dialog. 2nd: alright, the path just messes with the flow, might wanna take that out, add some circle clipping masks on it that goes with the flow, thats really all i got to say

i use GIMP not PS, i don't know if there is an extention that has the liquify filter on it, and the tag really revolves around smudging, thats mainly what i did, but i will add more, when i get back from my grandmas house
