I'm kinda surprised I'm not on this... but then again most of you probably have no clue who I am. XD
Well of course no one can beat Robin Williams' Genie voice! He's awesome at it. Still though, I think this is a major improvement. I don't know what it is about Dan Castellaneta, but I always though that his Genie voice was kinda forced, as well as... scratchy... I guess is the term I want? It also just seems to lack the natural energy and excitement of Robin Williams. With Jim though, I can definitely sense the same kinda energy, and it doesn't even seem like he's doing much more than casual talk. So yeah, I think this will be great for KH!
Steel remained silent as Anora's eyes widened, though he smiled to himself. It was when Ananta and Kross left and Hikaru came in that he spoke again. "Good to see that you're still up and kicking; I was a bit worried when your helmet became 'No longer usable.' Wouldn't want our fearless, and might I add very sociable leader up and losing all will to live now, would we?" He maintained a smug demeanor as he spoke, though he didn't really hold anything against Hikaru. It was mainly meant as a friendly jibe.
Steel took another bite of his energy bar as the subject of machines was brought up. He agreed with Raisor; even if they weren't 100% guaranteed to be living beings, anything was capable of having a heart.... and DJ indeed seemed to be a very strange person. He promptly answered Raisor's question as he pulled the energy bar out of his scarf once more. "I only got mine briefly before I first arrived at the land of departure, so I haven't practiced too much more than you. Although, I do have had prior experience with swords and magic; Combat isn't a stranger to me."
"I'll take one." Steel rose his hand before politely taking an energy bar from Ananta. He figured she probably knew by now that he ate as much as her; though for entirely different reasons. He opened the wrapper and brought it up to his mouth before he realized his scarf was in the way. This was a bit of a problem: When he had been back in the Land of Departure, no one was around to see him eat, so he could move the cloth out of the way enough to eat. Now, however, he was with six other wielders. Ananta knew some of what lie beneath his blue exterior fabric, but the others... he wasn't sure how they would react: especially Anora, as she seemed rather full of light. Rather than dwell on it too long, he sent a simple message with his mind. "Kai." He silently addressed his servant and friend. "Right away sir." The ever present creature responded. Steel's own response to this was to push the bar through the fabric that hid his face. He took a bite and pulled it back, as if here just eating normally. The scarf hadn't become transparent, nor had it deteriorated any in appearance. He had just... pushed it through. He didn't spare much room in his mind as to what the others would think of this: He was already known to be quite a bit odd, and Ananta would just think of it as typical.
Anora had unwittingly confirmed Steel's suspicions about Lea. He wondered momentarily what the man had to hide before shrugging it off; He wasn't untrustworthy after all. He also took note of the way her hand went to her heart, but he decided not to say anything and opted instead to answer her next question. "Destroying a world isn't really a matter of power, It's a matter of knowledge. If you know how a worlds internal clock works, you'd also likely know a worlds one weakness." He paused for a moment. "In short, you don't have to do much yourself." "Although, the Land of Departure is something of an exception since heartless can't get in very easily." He thought to himself. "But that's why we're still in the speculation stage." "So they would still need the Princess's of Heart." He finished. He was slightly encouraged by Anora's enthusiasm, and was the first to answer her question. "I'm a Hunter." He said with a small bow. "I gave up the power of the Warrior."
AHA! I bet you all thought I forgot about this didn't you? Well, I didn't. Nevertheless, I am not overly confident about this next entry because I rushed the ending a bit. Oh well. I would like to say AGAIN that some comments would be nice. Just so I don't double post, Y'know? Lastly, I am going to do my best to make each entry cover roughly five of my post. Okay, now here's the entry: Spoiler: Post 11-15 After greeting Etrius I quickly introduced myself to Mater Yen Sid and excused myself to observe the rest of the group. I found myself leaning on the wall next to a stoic young woman who appeared as though she would rather be oblivious to the rest of the world; though Etrius earlier comment had quite clearly been noticed, as she was glaring at him. I filed that away for later and watched as Etrius and Luna made friends with each other; earlier hostilities forgotten. As the two left the building, the girl next to me seemed to try and push herself into the wall, an attempt to increase the distance between herself and the reality around her. I couldn’t keep myself from glaring a bit; of course there would be an aggressive insecure person on this team. What story lacked one of those? I just hoped there weren’t too many around, or it would make my job more difficult than it needed to be. Rather than stand there and judge her too harshly, I let the sounds of training lead me outside. Etrius and Luna were practicing on dummies, whilst Kel and another boy were observing. As the other two wielders continued to practice, Etrius was overtaken by a deep seated rage and cut one of the dummies clean in half. No one seemed to really notice though; Kel and the other boy decided to get in on the training. I considered seeing if the girl wanted to come and train, but my thoughts were interrupted as Etrius grew even angrier. He seems a bit impulsive. I’ll have to eventually take to time to see if I can teach him a thing or two. This brought my thoughts once more to the subject of my world appearing to his people at some point; was such an event in my past? Or is it in my future? He shook his head as he turned to walk inside, having been set on seeing if the silent girl inside wanted to train.
