Sasha nodded and followed him along, not also wanting to let go of his hand. "A coffee shop sounds wonderful. I agree." It was so alien to her walking like this, but it also made her feel happy and content with herself. It was nice that no one was really around the campus at this time. Thank god for Saturday Mornings, the root of all oversleeping. At least she can let go of the fact that someone will see them. They should be safe for a while.

Is this what compassion felt like? Maybe it's more than compassion? Whatever the case, she was hesitant to accept his offer, even a little afraid. Skipping practice was a dangerous act to do. Was it worth it? Would he understand her troubles? Even more...would he stand by her side when the words are shot at her? Her hand reached out for his, hesitating a bit before grabbing his hand tightly and standing up with a small nod. "O-of course I shall join you..." A part of her worried about him. Would he really be ok being with her? Ethan...I hope you know what you're getting yourself into. You're gonna see a shitstorm coming at you if you're gonna go on with this...

Being both a console and a PC gamer, I never really thought the way used games worked. I'm never really a used game buyer. I mostly buy new games and only buy used ones if there is absolutely no way to get a new copy.

The general public is very resistant to the whole notion of "killing"off used games. This got really popular after the Xbox One reveal about a week ago. While I too agree with the general public, I watched a video that kinda made me think about it. Some of you may know TotalBisciut/Halibut. He really points out the way how used games work and the problems they create in the gaming community. If you have time, I suggest watching the video.

It's not abuse. If you look up abuse, it mistreatment for YOUR own benefit. I'm not saying what he's doing is right either. In this case, I think it's unfair to call this abuse since it has an intention to help the animals. He's not trying to abuse them on purpose. If you honestly have thoughts of seriously wanting to helping them out, then I don't see why not, but again, know your limits before you start to hurt them.

It's kinda of a hit-or-miss situation. It's nice to know that you're a person who's willing to take in animals and shelter them until you can find an owner, but on the other hand, not knowing your limits and hurting yourself and the animals themselves. Clearly this is NOT abuse. If that person is extremely selfless, then I can understand. Abandoned pets are heartbreaking. I seriously want to take one home every time I see one, but because of allergy issues, I cannot. I've seen a lot of homeless animals wander around my neighborhood, fighting other animals in the night.

In the end, the real point is t know your limits. Know how much you can carry and what your handling limit is before you start to hurt those you actually started to try to heal.

For me, I actually need to say sorry more often. Too many times I place the blame on something else and make others feel bad. I have heard of people apologizing too much and it is quite unnecessary at times. If it's an event not directly involved with you, you don't really need to say sorry unless it's a tragic event (death of a family member/close friend, losing their home). Most of the time in these moments, people say sorry to show their respect to the other person's situation. Many think it's unnecessary and annoying, but here's how I see it. It's better to say sorry more than to ignore that fact of your wrongdoings.

Probably one of the most unique artists out there involved in electronic music. If some of you don't know, savant is a mental disorder with does cause them to be a lower intelligence (He goes by the name Savant), but also exceptionally skilled in a particular area. For Vinter, he's skilled in making music.
What makes his music unique is that he adds sounds of video games into his songs and making them sound very retro-like. It brings back some nostalgia from my childhood. This is one of his songs. Kinda obvious it talks about video games, but it really shows off his talent

Sasha gasped as he grabbed her hand and spoke words that she would never thought of ever hearing. Woulds that could make any girl fall and swoon. Especially with a face to go with it. He was handsome now that she actually looked up at him. It would've looked strange for him. Compared to his eyes full of compassion, hers while glowing and luminous, radiated sadness and doubt. She wanted to believe in what he said to her, but a small part in her told her to not believe. Whatever the thought she blushed slightly and made a small bowing gesture back at him. "Ethan...It's a pleasure meeting you out here. I'm Sasha, but you already know that. Thank you for those words of encouragement and kindness."

Hearing her name in public was kinda of a rare thing. Usually, only older people would call her, most of the time to complain about the "troubles" she causes on campus. When it comes to students though, it's usually followed by a lot of insults and/or stuff thrown at her. However, it wasn't the case now. A calm, nice voice called out to her. The words strangely stuck in her head.
"Sasha, I presume. Nice to see someone up so early in the day."
How long was it since someone actually gave her a real greeting without any objects thrown or names called? Months? Years? She turned her head to the voice that called out to her. It was one of the people she saw at the practice yesterday. What was his name? It wasn't worth recalling. Names meant nothing to her. She gave him a small smile. "O-oh. I would say the same to you..." She tried her best not to make the scene awkward. "Looks like you know me eh? You should leave when you can. I don't want talk about you being with me...You don't want to grab the attention of the people here..."

