OOC: yes, true... and the carriages are stil moving while youre attacking, btw lol BIC: "Hey!" Edward snapped, pounding on the roof of the carriage and frowning. "Can't you keep this damn thing steady, sir?"
Edward smiled. "I can make an exception, my dear," he said softly, moving over to the other side of the carriage to sit next to her. He grabbed her hand in his and winked. "For someone like you, physical age shouldn't be such a burden. I'm sorry it bothers you." OOC: john is smexy... i want to eat him! wait... nevermind... lol
Edward's smile fell away and he frowned crookedly. "I know that," he began softly. "But would you believe me if I said I didn't care? I don't."
Edward smiled weakly. "What's that supposed to mean?" he asked innocently. OOC: oh sure, just DONT write johns response to lestat.... grrr!!! lol
Edward winked at her. "I'm sure I would enjoy that," he chuckled.
"That's your fault, love," Edward smiled, giving her a small wink. "Trust me, I was very sane before I met you."

Edward sighed. "You know that the next time I fight him I will have the knowledge of how to kill him," he pointed out. "I didn't have that before... granted, yes, what I have to do will hurt me, but it's for the best cause and reason I can think of: you."
"I can read your mind," Edward explained with a small smile. "I can tell when you're lying or hiding something from me."
"Me too," Edward smiled. "Though you are forgetting one thing, love."
"Is there anything I can do?" Edward asked, looking at her, concerned. "What were you going to say before?"
"What is it?" Edward asked, looking at Hannah, concerned. "Are you alright?"
"You're not convincing me," Edward muttered to Hannah before turning to Van Helsing. "No, we're all ready to go. Transylvania here we come, I assume?"
"I don't care," Edward replied. "I will stay up whenever I can."
"Well, then, whenever you have a nightmare, I'll make sure I'm there to talk you out of it," Edward smiled reassuringly.
"Hmm," Edward shook his head. "No... I didn't really know I could do that, but I figured if you were asleep, I could wake you to talk with me with my own thoughts. I guess it worked."
"Good," Edward whispered, bending to kiss her. He held her tightly to him, depsite the pain in his back and head. He smiled at her a moment later. "Sorry, but... I have a question. Earlier, when you were asleep... you heard me in your dreams. My thoughts, didn't you?"
"Well, you know what I think," Edward smiled, brushing a strand of hair off her cheek. His fingers lingered on her skin, and he laughed when she trembled. "I guess that's a yes," he muttered, ignoring Beatrice's stare.
"Well," Edward replied softly, going over to Hannah and putting an arm around her waist, "if he's anything like me, he thought it was well worth it."
"He what?" Edward gasped, his jaw dropping. He shook his head. "God, he is stupid, isn't he?"