Steel raised his hand at Ananta's question, though he seemed more interested on the claws of his glove. He thought about how Raisor and Aden had gotten here. Apparently it had been thanks to the rather uneventful discoveries of Lea. However, if Anora too was brought by Lea, that would mean the man had been hanging around the group for much longer than he had let on. Her mentions of Karina made him wonder about just what the others were doing just now; He pitied whoever Karina was thrashing now. Sighing, Steel couldn't help but wonder why she thought she wasn't strong enough when half of the group was afraid of her. In a way, she was just being greedy. Steel shook his head; he'd deal with the individual problems of the group later. For now, he would focus on this... whatever it was he and the other six wielders were doing.
Steel turned his attention from D'daear to address Aden. "Indeed. Vanished without a trace it would seem. The Order suspects someone with a time belt used it to move it's internal clock forward or backward to a time when we can't reach it." He paused to put a hand to his chin. "It's not an unlikely theory, but I have some other ideas. After all, if you have the knowledge to do such a thing, you would also likely have the knowledge to either cloak or outright destroy the world as well." He shook his head. "But of course this is all speculation; I can't be certain of anything just yet." Steel seemed to be deep in thought when he suddenly shot curious glances at Anora, Aden, and Raisor. "What about you three?" He asked. "I suppose you've been training all this time, but how did you all wind up here?"
Steel chuckled slightly at Kross' and Anora's reactions. They were priceless. His chuckle grew into quiet laughter before Ananta drew the three of them into a group hug. He paused somewhat at this. He felt as though she did this to him often even though it was only the second time she had hugged him. Nevertheless, he was touched; so few people had made it known that they enjoyed being friends with him. Sure, Base appreciated his tactical abilities and respected him, and the others didn't really have many complaints... Except for Karina but she would find something to complain about if everything she ever wanted was up and given to her as if she were Queen of the known multi-verse. He couldn't really blame any of them though, as he did maintain a rather distant persona. That being said, he was surprised an Ananta's actions, though he didn't let them freeze him up for too long. He gave a small smile, though it couldn't be seen. "Thank you Ananta." He said gently. He would've also hugged back if she had not grabbed him in such a way too pin his arms to his body. So instead he was just content to wait for her to let go. His smile grew bigger as Anora mentioned that Kross was "Special and Kind." But he just shook his head, opting to stay silent. As he was lowered to the ground, Steel heard Raisor ask a question that he quickly addressed. "Oh, you know, the usual. After going on an crusade to find more Princess's of Heart, they were kidnapped anyway by the ever deluded apprentices of darkness. Some order members happened to be around this time, and we found ourselves being brought in for "A few questions;" which is really just another way to say interrogation, only to find that we couldn't even have gone back to our old base anyway as it has mysteriously vanished." He said all of this in a calm and collected manner as he pretended not to notice Anora's interaction with Raisor. Though he didn't bother to treat Anora's reaction to D'daear the same way. "Oh, and that's D'daear. He's not very comfortable since Base isn't around." He paused to consider he had been so rude as not to even introduce himself yet. "I'm Steel by the way." He bowed politely before turning to look at D'daear. "Hey, uhh.... I haven't really met most of these guys before either, I just know from my analysis and info gathering..." "The same sort of analysis that makes me figure that you not knowing them is the problem." He thought briefly before resuming. "I won't make you come over here... but you're more than welcome too." He gave a nonchalant wave of his hands. "After all, you may be able to see Ananta's sharp and pointy teeth, but i'm the only one who's really liable to bite." He stated rather flatly.