Sasha opened her eyes, sunlight peeking through her window blinds. She yawned and rubbed her eyes, still somewhat sleepy since most of her crappy dreams kept her up a little longer than it should've. Hopping up to her feet, she stretched a bit and decided to check on her e-mail...realizing that he computer was stolen yesterday. Right...they took it...She huffed and opened her door (or what was left of it on the hinges) with a bunch of paper tacked onto her door. Another common appearance around the school. She gets her usual fair share of hate letters tacked onto her door. She just crumpled them up and tossed them into her ever filling trash can full of hate letters and ruined clothes. Not even bothering to change her clothes from yesterday she grabbed her phone and headphones and set out.
Normally, she would be enjoying her Saturday morning with a good chunk of questing and loot farming, but without a computer, it would be kinda hard to do. Anyways, looking at her phone, it was around 9 AM. She had plenty of time before practice...but what? Without her computer, what would she do until practice starts? She sighed and sat on a bench near the center of the school. Today was going to be a looooong day. She was almost wishing the group of people would just come so that they could pick on her because she was that bored...or on the other hand beat the crap out of them for taking her computer.

    Location: Her Room {} Mood: Sad/Pissed(?) {} OOC: :c
After a somewhat of a letdown performance (she really didn't do anything. Her part didn't come up this performance practice), she made her way to her room, shivering a bit on the way as she forgot to bring her jacket. Not that she really cared for the practice since they acted as if she wasn't really there. Making her way to her room, she noticed her door unlocked...and broken from its hinges. It was somewhat normal. Every once in a while, the same group who picks on her breaks into her room and fool around. Sometimes harmless. Sometimes pissing her off a lot. Last time, they stole her rare collection of figures and sold them online. She bought them back and even hacked their accounts to steal their money which gave her a good laugh since they never found out who did it. She hoped it wasn't gonna be too bad this time.
Entering her room, it didn't look bad. They left her room as it is (a while back, they covered her walls in graffiti. It caused a fuss over the supervisors) and everything seems to be there...all except her brand new desktop she got on her birthday last year. Shaking her head and sighing, she tossed her books and headphones she brought to he theater on the empty desk as she flipped on the lights. This was gonna cut into her own money a lot. Her computer costed a good chunk of money as well as fixing the door since the council will assume she did it.
Sitting on her bed, she looked around her room. Covered in posters on video games, anime, cartoons, and others, it wold be enough to keep normal people away. No one else on this campus really respected her hobby. Everyone here was serious and focused on music. Sure she too loved music, but she loved other things as well. She stared at her violin on her stand with an ugly gash on it. A normal person would scold her for having such an instrument damaged, but it meant a lot to her. It brought many memories, mostly bad ones.
She curled up on her bed and stared at her wall, not bothering to change into her sleewear. She never showed it, but she longed for someone to understand what she went through. She sighed and closed her eyes. Maybe one day...one day, someone will look at me and lik-love me for who I am. Just because of what I do and like...She then had a flashback to the part where she found the Cupid's Brew website. She buried her face into her pillow. If love is forced, nothing good comes out of it. I want it genuine and true, not through some outside force. Maybe I am asking for too much. Maybe I deserve this? She eventually dozed off to sleep, her head full of doubt and sad memories

I'm gonna be honest, RvB isn't the same as it was years ago. What happened to the quirky humor and loving characters we looked out for like Sarge, Tucker, and especially Caboose? Sure they're in the recent seasons, but they're not the same as they were. The first 4 seasons were my favorite. they lived up to their name: Reds fight Blues. I loved those old seasons and I watch them from time to time. Now it's got freelancers and this other stuff mixed in. It kinda lost its touch and it's not within its roots anymore.

I don't think they're getting lazy or cheap in most cases. The main reason why they do this is because of a marketing practice. Companies want to make more money and to do that, they use eye-candy incentives like pre-order bonuses and day one DLCs. With the next gen consoles coming out, companies are trying to make as much money as they can before they come out.

I have no problems with patches. Patches are mainly because they fix problems they find after the game's initial release. Sometimes, they add content, but for the most part, they fix the problems in games (dem Bethesda patches though. Too many to count -_-)

DLCs is kinda either a hit or miss. If the DLCs are day one DLCs or is CLEARLY overpriced and not worth the price (CoD DLCs for example), then the DLCs are clearly meant to make consumers spend more money. If the DLCs are either free or add a good chunk to the game, then I don't see a problem.

Never heard of pay demos so I can't say much, but it doesn't sound right.
