Steel briefly flipped his hair in response to him being promptly ignored. He decided to just put it off for now and listen to Beuce give orders as if none of the others (himself included) could possibly understand strategy. He had to admit however that the strategy in itself was a good one... and that Beuce was a likable character. He paused for but a moment as he heard one of his companions names: Rain. He liked rain. Hopefully this person would live up to their namesake and be a respectable person. Other than that, he was teamed with Ananta who had a good head on her shoulders... Even if she was having a rather loud fight with Karina earlier. Steel darted to join his comrades at the west end which took almost no time at all with his high speed. Upon arrival he had summoned the umbrella and ran straight into an Air Pirate and knocking it to the ground. His current weapon was weak; true. But he more than made up for that with his speed. Attacking while the heartless was down, he launched a vicious series of jabs and slashes his opponents way until it dissipated into nothingness without so much as getting back up. It was then that Karina made her own advice known to the others. He contemplated it for a moment amidst the chaos of the current situation. The advice was sound, but Steel thought there was something missing from the overall plan of action. He felt there was something else they could do to boost the odds in their favor... but how to tell Beuce, or more importantly, Karina, that? He did not want to insult her, as that was the last thing the group needed. But kissing up to her was equally as bad; not to mention beneath him. His thoughts wandered to Aura for a moment. How would he respond to her in this sort of situation? It amazed him really how much alike the two of them were, and yet how different. What he could mainly tell is that their anger came from different sources, but they reacted to it in much the same way. As he pondered this Rapid Thruster came charging towards him. Steel glared at his unpreparedness as it sped faster; his weapon was to weak to destroy it in one blow, and that would consequently cause him to fail in knocking it from it's course. With what little time he had, Steel did the only thing he could: he reached for his mask. He had not been kidding when he observed that he hadn't used it for a while, but it was still in as good a condition as ever. In one fluid motion he whipped his hand forward and telekeneticly levitated his mask in front of him as it grew. In an instant it was just as tall as he was, with a proportional width. The instinctual creature slammed into the shield before it could stop. The mask was then returned to it's place on Steel's outfit as he dashed forward and eliminated the creature with deft rapier strokes. He could not ponder on this any longer, so he decided the best way was to just speak calmly and objectively and not worry about her attitude. It was ironic he thought, that everyone payed attention to her because she was so angry, but the best way to deal with it was to just ignore it. He paused for a moment longer before realizing that for all the acting he does, the best way to talk to his favorite person, and by extension Karina, was to just be himself. After a quick dodge, he finally addressed the other wielders. His face entered an emotionless state: no erratic mask like the one he wore on his cape; just him. "A wise plan Karina..." He shouted to her from across the large hall. "...but it may not be enough." He finished as he blocked another blow from behind with his mask. He ignored the enemy itself however and continued. "I would propose that one person from each group focuses on the big fish." He had noticed that over the course of the fight that most everyone would still direct one or two blows to the Behemoths, even while following the plan to take out the smaller ones first. "If we do this: Everyone can truly take out the smaller heartless while larger amounts of energy can be directed into steadily chipping away at the larger ones health in an equal measure." He said as he jumped onto the back of the nearest behemoth. He ran up to it's horn and started out dealing absolute "1-point damage" chaos upon it. OOC: West End: -1 Air Pirate -1 Rapid thruster 15 Damage to Behemoth Total Exp: 30

Hello Kevin! I... Have a very similar username to yours on youtube... O-O lol I've always wanted to have RPG maker myself, but I didn't have the money for so long... and then when I did I kinda had forgotten about it... but now that I'm thinking about it I'll have some more money soon, so I think I'll make that one of my priorities... thanks for that! I'll take a look at your games. We're always happy to have new inmates here at the asylum (interpret that however you will), and we hope you enjoy all that our facilities have to offer! :) Welcome to KHV
Steel shook his head as he observed the chaos ensuing around him. "How do they call this a team?" He whispered to himself. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say D'daear, Sebastian, and I are the only ones who cooperate of our own free will." He looked to see the aforementioned people; both of which were staring into space. "Guess I'm on my own." Steel shrugged before summoning his umbrella. He opened it up and propped it on his shoulder as a small rain cloud appeared above. He looked at all of his comrades in what could only be described as disappointment. "There is quite a large difference between fleeing in cowardice and tactical retreat." He paused for a moment and brought an open hand up in front of him. His mask appeared; he hadn't used it in a while now. He gazed at the mask in silence for a moment as a dark look entered his eye. "I should know; I spent my first few centuries doing the prior." His gaze fell. "This is supposed to be the latter." He hung the mask on the left hand side of his scarf. It stood there as a seeming focal point; as if the entire cape like cloth hung by the mask. The rain cloud vanished and he brought the umbrella forward and closed it. He entered his battle stance, wielding the object as if it were a rapier. "Nevertheless, escape is impossible at this point in time. So in the meantime, let's see what this fruit salad is capable of, shall we?"
