8 string? Meh, never considered it. I chose 12 string for the sound, it's amazing when you play open chords. (I mean, you get 2 * B and 2 * e ringing loudly <3) Also, Fender is a solid brand, (and it was on sale, only $270 for an over average quality acoustic? Hell yes!) And you left out my Gibson! >:[ It is amazing.
