I just about got rear-ended because someone was most likely not paying attention. There was a line of traffic due to a red light, so I had stopped behind the first crosswalk at the intersection before the light (just a two-way stop) so as to not block the intersection and this pickup behind me just comes up and has to make an emergency stop, and I know so from how their pickup suddenly jerked. One more movement and they would have likely hit me -- 99.9% sure of that!

Although I'll personally believe it when I see it, because Washington doesn't get tornadoes. Even if it does happen, though, our area personally is not in any danger, though it is stormy out there.

Made my third 9-1-1 call. Took the recycling down and took the long way back for a short 10-minute drive, and there were glass shards, like there was a collision, at two consecutive intersections.
Well... remind me to never visit Morocco because it's evidently a crime to be homosexual there, which means it's probably also a crime to support homosexuals. It's even worse that TEN-YEAR-OLDS are jailed for, I believe, the same reason. I commend the authorities for showing compassion, I guess, but he should never have been detained in the first place.