Steel watched as Kaida summoned Maximus. As intimidating as the horse was, he would not be deterred: He had seen scarier after all. Another hit like his last, and he could possibly win this fight after all. He sped forward into a slide, slashing his opponent as he passed.

Steel said nothing as Kaida attacked him. He could do nothing but take the hit. He was somewhat irked though, that she had implied he had gone into the battle intending to rely on luck. He let it slide though as he knew she didn't quite mean it. Above all else, she was just happy she hadn't fallen to Excalibur. Barring the horribly depressing weight of the fact that the ultimate attack with a .01% chance of activating just missed, Steel knew it was important to consider his strategy instead of moping. He would have to go big and deal as much damage as possible with his commands; there was too much at risk to use a regular attack again. He responded to Kaida with a flip of his hair. "We'll just have to wait and see, won't we?" he chided playfully. He then raised a field of glass like hexagons around him to form a bubble. Running forward, he pushed them outward as he reached his opponent creating a small explosion of force.
Steel immediately wandered into the labyrinth of bookshelves upon the groups' arrival in the library. He seemingly wandered through the isles endlessly; but in truth he had a pretty good idea of were he was going. After walking for a bit he found what he was looking for. He reached up and grabbed a rather large book off of the shelf. It was old and tattered, with a blue leather binding. "Let's see here..." he muttered as he flipped through the pages. He frowned as he read each topic that wasn't the one he was searching for: Eye of Newt SoulCalibur The Black Cauldron Jack's Staff Queen Fyora's Wand AHA! He stopped flipping as he found an entry labeled "Soul Note" and began to carefully read over all information that the book contained on the subject, knowing how much it would come in handy later if it existed in this realm, and needing to know what forms of limitations it had. As he finished reading, he heard one of the ducklings shout about trouble. He quickly and carefully placed the book back on it's shelf before running as fast as he could. He arrived at the same time as Stratos (Due to his much greater totally unaltered speed stat). "Dewey. What troublest thou?" He spoke calmly and without much concern. He paused for moment, however, as what he said sunk in... but ultimately shrugged it off seeing as how odd he already was, and awaited the young one's response.
Steel summoned his keyblade as he observed his surroundings. He was in the Mirage Arena, preparing to battle Kaida. He scowled as he observed his meager equipment; He hadn't been prepared for this battle. Oh well, It would make this a challenge. He gave a respectful bow to his opponent from across the arena. "This battle will truly be determined by luck and skill." He stated before getting into a battle ready position. He begun the battle with a very risky normal slash.
Revanant .
Steel wasn't as sure about Hikaru as Raisor was. It could just be something minor, but the fact remained that Hikaru, an apprentice-not even a full member of the order- had stolen order technology, which he used to run off without permission, break a few of their rules, and semi-impersonate their leader. It was entirely possible that the boy could be suspended from order activities. He could have also been kicked out altogether, but considering he had the purest of intentions at heart he doubted they would go that far. However, he didn't really know anything for certain. It struck him strange that he had reached a point where he knew so little about everything, but patience was one of his best qualities despite his fast nature; he could wait around long enough to learn. Ultimately, there was nothing that directly pointed to Hikaru leaving the group so he pondered in silence, his arm across his chest and his hand on his chin as the group walked to the hall of records.
Hmmm... well, on one hand, I think everybody should get a chance to be player of the month, and Kaida has already gotten it... But on the other hand "Of the month" means who did best and I can think of no one else who could be fit for the award so Cstar it is.
Steel was not impressed with Hikaru's answer. The boy seemed nervous and a tad out of it. "Wondrous words sir. Simply inspired." he muttered as said person walked off to talk to Kaida instead. He took the final bite of his energy bar before wadding up the wrapper, levitating it between his hands, and incinerating in a small puff of fire; littering was bad for the environment, and trash dumps were pretty much the same thing. "Very well then," he said as he dusted his hands. "I suppose we should get going to the hall of records." He looked around at everyone and shrugged. "The pursuit of knowledge is usually just; perhaps we'll learn something interesting." With that he began walking.
