I heard so. Unfortunately I never had opportunity to know it from the first hand.

Duel Terminal decks? Lot of them come from there and have their story already, so remember to respect canon.

Its obviously male. Just look at how it looks. Big mouth capable of drinking large amounts of bear in short amount of time and big stomach that is result of drinking large amounts of alcohol. You cannot of course forget about it being a fairy type. Everybody knows that fairies are one of most MANLY and MUSCULAR types in game. They are all about raw MANLINESS and POWER to OVERPOWER any enemy that is standing in their way. Just look at some examples:

You see that? That is typical fairy with some thing that gets his power out of pure MANLINESS of fairies. Just hanging around fairies makes your beard grow your voice deeper and your muscle grow.

5 minute work. What else I can say. If I only could be paid for that, then I would find perfect job for me.

    Then go there:
    http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
And use "If the torrent download doesn't work, you can also follow this link." option.

(It appears that it will work even if you click it here.)

Okay now that I found it, let me tell you how much you did wrong.

You see the last part. The ".torrent" part. This tells you that it's a torrent file. You use it when you have any kind of torrent program to start downloading the real thing. Then you will get your installation files.

Then if you really do want to get that...

Restart computer, try to install again.
If its not working, then you did something bad.
You can always try to reinstall your OS.
Or just try, damn I cannot remember right word, "emulate" OS, then try to use it on it.
Probably it won't be worth all the effort putted into it, but I cannot think of any other solution right now. Maybe Fred can help you.

Used Gimp, went into colour options, used "hue and saturation" option (not sure if this translation of translation is good, anyway second option from top) and changed colours. 5 minutes of work to get effect I was able to accept.
Little "before, after" of how more or less it looked.

Delete and re-install? Eventually try to restart computer...

    (Yakumo technical support ftw!)

The thing is... I don't have any skill with Photoshop. It would be hard for me, if not impossible, to have it, because... I don't own it.

It's time to GIMP it up!

    Also chest armour ftw!

I did in in 5 minutes with never looking into any tutorial to learn how. Your argument about having no skill is invalid in this case Jay.

They have no cost, but they never gained that much power over original. They did get some upgrades to get them out easily, but never to extend of leading to overpowered combos. Again it can lead to 2 at least 1000 ATK monsters (yes using useless for this deck 0 ATK monsters), but more likely to 2 3000+ ATK. And potential XYZ summon of Rank 8.

You must get what I meant wrong (again I'm from Poland, so I sometimes unintentionally mix bot grammar rules).

I meant unlike orginal Evil HEROes, your are broken. And again quote of the year:

It doesn't matter that you won't use same fusion two times, when anyone can do that. You are not making those customs for yourself, but for game itself. You must think of how they can work in real game, if they were part of it.

They are costless, but not in the way that makes them broken. What happens with your versions of Evil HEROes. Lots of their effects are pretty meh and not worth even thinking about running it. Also really important quote for you

When in Flareman case it's drawback is not that relevant, in Necromist case its something that could make Evil HEROes a little too strong. Getting Dark Calling, which is one of more powerful cards in the deck, out of Normal Summon of monster that can be normal Summoned without any bigger condition is bad for balance. There is reason why Shadow Mist don't get to search "Change" when Normal Summoned. What you have right now is Stratos that overdid steroids (something that not a single one Evil HERO monster overdid.) Normal Summoned condition for Level 4 monster is really too meet.

Okay let say you Normal Summon Necromist.
You get 1000 ATK monster and "Dark Calling". +1
Now what you can do is:
    a) Just let this card be destroyed or send to graveyard during your opponent turn. If it's as cost, then you might go +2. If not then just +1. That just +2 out of single Normal Summoned card. In some cases if you can use it as cost you go +3 as you not only get "Dark Calling", but 1 "Evil HERO" monster and one "free" cost. (It's not really that free, but it can save you resources that actually matter in long run, as 1000 ATK monster is not something that you want to keep on board in most of cases.)
    b) You can imminently use it as fusion material, then you can use "Dark Calling" you just get for free to summon another monster (that can end up in 2 3000+ ATK Gaias easily). 3 cards combo for 2 3000+ ATK monsters is pretty strong. Even too strong.