Steel Inquired silently to himself as the group continued to fight. The three ducks had given them a choice of where to go, and he was determined to think on the situation thoroughly. Training, on one hand was important, but wasn't his best field and could be done later. The hall of records sounded quite intriguing; In fact he'd like nothing more than to go. Gathering intel would be necessary upon arrival at what would seem to be their new headquarters, and he did love reading. However, so many people were already going, and if they did indeed wind up making this their new base of operations, than it seemed perfectly logical that he could make the time to visit the wondrous hall later. His final option was the main hall. It seemed that a few other wielders outside of the order had been found. Some new allies. He did think it was best to meet every one of the groups members for respectful reasons, as well as personal motives. The motives are what got him. He winced back to the allies that he couldn't sneak close enough too before they disappeared; he had no idea where they were now. He thought to himself as he watched Ananta and Kross walk in that direction that perhaps some of the wielders there were allies from times past. It was this thought that made his final decision as he walked after them. As he caught up to them, he found himself walking in on a rather fun moment. "Matter of fact, is this your girlfriend or something?" Steel couldn't help but smile briefly as Ananta said that. He decided to get in on the fun. He walked up behind Ananta as she finished speaking. "I agree wholeheartedly. We Shant tell a soul." He corrected. "Come now Kross, do tell." He jibed in a smug manner. "I want to hear every detail." aside from the current subject, Steel was pleased to see that all three of the wielders were people he recognized: Two from brief encounters in Castle of Dreams and the Land of Departure, and the third from the Holo-Almanac.

No One Lives Forever
Steel merely observed silently upon arrival in Central Haven. He thought he should make a grand entrance, stop the fighting that had broken out briefly after the numerous keybladers had arrived, and annoy everyone with his supposed "Superiority complex." He didn't really think he was superior to any of them of course, but that wasn't really the point. The point was, he just didn't feel like doing what was expected of him right now. The events at Beasts Castle gave him things to do and think about, so rather than pay attention to the others he decided to reach one of his contacts... One who had seemingly been to Beasts Castle. He closed his eyes and drowned out the noise around him. He made sure his mind was at least vaguely aware of what was going on with the others before establishing contact with his acquaintance. As the connection was made, Steel found himself standing on thin air in the middle of a dark vortex. The primal energies that formed it felt close but appeared rather far off. Lightning struck constantly in various places, and small droplets of water made contact with his cloak, which he had wrapped around himself for inexplicable reasons. He waited silently in the eye of the storm, patiently staring at the spot in front of him as if he expected someone to pop out of thin air. Someone did of course. A young boy with silver hair simply popped into place. His simple white t-shirt and jeans, seemed to directly contrast his... powerful presence. He wore no shoes and was overly energetic bouncing on his feet as if he were excited about something. Steel knew better of course; this boy was hardly ever excited about anything. "Why did you show Eon the events in another world?" Steel asked the boy. Said person merely shrugged and raised his eyebrows. "Right." Steel muttered. He knew how this worked; He had to ask a certain way. He thought over the words quickly, and repeated his question. "Miran, Miran, Sorry about the hassle, But just what were you doing over in Beasts Castle?" Miran nodded his head, satisfied with Steel's wording. "Just having a bit of fun to brighten things deary. He was bored and so was I, nothing else really." Steel chuckled to himself. "Well okay..." he started. "But the others and I allowed you to come out here to study the locals mirrors, so don't screw around with things too much." He chuckled as well before responding. "Don't worry, I know what's in the contract." He paused to take a good look at Steel's wrapped form before continuing. "So you had to release a seal, huh." It was not a question. Steel sighed. "Indeed." "How many?" "Two." "Stuck at four are we." "Well, yes... but enough about me." Steel took a moment to think over his words carefully, though he was briefly side tracked when he sensed stop magic being cast. "Someone's having fun" He thought briefly before he shook his head and returned his attention to Miran. "So, have you met the evil queen's mirror? He's knowledgeable on many subjects I hear." Miran gave a small smile. "That much is certain, a good friend he is too. I have to say though, that he reminds me of you. It has been fun to just learn and relax, but in just a while now, I'm going to head back." Steel nodded in understanding; Miran had duties to attend to in the Realm from which he originally came. "Alright. Sorry I won't be able to see you off." He paused "If you run into Aura on your way back through, tell her I need to speak to her." Miran chuckled again. "Sounds like someone's in trouble..." He sang out. Before Steel could say anything however, The boy disappeared. He sighed as he opened his eyes to see Chaos continuing to ensue around him. He quickly redid the "Seals" before unwrapping himself and tossing back his cape, scattering the water droplets that had accumulated there thanks to his mental excursion. He analyzed that he, Etrius, Base, D'daear, Stratos, Eon, and Luna were the ones of the group who had yet to speak. Though it should have been noted that the last of the aforementioned people wasn't really herself at the moment; he would have to find a way to deal with that parasite. Suddenly the platform was moving down, and the entire group was going with it. He saw Ananta try to apologize to Karina, though it most likely wasn't going to work. He considered trying to reason with Karina, as he knew one specific thing he could say that would most likely get her attention. If he was wrong however, he might face her wrath. It was a high risk, high return situation, but he was interrupted before he could think on it much further. Ananta asked about Hikaru, and he suddenly realized that almost no one had realized who he was yet. So he prepared his stuck up demeanor and proclaimed with a smile: "What's wrong Ana? Don't you recognize our fearless leader?"
