Maybe he hesitates to open corridord of darkness because, unlike other organization members, he has a heart so the darkness would have more influence on him
Would you sometimes punching Sora on the head too, for how much he is STUPID and IDIOT? When in CoM, he easily falls into organization plan, or in KH2, he believes that Ansem SoD was helping Kairi, or in DDD, he easily falls into Xehanort's plan, or in other numerous situations, I really want to punch him.... It seems they are making him more stupid every KH after another...

I noticed, the weapon you give up also influences your initial stats.
I'm a bit disappointed by 1.5 HD, especially because camera has still some problems, they didn't the eyes during the cutscenes, and the FM new cutscenes aren't voice acted. What do you think?

In KH, I know that picking a weapong influences your initial stats and the level at which you learn abilities, but what about dropping a weapon? What change if I drop staff or sword?

But when they meet him in Hollow Bastion, Sora immediately says "You are the one who kidnapped Kairi" before Axel introduces himself.