Un-equipping Stroke of Midnight and switching in Llama Head.
Steel just listened as the others talked about what they were going to do next. They didn't even wait for the others to wake up or for him to come out of his tree-grave thing, no. They just start yakking away. He grumbled to himself as he waited for his soup to finish simmering in the cauldron.... wait... why was he doing this in a tree? Oh, never mind. He was surprised at Karina's attitude though. Punishment? Why punishment? She didn't do anything wrong, or mess up. None of them did really. He was glad beast seemed to recognize that. He sighed as he stared down at this hands. "If we were punished for every time things didn't go as planned I'd be long dead... wait, no... I... wouldn't exist? Yeah, that one works." He barely thought about what was making their opponents stronger. He slowly stepped out of the tree, prying himself from the darkness as he walked out into the clearing. "Say our goodbye's, huh?" He looked over at the three beings who were to stay behind, and opted to make his goodbye's as brief as possible. He first stepped up to Maurice. "Sir, I can say that I know for certain we will be getting your daughter back." He waved his hand in a nonchalant manner. "Just leave it to us." He next walked over to Vincent. The red clad man held out a key chain to him. Steel took it in both hands and nodded in appreciation. He didn't quite know what to say to his friend at first, but then he found it in him to chuckle at the similarities of their outfits. "Vincent, I... Hope we meet again someday soon." He then moved on to Beast, the last of the three. He stared for a moment as he realized that keeping this brief would not be as easy as he thought; there was too much he wanted to say, too much he wanted to share, too much he wanted to apologize for... to this man who barely knew him. He sighed deeply. "She's been screwing around with it." He thought to himself. "Why else would I be having this much emotion all of a sudden?" He just shook his head. He knew what she had done to cause this, and he was not happy about it. However, there was little he could do. So he opted to instead be as honest as possible about his feelings in the next few sentences. Quite suddenly, the dark being lunged forward and hugged the beast. It was laughable really, how small the tall wielder was in comparison to the massive Beast. "You can do it. I know you can." He whispered in reference to the Beast prior statement of finding his way to Belle. "...And, be good to your servants, they care about you." he chuckled quietly. Not wanting to make the Beast uncomfortable, Steel released his grip and turned around just as abruptly as he had latched on before walking away as if the hug had never happened. He walked over to Eclipse and waited patiently as she spoke to the operator "Relay." "Beam us up Scotty!" He shouted in his head sarcastically just before a bright light engulfed the group and teleported them away. Steel Accepted the "Rumbling Rose" Keyblade from Vincent Valentine!
Banned for purposely picking a horrible name.
I feel terrible...
Steel didn't need to be told this was a fight they could not win; he sensed it. His new found powers as a keyblade wielder were simply too immature... But heck if he couldn't have some fun. Pretty much disregarding the previous conversation, seeing as how they would no doubt go over it at a later time anyway, he leaped from an indiscernible shadow he had been hiding in and swung his keyblade through the air. "Play time!" He shouted as he neared his target. As predicted however, Aux intercepted the attack with a punch to his gut. Steel flew across the clearing and hit a tree. Rather than fall to the ground however, he stayed suspended on the bark surface as a black mass appeared behind him. "Awww... Fun's over already?" He sighed as his body sank into the black with only his head remaining. He looked around at his comrades. He saw the pain, the tears; they made a show of their despair. He just shook his standalone head. "What am I gonna do with you guys?" He gave a sad smirk that no one could see, and he vanished into the darkness once more.
